The rest of the day went by smoothly. No more squid attacks; no more injuries. When the next morning came, I meet Husky, Kermit, and Alexis in the Courtyard. I quickly wished Mitch and Jerome the best and they did the same. As we entered the forest, nothing much happened. As we traveled, I stayed in front of everyone with my hand on my sheathed sword. I stayed on high alert at all times. I would hear the occasional laugh from Kermit or Husky from what I thought was Alexis using her magic. They chatted behind me as we walked through the woods.

            After a while I heard Kermit whine, “Sky, I’m hungry!” I stopped walking and turned to face him. There was a stern expression on my face. He cowered behind Husky until I smiled and said, “Sure, but let’s not take too long.” So, we then ate a small lunch and kept on walking. Finally, Alexis said, “I’m going above the treetops to see if I can see an ocean or something.” I nodded and she flew up into the sky. The three of us stayed where we were. After a good five minutes, Alexis hadn’t come down. I started to worry.

            Then, a scream erupted from further ahead. I knew it was Alexis and that she was captured by the squids. I quickly climbed a tree and sprinted from treetop to treetop. The squids went flying right in front of me just before I jump over a gap to a different tree. I stumbled backwards but caught myself before I could fall. I pulled out a bow and arrows and shoot the three squids out of the sky. Alexis went down but was able to use her magic’s to catch herself.

        I jumped down and ate the fall damage. All three of us were at her side in only seconds. She was breathing heavily, but had only a few scratches. “Are you OK?” Husky asked her. Surprised and shocked, she nodded her head. We let her sit down and lean against a tree. When she was finally ready to move on, I lead the way the squids had began to go.

        After maybe an hour or so, we came upon an ocean. All we could see was blue. Husky immediately jumped in and went down into the deep sea. He was a Mudkip after all. Kermit ran along the shore and jumped onto a lily pad. He was a frog, how could he resist? “Why did the two people that love water the most have to come with me?” I asked Alexis. But she was levitating over the water and creating water balls, making Kermit laugh. “Make that three,” I mumbled to myself.

        Finally, Husky came back to the surface, but he was way far out in the ocean. “I think I see a cave underwater over here!” he said, pointing to something under the water. Kermit jumped into the water and swam to Husky. Alexis looked back to me and closed her eyes. I felt myself begin to float and when I looked down, sure enough I was off the ground. I was frightened at first, but as I began to make my way over to Alexis I put my hands in the air and yelled, “Woo who!! Yeah, I’m flying you water loving creatures!” Alexis opened her eyes and laughed at my excitement. Husky and Kermit were smiling too. Alexis and I followed Husky until he dove underwater with Kermit on his tail. I felt myself begin to fall and screamed. I closed my eyes and waited. I finally opened them and saw that I was in a bubble underwater. I looked over to my left and saw Alexis grinning. I rolled my eyes and examined the new world around me.

        We came upon a cave that was indeed big enough for a squid – and human – to fit in. We went in and I went to the front of the group once we got out of the water. There was a long hallway that cut into three smaller hallways. I snuck through the hallway against the wall. Alexis, Husky, and Kermit followed what I did. As I approached the corner, I slightly looked back to make sure no one was following us. I glance around the corner and had to suppress a scream of shock and joy. Pacing in a cell with her multi-colored hair was Dawn.
