Sanskar's POV

I was working when I get a text from mom that today I need to pick Swara. I frown as how come suddenly mom changed. But then today when Swara cooked and got to know Ragini couldn't she seems happy.

I just texted back a 'okay' and get busy at work. It was 5 pm when I left to go to Badi. I'm hesitant to go back there, I'm even confused after what happened how can Swara go back home? Coming inside I noticed Uttara outside talking with someone but the moment she noticed me, she smiles like Christmas.

"Bhai is here" she said and cut call. It makes me realize it must be mom.

"Let's go Bhai" she took me to the house where Swara went yesterday to take clothes. Opposite of her home.."Dida is so cool. She's making mango pickle and I'm very excited"

"Dida?" I asked confused. I entered house and saw Swara laughing with an elder lady..."she is Sobha Bose, bhabhi's mom's Mumma. She wasn't anything like aunty" I nodes, it was first time I'm seeing Swara laughing. She looks cute and beautiful. I noticed before already how beautiful she is but with a smile it was more something.

"Bhabhi" Uttara yelled excitedly. Both looks at me and Swara stop laugh and made a strange facial expression.

"Dida. This is my brother Sanskar" Uttara introduce us. I take Dida's blessing, it was strange to see Uttara so excited. She always stays silent and here she looks very free.

"Bhalo theko (stay good)" dida said. I frown, I didn't know Bengali much but I just smile at them.

"I heard what happened here. I can't believe shomi had gone this far. She was always like this, never listen to me. Shona don't go there now. When they'll know Ragini's real face I'll show shomi reality. Thanks, Sanskar beta, you go against your family to save my Shona." I don't know what to say, I just give a smile it's-not-big-deal..."I heard in what condition this marriage happen. I hope you both know marriage is a lifetime" I and Swara both look at each other eyes. I remember in morning how she was getting ready and watching sindoor while wearing it.

"Uhha" Uttara's fake cough makes me realize I was staring even Swara seems embarrassed. Dida laugh.."I see that you both will have no problem with this marriage. Good" I look anywhere but them.

"Come. We had some rituals" Dida took me. She did some puja over that gadbandhan we did in marriage time, then did arti of us together.

"Today I made all your favorites. Uttara told me. Even Swara help" she's really good. She asked me about my works and my achievements. As she already knows about my family so that wasn't asked.."Swara Laksh was same there. Did he trouble you?" She nodes no. I frown as I remember Laksh staring at her..she might didn't want to worry her dida but I had to look at that. As I know Laksh, he will surely do something wrong for sure.

I had dinner with everyone. I'm happy to see Swara and Uttara talking so much. It seems they already formed a bond.."Sanskar" I heard Dida. She asked me to go a little away far. We sat near balcony where she handover me kheer.."you liked it very much I can say" I smile hearing her. It's been a long someone being so caring and attentive. Mom was also a little lost after all the misery going on in life.

"Thanks, dida" I mumble.

"I can see Uttara is right. You're very nice to my Shona" I didn't say anything.."after her born she didn't remember much but her father loves her so much. Ankush was very good and Swara went after him in many ways. But shomi married Shekhar. I was happy to see my daughter get married again and Shona gets father but I didn't know it will like that. To be Ragini's real mother somewhere shomi stop being Swara's mother. There was a time she will cry coming to me. I had big fights with shomi but in the end, I can't change anything. Ragini is another thing. She'll behave like a saint but in reality, she'll be a snake. She always feels alone here, I just wanted to request you Sanskar please stay beside Swara in there. Ragini was there too, I don't want my Shona to suffer more" I gave her my genuine smile.

"I married Swara and I'll try to be a good husband for her. Don't worry about Ragini, I'll prove soon the truth of this incident" Dida looks at me in happiness.

"You'll prove? That's good! I know my Shona..she didn't care all that. She would be happy if her loved ones trust her but sometimes it wasn't enough. I wanted everyone to know she is innocent" I nodes and promised dida.."Don't worry Dida. I'll try to make your shona happy" dida smile but then frown.

"She's only my shona. It's only my right"she ordered.

"As you say" I said smiling.

Ragini hug her dadi and cried.."Lakshji didn't came Dadi. You know Swara first day only complain about me. She didn't even help me in cooking and laugh behind me as I get scolding by maji. Lakshji also didn't come last night home and morning Swara get ready to show Lakshji and he was staring at her in front of me. Why dadi? What I did to Swara that she's doing all this?" Dadi caressed Ragini's back and glare at shomi who's standing a little away with a sad face.

"See Sharmistha what your daughter is doing? Ladu is just her little sister but I guess she never thinks of her like it. She had a relationship with Laksh but still, she married his brother and stay in same home. Why she can't see may Ladu's happiness?"

"Ma I'll talk to her" shomi whispered not knowing what to say.

"That girl didn't even come here Sharmistha. She runs away, my ladu save our respect. But now see she's making problems in her Sasural. She always proves, my ladu was her stepsister" shomi feels angry hearing it.

Why would you do this Swara? Why can't you just love Ragini as your little sister?

Shomi looks outside and thinks to talk to Swara before she left. She can't let any crack come between her relationship with her in-laws. Shekhar comes and gets shocked seeing his daughter's sad faces.."what happened Ragini. See I brought your favorite sondesh"

"That swara first day only complain for Ragini. She didn't help anything, even laugh when my ladu get scold. She even tries to catch attention of Laksh. Can you believe what that girl is doing? My poor ladu"

"Ragini don't be sad. Shomi please talk with swara. Why she always do this Ragini"

"I'll Ji" shomi agreed. Ragini smirks a little, she couldn't wait to see Swara's face when her mother will scold her. She knows it hurts Swara most. She wouldn't leave Swara, the moment when her husband Laksh looking at swara is still running in her mind. She hated her for always be top, beautiful, and getting every best thing. She vowed to make Swara's life hell.
