Swara's POV

I couldn't help but stare at Sanskar from time to time. He's talking with Dida now and I'm glad to see he respects her so much. Before Laksh wasn't very much responsive towards Dida, he said his family would create problems if he goes Dida's as she's Bengali.

"Bhabhi stop staring at my brother this much." I got embarrassed hearing Uttara.."I was just watching dida" I mumble but she laughed. I'm thankful for dida to come back today. I didn't want to go that home but now everything went perfect. It was when we're about to go, I came out first as Dida was giving them some gifts she brought and I find mom there waiting.

Maybe she missed me!

"Swara why you complain about Ragini and trying to come between her and Laksh relationship" my all hope got vanished and I stare at her shocked. Now, what that Ragini blabber.

"Mom, what you mean?"

"Ragini was crying all time. She got scold and you were laughing" she said in disbelieve.

"I don't know what you're talking about. She didn't wake up morning,  she doesn't know cook that's why she get scolding. Why I'm coming in middle. She tried to fool ordering from outside-"

"Stop it Swara. She's your little sister, after when you are all ready to ruin our-"

"She wasn't her sister there and my wife didn't take Ragini's responsibility" suddenly Sanskar interrupted. I turn to find the trio was there. Dida looks extremely angry. Sanskar came and stand between me and my mom.."aunty I'm happy to see you came to see your daughter if she's okay" I gape at Sanskar's sarcastic comment.

"Your Ragini try to fool us as I heard from Uttara"

"Yes, bhai. She orders from outside and lied she cooked."Uttara joined.

"So you better teach her manners. My wife wasn't going to be her babysitter. I hope next time for all these silly matters you won't disturb my wife and just wait for 7 days, you'll get to know your sweet Ragini's face." mom glare at Sanskar.

"Is this how you talk to your mother-in-law" I frown hearing mom's tone. Before I could say anything Sanskar take my hand and left ignoring her. Uttara comes behind us. I turn to see dida went inside also closing door.

Sanskar stops in front of car and opens my door then Uttara's. After that, he sits and there's a silence which Uttara broke.."Great Bhai. What was it about 7 days?" Sanskar didn't reply to anything.

"God bhai! Stop being grumpy now. What will Swara Bhabhi think?"I turn and glare at Uttara..why will she add my name? She just winks at me making me flushed. I turn back but notice Sanskar staring at us. I look front trying not to see Sanskar.

It's been years I was used to my mom's sour words which only Dida oppose but first time someone else stands up for me. It was most special I felt. At this moment I feel lucky to Married Sanskar, not Laksh. Maybe I'm being over emotional but someone who was all alone, if suddenly someone supported her..it was very special for that person. I clutch my hand tightly and remember the way he holds me. His hold was hard but warm at the same moment. It makes me feel secure.

When we came back Chachi frown at us.."where is Ragini?" She asked.

"Ask Laksh" Sanskar said and left. Chachi looks at me frowning.."didn't you both go same place?"

"No." Mummiji interfere coming downstairs.."Uttara called me, Don't you remember Jiji what happened at marriage. Swara went her Dida's house"

"Dida? Isn't it Bengali" Chachi said like it was a very big mistake.

"Chachi it wasn't bad there. We didn't meet Ragini bhabhi, and I wasn't sure Laksh bhai even came" Uttara adds.

"What nonsense. Laksh left early" Chachi said.

"Then Jiji try to find where your son went" then meantime Laksh came home stumbling.."Laksh! What happened" Chachi tum towards him.

"Jiji your son came drunk. Now, this only remains" mummiji said, Laksh looks up towards me..it makes me scared with his look. Chachi tried to control him but he pushed her and started to come towards me. Mummiji came in front.."Swara, Uttara go to room" we both left. We can hear fighting of Chachi and mummiji soon hearing shouting papaji, chachaji also joined too.

"What happened downstairs?" Sanskar said the moment I came room.

"Laksh came home drunk" he frowned.."did he say anything?" He asked angrily. I nodes no.."maybe if I stay but mummiji send me & Uttara room" I mumble, I'm grateful that mummiji came in between..she might doesn't like me much but I noticed she would Stand up for me too.

"What?" He was about to go down but I hold him.."chachaji and papaji already came." He stays silent and looking somewhere, I follow his stare and notice my hand holding his. I left his hand.

"You should call mom, not any mummiji. And I need to check downstairs" I nodes and stay silent. After some time I came out to see what's going on as I heard Sanskar's shout too.

"Tell your son that stop eyeing my wife. He didn't go to take his wife wasn't my fault"

"Sanskar how can you talk to bhaisa like that?"

"Swara is my fiancee. How can you marry her" Laksh said, his father slaps him hard which in results he falls.."Swara is now your bhabhi. You married Ragini if you forget. And why didn't you go to her. Do you know how embarrassing it was to say you'll go tomorrow" chachaji said.

"Bhaisa baccha hain( brother he's child)" I frown at Sanskar's dad. Sanskar said something to his mother which I couldn't hear then mummiji left.

"Chachi make sure your son stays away from my wife. If I saw him even looking at her wrong way, I won't leave him" I couldn't help but smile at that moment. Today many times he called me his wife and gave me respect which I always want.

I went to change and coming I found Sanskar on balcony talking with someone. He looks onto something serious conversation. I laid on bed and thinking about all day, he might piss me off saying our marriage reason but the way he stands beside me is best to me. He came inside and look towards me but then went washroom taking clothes.

He joined me in bed...suddenly I feel my heartbeat fast. Maybe because something in me suddenly changed.."Swara can you tell me what happened on your marriage day?"

"Why?" I asked confused turning towards him.

"If you remember I said your mother in 7 days I'll show Ragini's reality" I look at him shocked.

"You were serious?" I asked.

"Do I look joking?"he asked looking irritated.

"No I mean..you believe me?" I asked shocked, he rolled his eyes hearing my question and I couldn't help but feel so much happiness. There was my mom who didn't believe me and here my husband whom I meet only yesterday but he believes me.

How come suddenly I get lucky?
