Red Strings 5/?

"Wonsik?" Taekwoon groggily woke up to warm arms wrapped around him, a detergent and spice mixed smell surrounding him at an intensity he was getting used to. He felt fingers running endlessly through his almond hair, soothing him like it had been the last few days.

After their kissing lesson almost two weeks ago, they'd continue to do just that; Wonsik showing up at his window every night with or without injuries. It had become a habit of theirs to hold each other close, lips meeting and parting softly or hastily— depending on Wonsik's mood since he always led their kisses— until they'd fall asleep in a tangle of limbs.

Wonsik also started staying until Taekwoon woke up, saying he didn't want the elder to feel lonely when morning came and he'd be nowhere to be seen; today was no exception of that.

"Yes, baby?" Wonsik's morning voice was hoarse and deep, making his heart tremble dangerously. The pet name caused Taekwoon to blush, feeling embarrassed as he shoved his face father into the crook of Wonsik's neck. He heard the younger chuckle, making him whine. "You're too cute for this early in the morning."

Taekwoon honestly hadn't noticed when it happened— probably somewhere in between their make-out sessions, as Wonsik called it— but Wonsik had developed more endearing nicknames for him; babe, baby, angel, darling, baby boy. The last one never failed to make his heart beat a little faster but then again, they all did. Except baby boy made his heart skip a beat or two more than the rest.

He had asked Wonsik about it, to which he had gotten laughter as a response, the other having to shove his face into the pillow to keep himself from being too loud. He still didn't exactly get what it meant but Wonsik had said he probably had something called a 'praise kink' or whatever. Taekwoon had dismissed it with an inevitable blush, punching Wonsik on the arm for seemingly making fun of him.

"Are you going to leave soon?" Taekwoon whispered, laying a kiss on Wonsik's neck, something he had learned that the other liked.

"Hmm..." Wonsik nosed Taekwoon's hair affectionately as his arms coiled tighter around the pliable body of his, "Do you want me to?"

"Never."

"Then I won't."

"Really?" Taekwoon shot up, looking down at Wonsik with wide eyes who only grinned tiredly at him.

"Really. I mean, I can just stay in your room until your parents leave. Then we can chill freely." Wonsik simply explained, rolling to lay on his back with a sigh.

"Why hadn't you thought about it earlier?" Taekwoon frowned a little. They could've hung out long ago.

"You never asked me to stay earlier."

"I didn't ask you to stay today either. You asked me if I wanted you to stay."

"I can leave if you want."

"No!" Taekwoon gave up on his short bickering with the other, finding a smile on his face at how Wonsik's was adorned with a wide grin of his own. He opened his arms wide, fingers opening and closing in a 'Come here' motion or the elder to see.

Taekwoon happily threw himself into Wonsik's long arms, snuggling deeper into the warmth he had gotten use to over the time that they've gotten close to each other.

They had known one another for what? Two, almost three months now? If someone had told Taekwoon he'd be in the arms of a tainted man such as Wonsik two months ago, he would've... well, he'd probably actually believe them. But Wonsik on the other hand, would've laughed in their faces and called bullshit.

Either way, they were both content and happy with each other's company and that's all that mattered.

"Wait... Taekwoon." Wonsik suddenly sprung up from his laying position, causing Taekwoon to fumbled over the side of his bed, almost falling over if it wasn't for the arms that grabbed him, pulling him into a warm chest. "Shit! I'm sorry. You okay, baby boy?" Taekwoon nodded, patting his chest that was beating rapidly, this time for a reason other than the pet name.

"What?"

"I'm sorry, but I remembered that I had something to do today. I need to check up on someone."

"What?" Taekwoon pouted slightly. "But I wanted to... Can't you do that another day?"

Wonsik bit his lip, staring at Taekwoon's wide begging eyes before sighing defeatedly, nodding his head. Taekwoon was quickly learning how to get things his way, not that he had to as Wonsik was more than willing to spoil him rotten with affection and the likes.

Wonsik flinch a little in surprise as Taekwoon's arms wrapped around his neck, lips colliding with his. Over the time span of a few days, the elder had perfected his way of kissing, able to keep up with Wonsik only when he was being fair. He still had trouble keeping up with his nipping, sucking and the occasional tongue coming to massage the elder's.

Oh yes, Wonsik was more than happy to comply with Taekwoon's requests if this is what he got in return.

He laid back down slowly, feeling Taekwoon climb up on his body cautiously so he was straddling him with knees on either side. Wonsik groaned into the kiss at the feeling of the elders weight over him, grasping at the shapely hips that pressed down against his own to restrain his movements.

"Wonsik..." Taekwoon mewled into the kiss when Wonsik's fingers dug into his skin a little too harshly, the younger whispering a soft sorry as his fingers unlatched themselves from the porcelain skin. He settled for gently placing his hands at the small of the others back, fingers slipping past the white t-shirt the other had worn.

Taekwoon sighed into the kiss at the feeling of warm fingers caressing his body, not completely sure what it was he was feeling that coiled in his stomach hotly,  laying his body flat against the younger's in search of more contact. He gasped a breathless moan as Wonsik's wandering hands settled on his ass, not doing much but just the feel of the others large hands on him in that way made him tingle all over.

"D-Don't do that." Taekwoon pulled away from the kiss, leaning back so he was in a slight sitting position, avoiding Wonsik's questioning stare as a blush crept up his cheeks.

"I'm sorry, baby." Wonsik cooed as he pulled his hands away almost immediately, sitting up on his elbows so his face was closer to Taekwoon's, the latter turning away as the younger's nose skimmed his cheek affectionately. "What's wrong? You don't like it?"

"No..." He paused, feeling embarrassment eat at him but he felt the urge to voice his problems to the other, "It's not that I don't like it... I just... W-Wonsik." Taekwoon ended up whining like a child, shifting his body back and forth with a pout as he was unable to say how he was feeling. "I-It's embarrassing."

"Hey! It's just me baby, you know you can tell me anything." He coaxed the other with a gentle and caring voice, knowing that the other was probably feeling sensations he wasn't quite use to just yet. He moved his body weight to one elbow, bringing slender fingers to grip Taekwoon's chin gingerly, pulling his head back to face him with smoldering eyes. "Tell me what's up baby, it's okay. I won't laugh, promise." He added a wink to seal his promise, watching in amusement at the way Taekwoon turned a pretty pink that he had began to like.

"I-I... I feel all... weird." Taekwoon began in that soft spoken voice of his, leaning his forehead against the others as the hand in his chin cupped his cheek instead, "My skin tingles and I feel all hot when we... you know..." His eyes downcast adorably, "kiss. Then when you touch me, something starts building up right here." he rubbed the lower part of his tummy soft. "I only feel that way when I... W-When I touch myself down there."

Wonsik bit into his bottom lip, staring at the angle in his lap with awe, "And?" He resisted the urge to think about how the other would've looked, laying down against the bed with his long legs spread as he jerked himself off, back arching just right as he came.

Fuck.

"I don't know... it's just feels weird to have someone else make me feel that way." He played with the hem of his shirt innocently, a small pout on his lips as his brows furrowed. "My heart too... my heart feels like it's going to burst every time you touch me. That never happens." His fingers came up to pat the fabric over the place his heart was before going back down to place themselves on Wonsik's abdomen.

Wonsik couldn't help but pull Taekwoon down for a quick kiss, surprising the elder when his tongue slipped past the part lips that had been taunting him so effortlessly as the other had spoken. Once he pulled away, he soaked up the sight of Taekwoon's flushed and dazed appearance, appreciating the way his lips were slightly swollen and glistening.

"That's not weird." Wonsik finally whispered back, hugging the others body closer to his. "It's normal, don't ever think something like that is weird unless it's someone other than me." Selfish.

"It's not?" Taekwoon questioned hesitantly, staring into the others hooded eyes with his own innocent cat-like ones.

"It's not..." Wonsik started, "because I feel the exact same thing whenever you're near me." He pecked Taekwoon's lips repeatedly, the soft giggles that left the other lips never stopping his actions. "You're too cute." He finalized with one last, lingering kiss.

Taekwoon hummed in response, laying his head on the others chest. He splayed his hand out flatly against Wonsik's toned chest, pressing slightly to feel the beating heart underneath his palm. His brows furrowed, "It's beating really fast." He murmured, bring the hand to press against his own heart once more, "Almost faster than mine... and mine's going really fast."

"I told you my heart is weird whenever you're near me." Wonsik sighed as he gripped Taekwoon's pale and soft hand in his larger one before bringing it up to his lips to kiss. "I really like you." He confessed against the others skin, hoping the other would soak up his words completely and return them. It was selfish of him really; to confess his feelings to Taekwoon who probably couldn't properly understand them due to his lack of interactions with others.

Technically, wasn't Wonsik taking advantage of Taekwoon's kind heart? The elder didn't know any better and accepted him with open arms, eagerly tending to him. Wonsik on the other hand, saw the innocent man and tried to corrupt him the first day; he tried to force the elder to take off his good boy act. Then when he realized his heart truly was pure, he took comfort in it. He indulged in the feeling Taekwoon gave him, made him feel like he was at least doing a good job at taking care of someone, even if it wasn't his mother.

He was confused as his heart and mind fought. Did he truly like Taekwoon or did he like the way he felt when he was with him. Wasn't it the same difference? Was he a bad guy for liking Taekwoon? Was he really taking advantage of him?

He closed his eyes as his heart suddenly felt heavy, pressing his lips gingerly against the milky skin once more for comfort that was much needed.

"I really like you too." Taekwoon's voice was music to his ears as he spoke softly, "but it's not the same as my mother or father. My heart feels normal around them and I don't feel the urge, need, to always touch them... I do with you though. I think my like for you is different. Everything is different." Wonsik smiled the slightest at his words, pulling the hand away from his lips before intertwining them.

"You're precious." Wonsik whispered after a moment of silence, looking down at the mess of almond hair that was splayed on his chest.

"Wow, I'm pretty sure this is the first time in forever that I get to see something other than your room." Wonsik teased as Taekwoon dragged him out of his bedroom.

His parents had left for work not too long ago, Taekwoon waiting a few minutes before letting the younger out from his cage. He smiled a little as Wonsik wandered around the cozy house, looking at Taekwoon for permission as he opened one door and another.

He slowly nodded his head as he turned back to meet eyes with the elder, a grin plastered on his face to which Taekwoon returned.

"Are you hungry?" Taekwoon asked as he walked into the clean kitchen, opening up the refrigerator to get the leftovers from breakfast that had been put in not too long ago.

"Yeah, starving actually." Wonsik walked over with a hand on his stomach, rubbing it in small circles gingerly. "I've been eating quite a bit just to let you know, trying to bulk up to build more muscles."

"Why? You seem pretty strong as you are now." Taekwoon eyed Wonsik's toned biceps that were on show, looking away with a slight blush when Wonsik let out a laugh and flexed them jokingly.

"Just... because." Wonsik's voice was slightly hesitant and strained but if Taekwoon had noticed it, he didn't make it noticeable. He watched silently as Taekwoon popped the plate into the microwave, standing awkwardly in his place until the elder gestured for him to sit down. He did as so, a slight smile playing on his lips.

How long had it been since he actually sat down in a home to eat?

The answer? Too long.

"Either way, I don't think you need to. You're perfect the way you are, just like everyone is but if you want to, you do it." Taekwoon grinned at Wonsik as he opened the microwave up after it beeped, reaching for the plate before pulling his hand away hastily. "Shit! It's hot." Taekwoon whined.

Wonsik raised a brow, "Did you just swear?"

Taekwoon looked at him with wide eyes, looking like a deer caught in the headlights which was  quite amusing in the eyes of the male sitting by the table, "I think I just did."

"I think I'm a bad influence on you." Wonsik smirked, running a hand through his hair out of habit.

"You're only now realizing that after I swore? I feel like there were other signs pointing to it." Taekwoon retorted with a pink hue on his cheeks, placing the plate in front of Wonsik bitterly as he went to get the utensils.

"Other signs like what?"

"Oh, I don't know..." Taekwoon trailed off, "Persuading me to break the rules, taking me to that one scary place, showing up in front of me all bloodied and beaten... do I have to go on?" He laughed before pausing, "Does teaching me h-how to... you know... kiss... count as something bad?" The elder gingerly placed the knife and fork down on the table, pulling the seat in front of Wonsik to sit in.

"Alright, alright. Guilty as charged." Wonsik raised his hands in defense, that attractive smirk never leaving his face. "And no, kissing is not a bad thing. Or at least kissing me isn't a bad thing. Can't say the same for anyone else, though." He added on, saying a quick thanks as he dug into the leftovers that Taekwoon had offered him gratefully.

"Why can't I kiss someone else? You keep mentioning it would be weird and now you're saying it's bad." Taekwoon murmured as he played with the fringe on his forehead.

"I mean you can..." Wonsik swallowed the food thickly, staring at Taekwoon with a certain look he couldn't comprehend. "But... that's doesn't mean you should. I mean... I don't know. Do you want to?"

"No. Who else would I kiss?" He cocked his head to the side before shrugging, "I don't know. I was just curious. I don't think I would kiss anyone else besides you." Wonsik nodded slowly, his brows furrowed in thought.

"Hey, Taekwoon... Have you ever been to the doctors?" Wonsik inquired softly as he placed the silverware he was holding down.

"No, why would I need to when father and mother make sure I'm healthy and well?" Taekwoon asked, thoroughly confused.

"I don't know, just a question. So your hair... do you go to a salon?"

"No, I don't go out at all, Wonsik. They take care of that for me." Taekwoon whispered softly, a sad look on his face as he realized what Wonsik was trying to do. "My mother does my hair and teaches me while my father checks my health. He is a doctor after all."

"What does your mother do?"

"She's a teacher!" He said proudly, a grin on his features, making the dark cloud over his head disperse. "Sometimes she'll show me the photos of the children she teaches. They're all so cute."

"Don't you ever want to get out of here?" Wonsik waved a hand in the air, gesturing to his surroundings, "I mean, as great as this place is... doesn't it get suffocating?"

"I never really thought of leaving to be honest..." Taekwoon paused, head drooped down, staring down at the red string of fate, "I don't want to trouble my parents since they've been trying so hard to keep me here. Why? I have an idea but it's not something I can say." His eyes went back up to meet with Wonsik's, tears brimming them for an unknown reason. "I never thought of leaving until I met you. I really want to go out and see the world a little bit more... but I'm also afraid."

"Why?" Wonsik asked as he sat up, walking over to the other side of the table, leaning against it as he caresses Taekwoon's cheek softly, "Why are you afraid? I'll be right there next to you if you want to go somewhere."

"I'm afraid because I know it won't be how mother explained it to be." Taekwoon breathed out softly as he blinked the tears away, leaning his head into Wonsik's palm. "I got just a glimpse of it and I'm scared to see more. I don't want to realize all the lies they've fed me, Wonsik." He sniffled a little, leaning his head back to properly look at the younger who stared down at him with saddened eyes. "I want to know what's hurting you so badly but I'm scared that once I know... we might be different."

"Different? No, baby. No..." Wonsik whispered as he leaned into Taekwoon's forehead, staring into his eyes with emotions he couldn't yet properly decipher, "Don't think that."

"You know it's true!" Taekwoon's voice suddenly went higher. He panted slightly as he tried to organize his thoughts before speaking, "I get that I don't know much, but I know enough to know that you're afraid of what might happen after you show me. Every time I ask you to go out or tell me what's going on, you stare at me the way my parents used to— only you try and hide it behind a joke and a smile. You want to keep me away from the world too... don't you?"

"No! No..." Wonsik pulled back, "That's not what I want. I want to show you everything you want to know baby, trust me. I just... I don't want you to know—"

"About the downside?" Taekwoon interrupted as he stood up. "I want to know—"

"But you're too scared to know! You said so yourself!" Wonsik yelled back, making the other jump. He cursed under his breath for losing his control, snaking his arms around Taekwoon's frozen frame. "I'm sorry... I'm didn't mean to yell at you, baby. It's just... I know what's out there and honestly, it's nothing you need to know. A lot of people haven't seen it all and they're just fine." He placed his lips on the crook of the slim neck, kissing it there softly before inhaling and exhaling, calming his nerves that had decided to go haywire.

"I'm not say I want to see everything. I just want to see enough so I'm not ignorant about what's going. I don't want to be stuck in this happy world while others are hurting. I want to be able to sympathize or at least understand others. Wonsik, that's all I want. I don't want to be stuck here the rest of my life." Taekwoon was speaking miles per minute as his breath quickened. He panicked at the thought of never leaving his house— something he didn't really ponder over before.

"Alright, alright baby. Calm down, yeah? Can you do that for me angel?" Wonsik leaned back, cupping Taekwoon's face, jaw falling slack when the other brushed his hand away.

"No! You don't understand. I-I..." Taekwoon heaved in and out, his head suddenly feeling light as he tried to get a coherent sentence out, "W-Wonsik. What happens if they die? I wouldn't know how to fend for myself if I keep depending on them."

"Everyone dies at some point but that's far down the lane, don't worry about that. You'll learn by then." Wonsik tried to coax, reaching out to the other who compiled this time around.

"What if they die today? Or tomorrow? I know nothing. Nothing, Wonsik. Who would take care of me and show me the way then?" Taekwoon asked softly, letting his body go slack in Wonsik's arms.

"I would." Wonsik answered almost immediately. "I would take care of you. I'll show you how to get by."

"And then if you die in your stupid fights or whatever?"

"I won't. Believe me, I won't." Wonsik hugged Taekwoon a little tighter, resting his chin on the soft almond hair.

Taekwoon nodded, wrapping his arms around Wonsik's body as he leaned up to kiss the others neck softly. "Thank you."
