Red Strings 4/?

"Tap—" Wonsik grunted as he threw the body down to the floor, spitting blood from his mouth onto the ground where more of it laid, "The—" A clear punch to the face, "Fuck—" He continuously pummeled his fists into the man's face, letting out a grunt as the opponents arms finally tried to reach out to grab him, trying to flip him, unsuccessfully that is. With a clear opening, his right fist collided with the man's once broken nose, making it twist in a weird way as the other let out a cry of pain. "Out!"

He stopped, heaving as he stared down at the bloodied and bruised man under him, knowing his own state was probably the same, just not as bad. He growled as spit of defiance landed on his face, the mixture of blood added to it made him look vicious in the eyes of the crowd. With one last straight punch, the other's limbs fell to his sides, the finality of a K.O. causing the rowdy audience to yell out cheers of Ravi.

"Alright man, alright." The 'referee' finally interfered. "He's out cold man."

Wonsik obediently got off the man, the adrenaline in his veins pumping so violently that the pain he was sure to feel later was non-existent. Unlike others, he stayed silent through the announcement of another victory, not seeing the reason to be so happy.

It was a fight to kill.

Of course Wonsik would never kill though. He was the one person to keep telling his opponent to either tap out or get knocked out while others would fight to the death... literally. He had seen too many good people— fighters— die because of miscalculations and one day it might be him. Therefore, he tried to show that he had a heart, sparing the other side with the hopes that if the tables did turn, they'd show him the same chance.

If not, he'd gladly tap out because he wasn't about to actually die for some money.

"Here you go, Ravi." The bulky man gave him his large stack of cash, patting him on the back. "We're doing crowd control so leave while you can... not that anyone would jump you for that cash though. That'd be suicide." Wonsik returned the smirk the man gave him, inwardly cringing at how much his split lip was starting to hurt.

"Alright, thanks man." He nodded, turning to take his leave.

Walking through the familiar route of the alley where illegal fights were held, he made his way to the closest store. Hearing the familiar chime of the bell, he grabbed a basket.

He gave a polite nod to the storekeeper who only shook her gray haired head, a frown of disapproval on her face. Sweet old women she was, sometimes sparing him some extra food and such when she could. She wasn't very fond of him at first, judging him to be yet another hoodlum that caused trouble until he had helped her carry in shipments without taking anything in return.

The lady never really asked him questions or reported him to the police which he was thankful for considering the fact that he always showed up to her store almost once a month in the same manner.

Like always, he bought the essentials he could find at the store; water bottles, toiletries, foods and snacks.

After getting his things rung up, he paid her with the cash he had gotten, making sure to spare a good portion of it.

He left the store with a sigh, kicking the rocks on the floor as he made his way home. He scoffed at the thought; home.

Kicking on the worn down door as his hands were too occupied by the plastic bags, he waited impatiently for at least a minute before his elbow slammed against it harshly.

Soon enough the door opened with a staggering man looking at him with droopy, red rimmed eyes. Bastard was fucking high.

"A-Ah! Wonsik-ah. What a sur—" The man let out a loud belch as he moved to the side to let the younger in. "S-Surprise! Never thought you'd visit your old man again since you've been gone for what? T-Two weeks now?"

"If I didn't visit, you'd dead." Wonsik said bluntly, surprised the man could even form sentences as he dropped the bags down onto the small kitchen counter, unpacking everything he had bought. Along with the bags, he slammed down a few hundreds on the table, another hundred heavy in his pocket. "Where did you get the money to buy it?"

"B-Buy what?" The man cackled as if he had asked the funniest question ever. He looked over to where Wonsik had nodded, "O-Ohh!" He slurred his words, "The m-money you gave me."

"You mean the money I gave you to pay rent?" Wonsik slammed the can of chicken soup down onto the counter as he turned around, his eyes blazing in a way that made the high-off drugs and drunkard flinch.

"Aye, you c-can't hate. I'm already living in this hell hole!" The old man shouted back before slumping against the wall. Wonsik exhaled through his nose deeply, counting up to ten in his head because he would lose his shit if he were to count down from it.

"You should know fucking better! Pay the goddamn rent before you go off to buy all that bullshit! Go overdose yourself on that shit if you want to but pay the rent and keep a roof over mom's head before you do." Wonsik turned back around to put away all the stuff, freezing as a hand landed on his shoulder.

"E-Excuse me? Who do you thin—" His so-called old man choked on his words as Wonsik spun around, grabbing the hand on his shoulder off of himself and twisting it in an abnormal way. "Let go, you fucking little shit!"

"Listen here," Wonsik hissed out his words, venom lacing every syllable, "You don't touch me. You don't touch mom. I'm only providing for you because she refuses to leave your sorry ass. Apparent she sees something in an old shit like you with that damned twenty twenty vision of hers and I just so happen to have a soft spot for her. But that doesn't mean I'm going to stand here and let you try and what? Beat me up?" He laughed bitterly, throwing his head back before cocking his head back to glare at the miserable man who had helped in conceiving him, "I fuck people up for a living, father, so you, no scratch that, so mom can live."

He shoved the older man away from him, leaving the bastard to heave heavily through his drug and alcohol induced daze. He quickly finished putting everything away, the pain in his body taking it's toll on him as the last of the adrenaline slipped from his fingers.

Tired; that's what he was at this point.

He was already halfway to the front door before a voice made him freeze.

"Wonsik-ah?" Her fragile voice rung in his ears. He closed his eyes tightly, wishing that the floor would just swallow him up but he knew better than that. Miracles didn't happen.

"Mom." He whispered softly as he turned around, giving her a slight grin to which she returned a gasp. His mother looked as beautiful as he remembered, wearing the things he had bought for her, hair tidy and well kept, tied up as well thanks to the pricey shampoo and conditioner he had bought her, along with hair ties. "You look like you're doing well."

"I don't think I can say the same for you." She said gently, sadly, as she walked over to where he stood, thin arms wrapping around his taller and larger frame. He immediately wrapped himself around her, wishing he could just shield her from everything and take her away to somewhere nice, but to her, nice was by that bastards side. She was too kind for her own good but that was why he loved her. "Were you about to leave without a hello?"

"I didn't want to wake you." He whispered. Realizing that he was still covered in blood, he hastily pushed her away from his body but still kept her close, "Ah, you shouldn't stain your clothes."

"And you shouldn't stain your hands." She retorted wisely, sassily just like he remembered her to be. "Don't worry, I have an abundance of clothes that you've bought for me in the closet. It won't hurt to get to hug you a little."

"I have to if I want to keep you guys in a home... even if it's one like this." He waved his hands around at the apartment which had paint peeling from the walls. "Mom, stop letting that bastard get that shit. The prices went up and so did rent."

"I can't." She responded seldomly, "It makes him happy, something I can't do for him anymore. Who am I to stop him?"

"His wife? The mother of his child?" Wonsik snapped back before closing his eyes to calm himself, "Mom, as much as I love you, I don't get you."

"You don't get it because you don't know him like I do. He is a wonderful man."

"Was."

"Is, Wonsik-ah."

"Maybe when he's sober, yeah."

"Wonsik." Her voice cut deep, making him die a little inside. His mother couldn't hate him, not her.

"I'm sorry, Mom." He murmured, bringing up his fingertips up to gingerly caress her jaw, "I'm sure he's a great man, I'm just too blind to see it." Lies.

"It's okay." She finally heaved a sigh, smiling a sad smile, "Why don't you stay so I can patch you up? Take a shower maybe?"

"No, I'm good. I'll see you next time, Mom." He returned her smile with his signature grin that she loved, his hand clasping at the back of her neck softly to drawing her in for a kiss on the forehead. He turned on his heel, opening up the door hastily. He had to get out.

"Wonsik-ah!" Her voice rung out from behind him desperately. He turned around with a raised brow in question. "I... I..." His grip tightened on the door handle. Not this shit again.

"How much?"

"Not that much. I swear." She replied immediately. "I... He was gambling with a few people and lost horrendously. Nine-hundred. I wish I didn't have to ask you but..."

Wonsik swore under his breath, a hand coming up to ruffle up his hair in frustration. He quickly did calculations in his head, swallowing his spit down thickly. He earned roughly three-hundred each fight, meaning he earned six-hundred each time he fought as he usually did two rounds, spending roughly one hundred on groceries and sparing four-hundred for rent and one-hundred for himself.

He felt his head and body hurt at the thought of how many fights he would have to go through to earn just barely enough money without killing himself, probably having to take money out of his savings. Unless he were to take all the money out of his savings and use that to pay the debt but fuck, he needed that money for himself.

How else would he scrap by life?

Pulling at his hair tiredly, he looked up at his nervous wreck of a mother. "I'll figure something out."

With that he left, slamming the door roughly to release some of his anger on the way out. He felt like crying, giving up on life but he couldn't. He was the money maker for his druggie, alcoholic, gambler of a father and for his beautiful, kind but delusion women of a mother.

Somehow in his daze of walking around with no destination in mind, he found himself in front of a familiar house, one that he hadn't seen since the last time he escorted that innocent and naive man home.

He was at Taekwoon's house.

Taekwoon hadn't realized that this would become a routine of theirs the first night Wonsik had shown up at his window, successfully scaring the shit out of him, but there was also no stopping it because when he noticed, it was already too late.

It had been another agonizing week since he woke up to a cold bed with no signs of Wonsik except for the lingering smell the other emitted and the clothes he let him borrow in the dirty hamper.

The next time he saw the sight of the tattooed man was in the same manner.

Taekwoon woke up the soft thumping of the window, muffled sounds of his name drawing his attention immediately. He'd quietly tend to the other's injuries from god knows what this time around, sparing a few words here and there but never trying to delve deeper into it.

He was upset each time Wonsik showed up with more cuts and bruises over laying the newly healed ones, black eyes almost looking like another tattoo. His heart ached at the sight of the man who grinned back at him with that stupid smile, telling him to get to work before he bleeds out on the floor.

Such crude humor the man had.

Taekwoon started reading up more on first-aid procedures from the books his father had in the shelf in his office, finding the need to do everything perfect for Wonsik.

It went on for the next three weeks and by the fourth week, Taekwoon was about fed up and wanted answers. He could only stand seeing someone like that for so little and it was cruel of Wonsik to keep showing up in front of him like that.

Then again, he was starting to realize how cruel life was in that sense, especially when it came to Wonsik who always seemed to be running into some sort of trouble.

"Wrong place at the wrong time." Wonsik would always muse when he saw the saddened look in Taekwoon's eyes, a hand coming up to ruffle up Taekwoon's bed hair. The elder didn't miss the way he'd flinch as he did so, as if lifting up the weight of his own arm was too much.

Either way, their continuous cycles of tending to injuries, borrowing clothes, sleeping together and Wonsik disappearing before he would wake didn't stop.

The fifth week was no exception of that either.

"You're going to need to buy me a new first-aid kit. If my mother checks and sees how many things are missing, she's going to throw a fit." Taekwoon whispered, feeling Wonsik hum tiredly against his neck. They were laying in one of Taekwoon's favorite positions; Wonsik's head laying on top of his arm, tucked into his chest, as his own arms coiled tightly around the elders slim waist.

Taekwoon felt as though he was protecting Wonsik from all the bad in the world as he wrapped himself around the other. Wonsik could use his fists to fight off all the bad guys if he wanted to but for now, Taekwoon would be the one to shield Wonsik away within the comfort of his arms.

"Don't worry, I'll buy you one when I can." Wonsik responded, his baritone voice shaking Taekwoon's heart.

"Wonsik..." Taekwoon whispered, pausing as he couldn't find the right words. He felt Wonsik's arms tighten around him, fingertips sliding up his spine only to find home in between his shoulder blades.

"I know." He felt the hot breath of the others voice against his neck. "I know, Woonie. I know." Taekwoon visibly shuddered at the feeling of Wonsik's lips grazing against his sensitive neck, a certain something shooting in his veins that made his senses flare.

"What do you know?" The way his voice trembled as he spoke so softly made him feel weak, vulnerable. But that's exactly how he felt.

"I know you have a lot of questions. You are so curious about everything aren't you?" Wonsik hummed, "But I can't answer them. You don't need to know."

"But I want to know." Taekwoon said a little too loudly as he sat up, lowering his voice down once again as he spoke, "I want to know. No, I think I deserve to know."

Wonsik sat up as well, their faces mere inches apart as he scanned the others expression, finding many things he'd expected to see on Taekwoon's face. Worry, concern, determination, sadness, anger... and naivety.

"You want to know?" Wonsik asked for confirmation, getting an eager nod in return. "On one condition."

"What?"

"After you find out, you can't leave me or run away." Wonsik said with downcast eyes. It was selfish of him for saying this to the elder, but he couldn't lose Taekwoon. Not after having those arms wrapped around him like home.

He just wanted this little paradise of his to last a little longer.

He just wanted to feel human for a little longer.

Couldn't he be allowed to be selfish just this once?

"...Alright." Taekwoon nodded, his eyes staring at the way Wonsik's lips moved, unknowingly entranced by its movement as the other spoke.

"Woonie... Can I try something?" Taekwoon's breath hitched as a wet tongue came out to lick the lips he was staring so intently at, almost in awe at the way it glistened so enticingly after.

Not trusting his words, the elder simply nodded hesitantly, watching the other with wide eyes. Soon enough, he felt fingertips graze his cheek softly, caressing his jaw before going to a standstill. Taekwoon flinched slightly as a rough thumb swipe against his bottom lip gingerly, letting out a small whine at the feeling that tingled on his lips.

"W-what..." Wonsik closed the distance between them, face a few centimeters apart from his own. His body reacted violently as the tattooed man breathed hotly against him, their inhales and exhales mingling.

"Shh..." Wonsik cooed, "Don't... Don't be scared, okay? I'm not going to hurt you." Taekwoon suddenly felt very light headed, his chest constricting with a certain something. It was almost hard to breath, the atmosphere around them shifting in a way that made Taekwoon let out small gasps and puffs for air. "Trust me?"

"I do. I trust you, Wonsik." He nodded earnestly, half-lidded eyes forcing themselves closed as a natural instinct as he felt the other come closer. "What are you going to do?" The question slipped from his lips so quickly he didn't have the chance to hold it back. After a moment of silence, his eyes slowly opened back up to see Wonsik looking at him in a way that made him feel... special?

"I'm..." He watched as Wonsik's eyes trailed down to his lips, a thumb coming back to graze at it once more, the rough pad of it pushing against the plush lip before pulling it down slightly, losing grip of it. "I'm going to kiss you."

Kiss?

Before Taekwoon had the chance to ask, lips met his. The elder's eyes widened in shock and confusion.

What was this?

He felt Wonsik's soft lips move against his own, movements he had no chance to keep up with without any practice. Heat coursed through his body as he brought his fists up to tap against the others chest before his fingertips dug themselves in the others cotton shirt. Another tainted hand came up to hold him by his neck this time, lips pushing more harshly against his.

A whine broke from his lips as he felt tears build up in his eyes.

What was this and why did it feel so good? What was Wonsik doing to him?

Kissing. But kissing is on the cheek only!

It seemed to have ended too soon, Wonsik pulling away after a few seconds. He placed his forehead upon the elder's, pupils dilated as his breathing was a little harsher than usual. "God, you're so perfect." His hot breath glided over Taekwoon's wet lips, causing a heated coolness effect against his skin. "I'm guessing that's your first kiss. I'm sorry for taking it in such a manner." His words were apologetic but the tone of his voice and the look on his face said otherwise. "Are you going to cry, Woonie?" The elder shook his head gently.

"C-Can you teach me?" He looked at the other male bashfully from underneath his long eyelashes.

"Teach you?"

"Yeah... can you teach me t-that?" Taekwoon's face became a bright but endearing red color, covering the expansions of his cotton cheeks and pretty little ears.

Wonsik felt a smirk pull at his lips, feeling his body push the other down against the bed before he could stop his raging hormones. "Are you sure you want me to? I might teach you a little more." He bathed in the feeling he got at the way Taekwoon trembled underneath him as he shot him a more or less suggestive wink that he doubted the other got the meaning of. Taekwoon nodded, causing Wonsik to chuckle softly, his fingers coming up to push the stray almond colored hair out of the others face. "Use your words, Taekwoon."

"Y-Yes please." Wonsik inwardly cooed at how adorable the other was as he obediently bent at Wonsik's will.

"What I teach you, you can't do to anyone else, okay?" Wonsik told him sternly, a certain threat in his voice as he thought of Taekwoon kissing anyone else. Possessive and selfish bastard he was.

"Mm? W-Why?" Taekwoon's wide cat-like eyes stared at him, head cocked to the side in question.

Cute.

"Because. I said so." Wonsik grinned, "I'm not going to teach you unless you promise me you won't kiss anyone else." He knew he was being childish but he couldn't help it. Besides, who else could Taekwoon kiss while trapped in this house of his?

"What about my parents?" Taekwoon questioned. Oh. That's right.

"No, no, no. You don't kiss your parents anywhere but the forehead or cheek. Never the lips." Wonsik explained, before leaning down to peck him on the lips quickly, inwardly swooning at how precious the other looked, "Only me." He added on.

"A-Alright. I promise."

Wonsik shifted his position, getting more comfortable on top of the other while supporting his weight easily. "Spread your legs so I have room, Woonie." He smiled a little when Taekwoon did so without question, pale and slender fingers grabbing onto his shoulder as he shifted again. "Good boy." Taekwoon blush again at the praise, eyes downcast. "Look at me."

They stared at each other for a second, the silence causing the tension to grow heavier, anticipation running through both of their hormonal bodies. Wonsik slowly leaned down, eyes trained on Taekwoon's expression for a signal to stop.

Letting out a shaky breath, he whispered softly to Taekwoon, "Just move your lips with mine, okay? We'll start off slow..." He waited for Taekwoon to nod before gently grazing his lips against those soft, pink ones. Wonsik let out a quiet groan at how they felt, his hand moving to the side of Taekwoon's face. As promised, he moved at a beginner's pace merely going through the motions he was use to as he waited for Taekwoon to respond.

Of course, it was a timid one. Lips barely pressing back against his, moving along with the flow sloppily but Wonsik wouldn't have it any other way.

They continued to do so for the next few minutes, the elder seeming to get the hang of it, pulling away every few seconds for Taekwoon to catch a breath, whining at the sudden lost of contact which made Wonsik coo softly at how his Woonie was so cute. Slowly Wonsik quickened the pace just the slightest, in awe at how well Taekwoon earnestly followed flawlessly.

The next time they pulled away, Wonsik couldn't help but chuckle, "You sure you haven't done this before?" Taekwoon nodded his head, pink rising on his cheeks once more as his fingers found refuge within Wonsik's black hair. Wonsik let out a surprised but satisfied grunt as Taekwoon pulled his head back down, initiating his own kiss that was just like him. Innocent.

Upping the game a little, Wonsik sneaked his tongue out to swipe against the plump bottom lip he was craving to nip and suck on. He felt his blood shoot down to his growing bulge at the high pitched whimper that left Taekwoon's lip, the elder pulling away.

"Open up your mouth when I do that, okay?" Wonsik directed him between harsh exhales, pressing his lips back into the other's with a moan at how quickly Taekwoon had responded, fingers tugging at his hair softly. Wonsik repeated his movements, humming in approval as he felt Taekwoon open his mouth.

The sweetest sound of Taekwoon's moan reached his ears as Wonsik's expert tongue invaded his sweet and warm cavern, exploring it for it's worth. One of Wonsik's hands ran down the side of Taekwoon's pliable body, feeling it arch against his deliciously as his fingertips scraped up the elders sensitive thighs, feeling them raise a little higher.

Soon enough, he felt a timid, soft, muscle touch his, causing him let out a moan of his own before pulling back.

"O-Oh, am I not suppo—" Taekwoon started, stopping when Wonsik pecked him once more.

He waited for both of them to catch their breaths, leaning his forehead against the other's as he licked his lips, that taste of Taekwoon lingering as his hand aimlessly ran up and down the thigh he was finding himself to love.

"No, It's okay. You can but I might just go crazy if you do." Wonsik finally murmured, each word he spoke grazing against those lips softly as he leaned down, shivering at the slight contact.

"Did... did I do okay?" Taekwoon asked shyly, his fingers clenching and unclenching in Wonsik's hair nervously before running down the expansion of his neck and resting at his shoulders.

Smiling down at the man under him, he laid a kiss on the sweaty forehead.

"You did perfect."
