Plot- the plot begins in PoA. Alena is a muggleborn witch who ends up on the wrong side of a Weasley prank. Instead of getting over it, a new kind of war begins between the Weasley Twins and Alena. A prank war. Each take it in turn to prank each other, each prank leading to a number of arguments.

Alena is close with Cedric Diggory and is also a ravenclaw. (THIS IS IMPERATIVE FOR THE STORY). When Sirius Black breaks into gryffindor tower, Alena finds herself worried about the twin boys she had grown close to.

Alena is a werewolf. The night Remus, Sirius and the Golden Trio are in the shrieking shack, she turns up and finds it amusing that she's stumbled upon one of the Golden Trio's famous adventures. She is confronted by Remus who is confused as to why she's there.

In the end, Alena ends up transforming and attacking Remus. Sirius has to attack both to get them away from the trio.

In GoF, Cedric is begged by Alena not to enter, she also warns the twins that their plan won't work. Cedric enters, as do the twins. You know what happens next. At the Yule ball, Cedric takes Cho, Fred takes Angelina, and George takes Alena after weeks of working up the courage to ask her, resulting in breaking into Honeydukes and bringing her chocolate, which she loves.

Alena is basically Remus reincarnated, but he is NOT her dad.

Cedric dies and Alena is one of the first down to the grass and is attempting to comfort his mother. After Professor Sprout takes Cedric's parents away, George shares a fluffy-angsty moment with Alena by hugging her tightly while she cries.

In OotP, you can decide what side her parents are on, so you could make it really tense with her parents as death eaters, or the opposite. It's their last year and Fred LITERALLY pushes Alena and George to get together. In the end they do, and Alena helps them with their 'Umbridge product' at the store. She also helped make the fireworks, enchanting them with her extensive ravenclaw knowledge so they exploded into the big dragon and the weasley logo.

Alena moves in with Fred and George above the shop, helping out every now and then with her Auror training on the side. At the end of HBP, Alena gets some news not long after Dumbledoor was killed. Again, your choice for her parents affects the story here. If you choose her parents to be death eaters, she may have been present when dumbledore was killed and may have escaped the castle with them, but if you chose them to be with the order, you could have her joining in the fight to break back into the castle and fight away the deatheaters. She also helps bill after he was attacked by Greyback.

Alena returns to hers, Fred's and George's flat one night, and George has been waiting for, having fallen asleep on the couch. Alena leaves him, probs some fluffy stuff after this where she tells him she's pregnant with a baby. Tonks is ecstatic, but lupin has developed a sort of fatherly connection to the girl through their shared lycanthropy.

If you chose her parents as death eaters, you could have Lupin as a fatherly replacement? If not just someone who looks out for her.

The next few months leading up to the war is up to you, and is of your choice. But Alena finds out she's having two boys, and in respect of George's deceased uncles, they name them Fabian and Gideon.

It's your choice who dies in the war, Fred, Lupin, Tonks, all of them are up to you and I trust your decision.
