"How are you feeling at this moment?" Colton questioned walking near me after few council members left congratulating me.

"Isn't that question to be raised for a bride?" I questioned him back with the irritation I am feeling of wearing a royal tunic and breeches.

"She seems to be more than normal about this but can't say the same about you." Jacey replied for him.

"Did you meet her?" I asked her with hope.

"No! But we saw her from a distance." Jacey replied and I nodded.

"This seems to be so new. I am used to the plain apparel's and not these." I mumbled wishing to tear my clothes.

"You are now going to be the King of Agatha. You should get used to them like she got used to our normal apparel's when she stayed with us." Colton uttered and I stopped myself from feeling any more irritation.

"I can do this for her." I whispered and stepped near the stage and Bhairavi joined me not staring at anyone.

Colton and Jacey stayed with me while the King and Queen sat with other Council members talking about why they left the land for a few days and also regarding many misunderstandings which occurred between the land and Council.

"You should think again before going through this ceremony of marriage." Bhairavi mumbled, making me stare at her in shock.

"Why?" I questioned her.

"Because the marriage done by the hands of Council can be cancelled only by them. So when you want out of it then simple words will not be enough. Think again before stepping onto the stage." She replied and walked to the stage as she was summoned along with Council members.

"It is going to be so tough. I can't see our Bhairavi in her at all. You need all the luck in the world." Colton uttered as he heard her words along with Jacey.

"I do not want her to get hurt because of me or anyone again." I retorted before stepping beside her.

Everyone cried in joy for the new King and Queen when our coronation started in the same place by the Council. After everything settled we all walked inside the throne room without the people as they need to return to their homes before it gets darker.

"I may be the King of this Kingdom, Bhairavi. But you will be the ruler of it." I whispered to her remembering the way People showed their affection and respect for her.

She ignored my words and glanced at the King Teodor and Queen Sabrina as they walked near to the thrones.

"I am glad to see you again. How is your health now, King Teodor?" She questioned in a normal tone.

"I am well, Queen Bhairavi." He replied and she shook her head.

"She wishes to be called as Princess by the elder rulers until she adjusts to the title." King Vali replied to her uneasiness.

"And I cannot believe I brought the new King of Agatha to the place by myself." He added with a laugh and she glanced at him in confusion.

"These are the people who wanted to meet you in urgency and they do not even know about the ceremonies." He explained and she glanced down in silence.

"You both have been more than kind to me and gave me shelter. I wish to show my gratitude and request you to stay at my home." She uttered glancing at them and they nodded.

"Colton!" She mumbled when he stood before her.

"You saved my life Bha... Princess and I want to thank you." He uttered bowing to her.

"Like I said, I cannot let any harm touch my Pal." She uttered and then glanced at Jacey.

"Ok! I guess I have to ask for forgiveness the foremost before any words can be exchanged between us." Jacey uttered with complete awkwardness.

"No need for that. My request is extended to you both too. Please accept my wish." Bhairavi uttered, and asked a woman who seemed to be little familiar to show them to their chambers.

"We will be leaving for now, but will have a word with you both later." Council members said and left the room one after the other.

"I will also go to my guest chamber." King Vali uttered before leaving and some guy who supposed to be the minister of Agatha left with him to have a word with him.

"Meals have been served in your chamber's, Your highness." A maid uttered glancing at us.

"We will retire, Tina. You too can go and take some rest." Bhairavi said and we both stood up to leave but I am just following her.

After climbing up a stair she opened a large door to enter it while I followed her ignoring the pain from the wounds.

"This will be your resting Chamber. Many apparel's are already brought for you to use in these racks." She uttered gesturing the room which was double to the throne room in Nadir.

"Bhairavi!" I whispered, placing my hand on her shoulder.

"There will be a bell in this Chamber with which you can call for help and also for the water to be brought to have a bath." She continued ignoring my hand.

I turned her around and stared at her face, which is not showing anything at the moment. I pulled her into my arms and hugged her tightly ignoring her protests.

"What I did is not forgivable which I know, Bhairavi. I will do anything to show that I regret it with each breath. I got so scared when we thought you must have been taken away by Pirates and then when we thought King Vali maybe torturing you." I murmured hugging her more tightly as for her she has her hands to her side only.

"Leave me!" she whispered, but I didn't listen to her.

"I am tired and I want to take some rest." She added hearing which I released her.

"Give me any punishment you want, Bhairavi. I will finish it, but do not keep me away." I whispered, placing my hand over her cheek.

"Who am I to even give you some punishment, Alastair? And why should I? I was a slave to you and you released me." She uttered making me still.

"No! You are my wife and it will not change with any of my word." I mumbled.

"I am your wife. We just got married infront of everyone." She retorted.

"You were mine even before this ceremony." I stated and she shook her head and pushed away making me hiss with the pain as there is a wound at my ribs.

"There must be some paste here to apply on the wounds." She simply mumbled stepping away.

"I love you, Bhairavi." I whispered, pulled her face with my hands holding it.

"I do not know what you are thinking, Alastair. I went along with this marriage just for my people and I would have done the same thing even if there was someone else in your place. This is for my people and will always be." She stated with fierce looks.

"You will not use someone in that way." I uttered shaking my head.

"Why? Does only a man can use a woman for his wish? When you can let go of your promises and vows for your people, then I can tie a knot with someone with whom I do not want to be with for my people." She uttered raising her voice.

"Now do you still love me?" She questioned.

"I will always." I replied, hearing which she shook her head.

"We will see about it. My Chamber is beside this and do not enter that at all." She murmured before walking near the door inside this chamber and entered some other room.

I took off my apparel and applied the paste before lying on the large bed which if would have been in my hut, then there would have been no space to walk.

She left all this for me and I didn't respect her sacrifice even though I do not know. From this moment her wish will be my duty to fulfill and I will do anything to keep her happy.

i always read a girl going to a new place with which she doesnt have any idea about regarding what to do and everything seems different.... but how about a guy who went through the same things then what will he feel and act....

our alastair will kind of go through the same too... i know this was small but i will try to give more in the next ones...
