The next night, Lance was given another chore by his aunt and uncles and that was to pick some berries. Lance went to the woods to pick some berries and as he sees the wall of thorns already open for him, he enters the Moors and he saw the creatures that reside there as he start to sing to himself until the fairies and the centaur foals started to sing along and the fauns started to play their flutes to join their singing

However, Lance did not notice Keith watching him again while hiding behind the trees. He still didn't understand why Lance wasn't scared of him nor did he understand why his heart was beating at the sound of Lance's angelic singing. Still, he couldn't help but listen to such a beautiful melody that is Lance's voice

Lance:

Lance sits down near a river and sighs "Oh dear, why do they still treat me like a child?" one little centaur colt asks "Who?" Lance replies "Aunt Pidge and Uncle Matt and Uncle Hunk and Uncle Coran. They never want me to meet anyone" and asks "But you know something?" a faun asks "What?" Lance answers "I fooled them" the unicorns, fauns, fairies, centaur and Pegasus foals gasp in shock as Lance says "I have met someone" the little unicorns and Pegasi whinny in curiosity as Lance explains "Oh, a man. A Prince or a King, perhaps. He's tall and handsome and so romantic" the fairies sigh as Lance explains "We walk together and talk together and just before we say goodbye, he takes me in his arms" the Moorland creatures' eyes widen as Lance continues "And then" they gasp but when Lance finishes "I wake up" they all groan in sadness and disappointment as Lance states "Yes, it's only in my dreams but they say if you dream a thing more than once, it's sure to come true and I've seen him so many times"

Keith couldn't help but feel sorry for Lance since he himself knew what it was like to feel love when he was in love with Allura but he had forgotten how. However, he shook that thought away and leaves the peasant boy alone to take a bath but after Keith takes his cape and shirt off and while he starts taking his bath, Shiro caws in confusion as if asking why his master didn't approach Lance as Keith replies "Shiro, I can't face him again, he's a prince who loves another one or maybe a princess and doesn't even know it yet. I mean, look at me, I'm just the wicked monster who cursed him. I'm too old and coldhearted for him. He deserves someone better. Better than I could ever be" but they didn't notice the fairies stealing his cloak and shirt until Shiro sees them and caws in alarm as Keith sees them too and yells "Come back here, you little thieves" but the fairies didn't listen and they showed the cloak and shirt to the fauns, unicorns, Pegasi and centaur foals and they all made a plan to cheer up their new friend. One centaur colt became the feet, two fauns became the legs and torso, the fairies became the arms under the shirt while one baby Pegasus became the head with the cape on his neck and as they approach Lance who sees this and gasps "Why, it's my dream Prince", Lance giggles "Your Highness. You know, I'm really not supposed to speak to strangers but we've met before"

Keith and Shiro find the fairies but instead they see Lance dancing with the creatures. Keith, on the other hand, couldn't believe they stole his cape and shirt just to create a dream prince for Lance

Keith grabs the cape and shirt, puts both of them on and walks behind Lance who was still singing

Lance turns around and sees Keith standing behind him and gasps "Guardian Angel" Keith says "I didn't mean to frighten you" but instead, Lance innocently asks "Do you know that song?" Keith replies "I had forgotten how. It was a long time ago" Lance excitedly beams "Oh but you know it. You must have" Keith, seeing that he is familiar with the song, smiles and says "Yes, as a matter of fact, I do"

Keith:

Keith and Lance stand behind a branch as Lance asks "How long have you known that song?" Keith replies "It was from a woman I once knew" Lance asks "Did you love her?" Keith answers "Yes, but she was in love with someone else and I accepted it" Lance asks "Why? Who wouldn't love you? You're classically handsome" Keith sighs "No, I'm not"

Lance states "But you are. Maybe you can't see it but you might. I think you're beautiful just the way you are" Keith was surprised that Lance called him beautiful while Lance looks at the tree creatures and says "They're so beautiful" Keith smiles and agrees "Yes" the tree creatures thank Lance in their foreign language as Lance smiles which made Keith's heart beat even faster
