Flicker is about to leave.

BOY
(shouting)

She turns around and finds the boy, backed by a couple equally strong friends, standing there, glowering at her.

BOY
Give me the money.

FLICKER
(calmly)

My holo-fig beat yours. I won it fair and square.

BOY
You shouldn't even be allowed to compete. You're too young!

FLICKER
(steely)
I paid the woman. So did you. The best fighter won.

She turns to leave again but the boy grabs the hood of her sweatshirt and yanks her backward.

BOY
Give me the damn money.

Flicker turns around only to be shoved by the boy. She falls, colliding heavily with the ground. As the boy reaches down to grab her, she rolls out of the way and stands, instantly in defensive mode.
