Sky's POV

"Let's get this meeting started," I say, and as soon as I finish the doors burst open.

In the doorway stood a girl, she was about 5ft 5in. She had short light brown hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing a teal beanie, a light blue shirt, a grey hoodie,  black skinny jeans and combat boots. She looked around, her face turning bright red.

She quickly closed the doors and sprinted over to an empty seat by the girl I ran into earlier.

'Those must be the newer high ranks' I think, shaking my head. 'One early, one late' I chuckle a bit as the girl I ran into, I think her name was jade or something, smacked the back of the late girl's, I think her name was Tori, head.

"Okay, let's get this meeting actually started, if there are no more interruptions," I say, looking at the door.

Everyone chuckles a bit and Tori and Ty look slightly annoyed, just slightly. I smile a bit and look at everyone.

"Okay so-" I start, but I am cut off by my phone ringing.

'You have the motherf*cking right to remail viole-' I quickly grab my phone and turn it off. My face goes beet red. I cough, embarrassed a little. (Ahhh, Hollywood undead *grins* the song is Kill Everyone by Hollywood Undead btw)

"Anyways, as you all should know, we are here to discuss the issue on the squid army recruit we captured the other day."

"He gave me useful information on the squids and from what I can gather, they are creating mutants to help them win this war." Most everyone gasps, and murmurs are heard here and there.

"How do we know we can trust him?" Asks Husky, looking around a bit, before landing his gaze on me.

"He claims that he doesn't want to be a part of the squid army, and that he has been planning to help up for a while now but he needed a chance to get away, and to get more files on what the squids are planning."

Husky nods and leans back in his chair, a thoughtful look on his face.

"But, even if he was telling the truth, how would we know that he wasn't luring us into a trap, deceiving us so to speak." Says Alesa, standing up.

"We don't," I say, "but so far he's the best shot at defeating the squids we've got."

The meeting continues for about an hour and finally we come to a decision. "Okay," I say, "we will take a vote, majority rules like usual." Everyone nods and we all sit down.

"Those who wish for squid to be freed stand." Me, Curaxu, Tori, Jade, Ty, Seto, and Jason stand up.

"Okay sit" we sit, "those who wish for him to stay in captivity for the time being stand up." Mitch, Bodil, Jerome, Dawn, Husky, Ian, Solace, Rage, and Hollow stand up.

I nod, "we will not free him now, until we get further evidence that he is telling the truth and not planning to deceive us." I look around, "do we all agree on this?" Everyone nods, "okay, who volunteers to go down to tell him that he shall be freed."

Tori and jade jump up, nearly knocking their chairs over and yell, "I will!" They look at each other in surprise, and laugh, causing a chain reaction, making everyone laugh.

"Okay," I say, "Tori and jade...." I look at them questioningly, silently asking if those were their names, they nod, "Tori and Jade will go down to talk to the prisoner, while the rest of us work on strategy for trying to find those squids."

The two leave, and I sit down, ready to resume the meeting.

Jade's POV

"C'mon Baka!" I yell to Tori as we run down the halls, even though we weren't supposed to....oops.

"I'm not the Baka here!" She yells back, "You know you're faster than me, which I still don't get since your shorter than me, child!"

I roll my eyes, "I've got mini person powers!" (A/N HardcoreFangirl15 I can just imagine this conversation XD)

"Sigh," she says, and I glare at her.

"Tori! You know how I feel about you saying sigh,"

"Right, I keep forgetting though!" She protests. "It's like second nature!"

I sigh, and we come to a spiraling stairwell, I glare at the steps, and start to run down them.

Tori flies past me, sliding on the bannister. "Who's the faster one now!?" She yells before placing her right fist over her heart and yelling, "Wee woo!"

I repeat the gesture and yell "wee woo!" As well.

I spot a rope dangling down the middle of the spiral stairs and an idea pops into my brain. I use the bannister as a launching pad and jump over to the rope, catching it. I slide down it and join Tori with her whooping and hollering, all the way down.

We land at around the same time, me a few seconds before Tori, and when she lands she loses her footing, falling onto her face.

I laugh a little, and she groans in either pain or embarrassment, probably both. She stands up and turns around, Facing me. There is a scratch on her cheek, and it is bleeding a little. She grabs a tissue from her pocket and licks it, she wipes off the blood and shoves the tissue in her other pocket.

I was still chuckling a bit from her fall and she glares at me. "Wow, rude." She says, pouting a bit.

"I'm sorry Baka, it was funny though." I reply, stopping my laughter.

She rolls her eyes, "not really, it kinda hurt."

"Anyways," I say, changing the subject, "we better go tell squid the bad news" she nods and we walk to the cell.

There are no guards since we don't usually have many prisoners down here. But we probably should get some, because when we got there, Squid was opening his cell door, a silver dagger in his hand.

Well, I hope you all enjoyed that chapter! Took me a few days to write, but it was almost a thousand words so....XD anywho....
