A girl with short, black hair, yellowish skin, white, buttoned shirt, blue and black, plaid skirt, black socks that go up to her knees, blue sneakers, and purple earrings is currently sitting on a school bus filled with around a dozen other kids towards the front of the bus.

Girl: "(in head) Why am I alone?"

She gazes out towards the bustling neighborhood just outside the window as her phone begins to ring.

Girl: "Dad?"

She answers her phone.

Sakura's Dad: "Sakura?"

Sakura: "Yes?"

Sakura's Dad: "I just need to tell you that I'm going to be home later than usual. Something just came up at work."

Sakura: "Oh..."

Sakura's Dad: "Something wrong?"

Sakura: "I-It's nothing."

Sakura's Dad: "If you say so..."

The call hangs up as the bus makes a fatal right hand turn.

Sakura: "I guess that's the reason."

A car crash stands too close to the corner.

Sakura: "H-Huh?!"

The driver doesn't try to halt the brakes.

Kid 1: "H-Hey! We're going to crash!"

The driver goes limp as the bus goes faster.

Kid 2: "What's going on?!"

The bus makes headway with the flaming wreck, exploding the bus, but only injuring 11 and killing 2.

Kid 3: "(coughing) Somebody!"

One of the dead is Sakura while the other is a normal boy that was sitting closest to the engine.

However...

Sakura: "Am I... alone?"

Sakura is floating in the grey abyss.

Sakura: "When... am I not?"

Sakura takes a step forward as she sees the boy who died alongside her running away from two soldiers.

Boy: "S-Stop! I can't be dead!"

He notices the lonely Sakura.

Boy: "Run! These guys don't feel right to be around!"

Sakura: "Huh?"

The boy bumps into Sakura, creating a pink light.

Boy: "What the hell?!"

Sakura: "This light..."

The two have vanished in the light.

Meanwhile...

Sakura: "Wh-Where-"

Sakura has awakened next to the flaming engine and the body of the boy.

???: "Is that my body?!"

The boy's ghost floats next to Sakura.

Sakura: "What... happened?"

Sakura stands up to see an older man in a suit that looks similar to Sakura appearing as though he's readying a sword.

Sakura: "Dad?"

A ghost floats to his dad.

Boy: "This shit just gets weirder by the second."

Ghost: "We're going to check this out Shoma?"

Shoma: "My daughter just died Lucas. I need to make sure."

Shoma fades away.

Sakura: "What just..."

Boy: "So I died, that's your dad, and he's got some ghost that follows him around."

They're beginning to fade.

Sakura: "This isn't normal."

Boy: "I'm just curious since we're probably stuck like this, but what's your name?"

Sakura: "S-Sakura. Y-You?"

Johnny: "Mg real name is Johnathan, but you can call me Johnny."

Sakura: "O-Okay... Johnny."

They have faded away as time stops around them.

Meanwhile...

Shoma is slicing through Soldiers like butter with a katana dripping with magma.

Lucas: "We should've stayed on guard!"

Shoma: "That isn't easy to keep up after 16 years."

A Soldier lands a nasty attack in Shoma's back.

Lucas: "Yeah, but I think Ace and Sakura had a right to know."

Shoma gets hit again.

Shoma: "(in pain) I know they did."

However...

Johnny: "Now what happened?"

They stand in the strange realm to see Shoma getting attacked over and over again.

Sakura: "Dad?"

A pink spear giving off a hazy aura forms in Sakura's hands.

Johnny: "He needs help!"

Sakura holds the spear to her side.

Sakura: "I-I'll try."

She charges forward.

Meanwhile...

Lucas: "Shoma!"

Shoma is about to bite the dust when a Soldier is about to stab him in the back.

???: "Dad!"

The head of the fatal Soldier explodes.

Shoma: "Sakura?"

Sakura's spear goes through four more skulls.

Lucas: "Wait, wasn't she-"

Johnny: "PLEASE STOP CONFUSING ME!!!!"

Sakura rips her spear out.

Sakura: "What's going on dad?"

Shoma: "I wanted to find out myself when I dropped everything."

Shoma tries to stand, but his injuries won't let him.

Johnny: "Just let us finish this."

Sakura: "W-Wait!"

Lucas: "We kind of have to leave it to you two."

The hazy aura separates from the spear and surrounds the heads of the remaining Soldiers.

Sakura: "Okay!"

All heads explode.

Shoma: "Grace and Faith couldn't pull that off."

Lucas: "Different weapons and different bonds produce different results."

The realm fades away and they return to the accident mid cleanup.

Lucas: "(awkwardly) I'd say we'd better get in the car."

A black car rests at the corner of the street.

Johnny: "If we really have to..."

The two get in the car, but with Shoma having minor difficulties due to the pain...
