The hoodie guy looked around but noticed that nobody was aware what happened. Everyone was busy enjoying and the loud music blasting through the speakers drowned the sound of splashing of pool water. Sighing a deep breath, he jumped into the pool.

Around 30 minutes later~
A faint voice entered Lana's ears as she heard "....she has to be safe and unhurt. I hope you understand what I mean kid. You don't want her to get into problems every now and then...."

"I never thought I would say this but thank you for the help Mr. Q. I don't think I would be needing your help in the future. "
Before she could process who it was, she fainted. A few retreating footsteps and Lana was carried to a master bedroom.

When Lana woke up, she noticed she was no longer in her dress and someone has changed into a long top. Adjusting her eyes to the dark room, she immediately recognised it as Liam's bedroom. Hailey sat beside her bed, on a stuffed sofa with her eyes turned red. As soon as Lana opened her eyes, Hailey pulled her into a tight affectionate hug. She could not produce any words as she continued sobbing and crying. Liam entered and placed a cup of chicken soup on the desk as he sat beside Lana examining her body temperature.

"You should be careful." Liam said. Lana felt a warmth in her stomach.

Her temperature had risen to 103°F.

"Hailey, feed her the soup warm. I'm leaving."

Liam went away. A few minutes later, Ethan came into the room. He came and sat beside Hailey. He asked Lana if she was feeling better.

"Liam was very tensed when he found you drenched and cold...he may seem rude but he isn't like that" Ethan revealed.

Although Lana was sitting, she was lost in her thoughts thinking if she hallucinate the unknown voice or not. She wondered if it was true then who was Mr. Q.

"Who changed my dress?" Lana asked out loud.

"Me. You were fully wet so I changed your dress into the top. Liam borrowed it. When Liam carried you in the mansion, I was so tensed. You looked so weak." Hailey continued sobbing.

Lana put up her hand and embraced her "I'm fine now."

Ethan looked at Lana's condition and said "Stay here for a few days until your health inproves. We'll go and bring your essentials. Just take rest."

Lana nodded as Hailey brushed her hand on Lana's forehead. Lana closed her eyes as she went to sleep.

Hailey took out her phone and called David, telling him about Lana's state and that they will be staying at Liam's for a few days until Lana recovers.

David advised Hailey to stay beside Lana and not to leave her alone.

Hanging up, Hailey softly stood up, shifting from the sofa and sat on the bed beside Lana. Lana's weak form reminded her the times when she imagined her 3-year old sister lying hurt with a cut collarbone in the midst of a forest road with dead parents around her.
