"Firstly I would like to thank all of you for attending and joining us in tonight's get together. I'm Liam Fonseka and this is my CO-CEO and brother Ethan Fonseka." He said moving is hand towards Ethan as Ethan came forward, standing beside Liam.

Ethan spoke "I hope you enjoy your night here. For the newcomers, today is the day when our famous city Ucambo was established by our admirer Ian Even. After discovering this city, it's still a mystery of his sudden disappearance. He'll always be remembered for his contribution for creating and taking us to the level we are at right now. For those who want to spend the night here, we have twin bedrooms upstairs so please find your way when you want."

Lana was listening to their speech but seemed to understand nothing. She wondered what they were talking about. Before she collected any more hints, Ethan concluded his speech and cheered with a dark red drink in his goblet.

Taking a sip of the drink, Ethan and Liam exited the stage with Lana and Hailey following behind. They were provided with a crystal blue drink. Looking around they found only three women apart from them drinking the same blue drink.

Liam went away to speak with Mr. Bradley. Shaking hands with each other, Liam asked him to follow him to a quieter zone. The roof was empty as both the men walked around with the half filled goblet.

"So why do you want to speak with me?" Liam looked sharply at Mr. Bradley.

"Sir, you do know that the girl is not our type, don't you? " Bradley asked.

"Yes. I know."

"Then why did you make her yout assistant? You 3ven gave her that necklace!"

" Do I need to answer your every question, Bradley? Just stay out of it and focus on your own business." Liam said turning around, leaving Bradley alone one the dark roof.

A guy wearing a dark hoodie stood at one side, observing every soul within the room. Unnoticed by anyone, he turned and drifted through a doorway, the music and revelry fading into silence behind him.

Lana roamed alone in the mansion. Hailey had gone with Ethan for a dance and Liam has been gone for half an hour already. With the now empty goblet in her pale hand, she looked at the various potraits on the wall.

Following the drawings, she reached the end of the hall. The open door was lit up with different coloured lightings. She peeped through it and saw lots of people in the garden. She went outside and sat on the cemented edge of the 7 feet swimming pool.

A waiter hurried past her. Shocked by the sudden movement, she lost her balance falling into the pool. Having the fear of falling and drowning, she had never learned swimming. Due to the disadvantage,  she clawed trying to reach the edge of the pool. But the more she clawed, the more she moved drifted away from the edge. 

Panicking she opened her mouth, taking in a lot of water. Her head reeled as she went underwater. The whole world around her seemed to close down as she was slowly engulfed by the darkness without a single notice from the invited guests.

As Lana sinked and touched the floor of the pool, the hoodie guy stood by the bank . With a judgmental look on his face, he watched Lana.
