Shit!

shit!

What have I said? It's all because of the Devil.

If he had not said he loved me then I wouldn't have became panicked and started ranting .

'Baby?' he again asked.

'Uh... no... baby... I said baby? No no you have heard it wrong,' I said.

He said something to uncle and uncle went out.

'I want the truth. You said something about my baby,' he said and it irritated me.

'It's MY BABY,'  I confessed angrily.

'Y...ou ar..e pre..g.nant?' he asked rubbing his forehead .

'Yes, I am pregnant.'

'My baby.'

What does he think? Oh yes, he think I had an affair with someone else behind his back.

'There is only one person I slept with. He was Anaya's boyfriend,' I shouted.

'Oh my god!' he said as he started rubbing his forehead.

'But we used protection?' he seemed confused.

'That day in the office when...'

'Fuck,' he cursed as realization crossed his face.

'There's a baby in there?' he asked pointing towards my stomach.

'No, there's a dinosaur in there, you moron,' I shouted but he was busy looking at my stomach.

'Can I touch it?' he asked.

No no no.... Ruhani say no.

'Yes,' I said and he slowly stroked my stomach .

I closed my eyes feeling his touch.

For the first time he is feeling our baby.

'I want to go home,'  I said and pushed his hands away before I got carried away with emotions.

'I am sorry. You know how possessive I am. When I saw you in his shirt and he was kissing your forehead I lost my temper. It seemed as if my world was collapsing in front of my eyes.'

'You should have asked me but you accused me that I am sleeping with someone behind your back.'

'Angel,  I...'

'I want to leave and if you will not take me to my house I will get out of car,' I shouted cutting him off.

'Please, don't leave.'

'Every time I look at you I remember the things you said to me. I can't forget the accusations you threw at me.'

'I am sorry.'

'Is sorry enough for all the things you said? Remember the day I slept with you?' I asked and he nodded.

'Maybe you slept with many women but that was the most special moment of my life and the day that I said I loved you, I meant each and every word.'

'Baby I was so angry...'

'Now you are saying that you are sorry but in the future will you be able to trust me? Was it so easy for you to accuse me? You never thought to ask me about it at least for once before accusing me? Was it so easy for you to give up on what we had? I accepted everything you did or said not because I was okay with everything but because I wanted YOU. I wanted to give the relation a chance,' I ranted and paused to take a deep breathe and controlled my anger.

'I was saving us and for you it took a second to destroy what we had,' I continued softly and I didn't realize tears were rolling down my cheeks.

'Baby I am sorry and I love...'

'No,' I shouted cutting him off.

'Don't say you love me and I want to go home NOW,' I shouted while emphasizing on the word 'now.'

'Okay okay,' he said softly and called Mohan uncle.

After few minutes uncle came and we left for home. The whole ride we were silent .

He was looking at me but I never met his gaze.

My house came and I got out of car and walked towards the house without looking at me.

Vikram's POV

As soon as we reached home I went in my room. For the first time I came in the room and sat on the day from the day Angel left this house.

Angel.

My baby.

Baby. I am having a baby.

I still can't believe it.

I lost her because of my stupidity.

I lost my love because I am stupid.

I love her. Yes, I love my Angel.

I didn't realize it till now but yes I love her and I can't stay without her.

Shit!

I should have asked her once.

I should have not let my possessiveness win.

I stroked the bed and remembered all the moments I  spend with her.

The whole afternoon I was in the room remembering all the moments we spend together.

At evening I went for a walk to clear my mind.

I just kept walking without knowing where I was going.

After walking for some time I saw Max and Angel walking together and both of them were laughing.

They entered in a restaurant and I followed them.

Her gaze held mine as soon as I entered the restaurant but she ignored me and started talking with Max. I sat on a table opposite her and called the waiter and asked him to give 'aalo ka paratha' on that table as I know how much she loves it.

Max went out to attend a call and I was glad that he didn't notice me.

'I didn't order it,' I heard her saying.

'Yes Madam, sir ordered it,' he said looking at me.

'Thank you,' she said to the waiter and whispered something to him and his facial expression changed and he nodded at her.

Few minutes back waiter came back with few green chillies in a plate and my eyes widened and I looked at the waiter angrily.

'Sir, mam asked me to...

'Okay, keep it here and leave,' I said as I understood she asked him to do it.

I bit the chilli.

Oh my god!

No.

I closed my eyes to control myself from not shouting as I was chewing the chilli and opened it to see that she was looking at me but I was not able to read her expression and I continued having it.

I noticed that she was shocked but didn't say anything.

'You ordered it?' Max asked as soon as he came.

'No. Waiter had a misunderstanding but you can have it if you want,' she said loud enough for me to hear. Her mobile rang and she picked it up.

'Dad, I will reach home in half an hour.' What? Wait a minute, I can't hear you.'

'Excuse me Max, I will be back in few minutes,' she told Max and walked out of the hotel and I ran after her.

'Oh yes dad. Okay okay,' she said and cut the call and as soon she turned around she bumped into me.

Before she could say anything I dragged her towards an nearby alley.

'Leave me, Mr. Malhotra,' she shouted and jerked my hand.

'I am sorry, baby.'

'Why are you stalking me? Oh yes! you are keeping an eye on me so that you can check if I am sleeping with...'

'I know that you will never do that and I was not stalking you, it was a coincidence,' I said cutting off whatever she was saying

'Yeah right,' she mocked.

'I am sorry,' I apologized again.

'I want these few months to get over as soon as possible so that I will not have to see you,' she said bitterly and bitterly the eyes which held love was filled with hate and anger.

'Then what?' I asked.

'Then maybe, maybe I will fall in love with someone who will 'trust' me,' she emphasized on the word trust.

If she wanted to kill me by words then she was succeeding. She hit where it hurt the most.

I can eat green chilli everyday if she wants to but I can't bear to hear the words coming out of her mouth.

'What about my baby?' I asked controlling my anger.

'MY BABY MR. MALHOTRA MY BABY. And you can come and meet him whenever you will be in Pune, of course if you have time.'

'It's my baby also Angel and you cannot fall in love with anyone as you already love me and you will never forget me,' I said stroking her stomach.

I don't know but from the time she told me there's a baby there I wanted to touch it or stroke it whenever she is near me.

I still can't believe there is a baby there.

My baby.

Our baby.

Thank god no one was here except us.

'Yes, I will not forget you but maybe in the future, after few years I will forget you and move on in my life with someone else,' she was leaving but I held her wrist and backed her up against the wall.

'I regret loving the man who never trusted me and thought so low about me. Tell me what made you think like that? Tell me,' she asked holding my shirt in a fist and pulling me towards her.

'I don't know, I saw you with him but I am sorry Angel and I regret everything I said that day and I---

'I hate you,' she said cutting me off and pushed me.

'I hope that one day I will forget you and all the moments we spend together and then I can move on in my life with someone who will love me so much to trust me,' she said and I punched the wall angrily.

'Don't always say that you will find someone who will love you and trust you because nobody can love you like I do and I will never let you go. Whenever I hear 'love' and 'someone else' in the same sentence I want to kill that imaginary guy, that's how crazy you make me when you say something like that.'

'And this baby,' I said as I again kept my palm on her stomach.

'This baby is OURS and will always be OURS.' I stated firmly.

I said and kneeled in front of her.

'Hey baby !This is your---

'What are you doing?' she asked as she tried to remove my hand from her stomach but I didn't remove my hand

'Wait a minute, don't disturb me,' I said and again looked at her stomach.

'Hey little one! I am your dad. I hope you are fine. Tell mommy that I am sorry for hurting her and don't let her cry and I know that I don't have to worry about you, as your mommy will take good care of you. I love you little one and I love your m---

'No. Don't say that,' she said cutting me off, jerked my hand away and walked away.

I love you Angel and I will bring you back in my life.
