I rarely smiled anymore so it was normal when things happened around me that I didn't laugh at them. So when we got to school and some kid laughed at the car I simply glared at them. I felt eyes following me causing me to turn and face a group of pale kids. One had a black pixie haircut and was standing next to a boy with blond curly hair that looks as if he was in pain. Then there was a talk buff boy with black hair holding a beautiful blond beside him. You could see the hidden pain behind her eyes something I could relate to. I didn't have to ask her and she didn't have to ask me to know what happened to the two of us. Then there was another boy who seemed to eye Bella the entire time. The pixie haircut girl seemed to smile at the blond and began walking over to me. To which I held no form of emotion and didn't do much but wait.

"Hi I'm Alice, Alice Cullen" she said

"She doesn't talk much" Bella said for me

I simply nodded and left Alice standing there with a small frown on her face. I didn't care that she frowned I barely cared at all. She didn't have to know that and she never would know that.

When lunch rolled around I sat at a table alone with Bella even if I insisted she didn't have to sit with me. That I was okay and she could sit with her friends but Bella refused and said maybe next time. So I let it go and watched as the family of porcelain like dolls came into the cafeteria. I could see Bella asking who they were but I could have cared less. I felt their stares on my back so I turned and glared causing them to turn away from me. I wasn't all that hungry so I got up tossed my food and headed out of the cafeteria. Bella seemingly noticed I was gone and had found me by my new locker.

"You alright?, stupid question my bad" she said shaking her head at herself

"I'm good for once I suppose" i said shrugging my shoulders

"Okay what class do you have next?" She asked

"Art then history and then home" I said

"Okay see you in the parking lot by the truck then" she said as the bell rang and I nodded

I simply nodded and walked off to my next class which was art. When I walked into art I handed the teacher my slip that we had to have signed by all teachers by the end of the day. Then went to the open seat which was next to the blond girl that and Alice.

"Hi I'm Rosalie you met my sister Alice" Rosalie said

I nodded and focused back to the paper in front of me. She seemed off put by no response from me. Then again she quickly let it pass before she regained herself. Back to the resting bitch face she had prior to saying hello.
