Two hours pass by. Jason wrapped the girls leg to help keep the bone in place.

Jason: "(wiping away sweat) There we go."

Jason lies down on his padded floor.

Jason: "Now to play the waiting game."

Jason remains there for an hour.

Jason: "Huh?"

The girl wakes up.

Girl: "Jesus fuck!"

Jason: "You alright?"

The girl looks at Jason.

Girl: "Where the hell am I?"

Jason: "My cave. I went to go fishing and found you by the riverside with your leg bent backwards."

The girl looks at her leg.

Girl: "Thanks."

Jason: "I believe that we require introductions. Jason Velour."

Jade: "Jade Laven."

Jade looks for her stuff.

Jade: "Do you know where my stuff is?'

Jason steps outside for a moment and comes back with heavy weaponry and a small bag.

Jason: "I know where everything is."

Jason tosses Jade the bag.

Jade: "I'd better thank those two later."

Jade pulls out a small container of ointment.

Jade: "I just find it sad to use this now."

Jade removes the bandages and applies the ointment all over her leg.

Jason: "(puzzled) Why are you doing that?"

Jade: "To speed up my bones fixing themselves."

Jade's leg begins to snap back into place.

Jade: "I have a question Jason."

Jason: "I might have an answer."

Jade: "Did you see two guys nearby where you found me?"

Jason: "No. All I heard and saw was you."

Jade: "(mumbling) The rift must've split us up."

Jason: "Rift?"

Jade: "(flustered) Forget that."

Jason: "Alright. I will for now."

Jade: "(in head) I just fucked up."

Jade's bone finishes healing.

Jason: "Never knew medicine like this was possible."

Jason thinks for a bit.

Jason: "I need to head for the Somar Mansion ruins."

Jade: "For what?"

Jason: "I'm a treasure hunter. At these ruins there are rumors about a scale from a dragon goddess is waiting for a brave soul to snatch it."

Jade: "(puzzled) Dragon goddess?"

Jason: "You've never heard of the dragons that control supernovas, black holes, and solar flares? Nova, Onyx, and Flare?"

Jade: "Nope. (in head) The faith here?"

Jason: "I will make a shit ton of gold if they're true."

Jason grabs his weaponry.

Jason: "See ya."

Jade: "I'll go with you."

Jason: "Really? This is life threatening."

Jade: "I've been through some shit. I can handle my own."

Jason: "If you say so."

The two walk outside the cave.

Jason: "The ruins are a hefty walk. Two days north."

Jade: "Try a week."

Jason: "(in head) Jade is hiding something. I'll find out eventually."

The two begin their two day trek.
