"NARVEL WERE GOING TO MISS THE PLANE" Reba yelled to her husband."Hang on!" He called struggling to get one of the suitcases closed. Reba walked upstairs to see what the hold up was. She saw Narvel trying to zip up a suitcase with no luck."Here, let me help." She said sitting in top of the luggage as he zipped it closed."Now, why didn't I think of that" he asked sarcastically. "Because it's a team effort babe." she shot back."And your the best teammate I could ever ask for" he said and kissed her sweetly."Are you trying to make up for making us late?" She asked."Pfft no." He said jokingly.Reba rolled her eyes and walked downstairs, leaving him to take the bags."Don't worry I got them." He said sarcastically as she walked downstairs.

"Your the reason why daddy has to do all the work and mommy just gets to watch" Reba said while rubbing her belly."Why can't guys get pregnant? Life would be so much easier if we had that excuse." He said making it to the bottom of the staircase."This, is not easy." Reba replied pointing to her bulged stomach. "You try carry a watermelon under your skin for nine months, then talk to me about which Is harder darlin". "Looks easy." He said setting the suitcases down and placing his hands on each side of her stomach.She placed her hands on his and she kissed him." I love you so much Narvel Wayne Blackstock". "Well I love you too Reba Nell McEntire." "I love you more Darlin" she said."Not possible." He replied

The plane ride to Oklahoma was enjoyable. Narvel and Reba were cuddled on the jet's couch, Narvel rubbed her baby bump as they talked about their baby girl and what the family would think when they saw how much the baby grew.

"She's kickin" Reba said moving narvels hand to different spot on her belly. "Wow" he said in awe. She had been moving almost 2 weeks now, but it never ceased to amaze them.

Narvel would tap different parts of the bump and she would kick in the same spot. Reba was just smiling at the little game her husband was playing with their daughter. The baby decided it would be fun to kick a little harder, beating up her mother would also be part of the plan. "Ow" Reba gasped as she kicked really hard. Narvel placed his hand over the spot where she had kicked "Someone's excited." "Little girl has some sass, just like her mama" Reba said smiling."Oh great, I can already tell she's going to be another redhead. Just like her mama." Narvel replied sarcastically."You love your redheads and don't deny it" Reba said."I don't know if my sanity can handle another one. I'm having a hard time trying to keep up with you." He said laughing.

The baby probably had tired herself out with their little 'game' and stopped moving. Narvel didn't care, he just kept rubbing circles over the bump.

The plane finally landed in Oklahoma at around 6:30pm. Alice and Susie rode together to pick them up, they were the most excited about seeing reba further into her pregnancy. As soon as Reba stepped off of the plane she was met by her sisters.

"How's our little mama doing" Alice asked while hugging Reba."I'm fine!" Reba said excitedly hugging Her sister back. Susie looked like she could die from the excitement at any moment."REBA" Susie yelled wrapping her arms around Reba's neck "Ooh" Reba said as her sister pulled her into a hug with surprising strength. "Susie, don't kill her before we get home." Alice said, Reba hugged Susie back just as tight.

As they were driving home, Reba and Susie sat in the the back of the car together. "Have you felt her move yet" Susie asked."Yea, she was actually moving around a lot on the plane." Reba replied placing her hand on her stomach."Can I feel the bump" Susie asked."Sure!" Reba replied moving her hand. Susie placed her hand where Reba's was. "I think you are the only person that has asked to touch it" Reba said " I don't have to ask" Narvel stated proudly."It depends on what mood I'm in." She corrected him, causing everyone to laugh. The baby must have been happy too because she kicked against Susie's hand.Susie gasped,"I guess you felt that." Reba said to her sister. "She's my daughter too you know" Narvel said. He was hurt by what she said."Oh darlin I was just jokin." She replied.

They pulled into the driveway and Reba saw her mother sitting on the porch waiting on them. "Mama" Reba said practically running up to her mother."Hey baby!" Jackie said hugging her daughter, Reba forgot how much she missed home and her mother. They pulled away and Jackie smiled at her daughter, she was glowing."How's my little girls doing?" She asked " Their just fine" Narvel said with attitude as he carried their bags inside. "What's with Him" Jackie asked."A dumb joke I made in the car. He won't suck it up and put his big boy pants on." She replied."where's Pake" Reba asked. "He's inside watchin tv.. He says you'll come inside so he won't have to come out." Jackie replied, Reba rolled her eyes and stepped inside.

"Pake aren't you going to come and say hi to your sister" Reba said waiting for one of her brother's bear hugs "Well I figured there wasn't any reason to go outside and wait when you'd be coming inside eventually." He replied standing up and walking towards his sister."I missed your hugs" she said.He hugged her tighter and laughed feeling her round stomach pressed against his. "So I was never really updated in any of that." he said pointing to her stomach. "'She' is Lylah Elizabeth." Reba said. That was the name that they decided on for their little girl."Well hello their Lylah Elizabeth, I'm your uncle Pake" he said."What's she gonna do Pake? Shake your hand?" Alice laughed at Pake's gesture."No, she might kick it though" Reba said and they all laughed.

"Mama made dinner." Susie said figuring a four and a half month pregnant woman would always be hungry. Reba didn't hesitate,she was the first one in the kitchen."I think we should go first, you eat more than us." Alice said patting Reba's stomach." Nope, pregnancy rules." she said dishing out a large amount of food, which she ate all of it.

Reba and Narvel were getting ready to go to sleep when the baby woke up again. She obviously wasn't going to get any sleep. "Narvel?" She said shaking her husbands shoulder. "Hmm."he groaned. "I need you to play your little game with Lylah, she's keeping me up." Reba explained. Narvel turned on his side, facing Reba and rubbed the right side ive her stomach. Lylah kicked until she used up her energy and finally let reba sleep in peace.
