"What else is there that you aren't telling us?"asked Alice."Before I tell you I don't want y'all worrying over me."Reba said putting the was cloth down on the counter."We're gonna worry over you no matter what Reba Nell.How serious is it?" Susie asked "It's a high risk pregnancy due to my age and early labor with Shelby.I'm scared that I'll do something to hurt the baby."Reba said scratching an imaginary object off of the counter."Honey,you and I both know that if they're anything like you they will be okay."Jackie said."I know.There is always that fear though ,that something will happen."Reba replied.Everyone looked at her with sympathy and worry."Don't be frettin' over me."Reba scolded."Its our job to worry about you."Alice said."I know I'm just-""Like me-well all of us,stubborn."Jackie said cutting Reba off."We'll help you."Susie said "I know you will."Reba said as she yawned."Go to bed."Narvel said like a punk kid joking with his wife as he walked in the kitchen."Make me."Reba 'argued' back.Everyone laughed at the couple.If matches made in heaven existed,they were one.They almost never fought and when they did it wasn't terrible.

That night Reba and Narvel were getting ready to go to bed."Do you think sex is bad for the baby?"Narvel asked curiously."Narvel!We are at my parent's house!"Reba scolded in a whisper."It's just a question!I was just curious not stupid."He whispered back."Well good,but to answer your question I don't think so."She replied climbing into her old bed taking in the familiar feeling of being at home where no paparazzi or concerts could get to her.Everyone there knew her and she knew them,they didn't ask for autographs or pictures because they knew the toll it had in her.She didn't mind being famous but it did get annoying sometimes.Reba drifted into a restful sleep smiling at the feeling of Narvel's hand on her stomach.

The next morning Reba woke earlier than Narvel so she just laid there stuck in his arms.She didn't mind though,it was like their bodies were made for each other. She loved him with all of her and she knew that he felt the same way. She was to busy thinking about their future to even notice him waking up.He brought her out of her thoughts when her started kissing her neck."Narvel we are at my parent's house."She reminded him."I know. I'm just showing you how much I love you." he said"Yea that's how it started out when I got pregnant."she said.

When the couple walked down stairs they immediately smelled the bacon,eggs, and homemade grits.Reba and Narvel-well mostly Reba ate a large portion of each."You eat like a pig."Pake said watching his sister scarf down a piece of bacon."It doesn't have anything to do with me being pregnant, I just miss mama's cooking."Reba replied."Just wait until you get further along."Susie said."Oh boy!"Narvel said sarcastically.Reba hit his arm."Ouch." he laughed."Did I hurt you?"she asked innocently."Yea." he said like a little boy."Too bad."
