{ The Next Day | (9:08 a.m) } 

Acacia was sleeping peacefully in her bed, when she suddenly felt someone shaking her. She groaned and turned on her back trying to keep resting, but it was impossible with this person disturbing her sleep. After a couple of minutes, she finally opened her eyes annoyed. Her view was blurry at first, so she rubbed her eyes and then they blinked adjusting to the light in the room. 

"What is the sun in my room ? " She asked with a little raspy voice. 

The person chuckled, "Because I opened the curtains. C'mon, wake up, we have a lot to do today. C'mon." She let the voice filled her ears and she immediately recognized who it was. Kalvin.

"What ? " She was out of it still waking up. 

"We're going to the mall. You told me that you haven't a dress for tonight, so we're going to find you one. Plus, I need something too. Be downstairs at ten." He said and she slowly nodded her head not sure to have understand everything though.

"The princess is finally here."

Acacia smiled and sat around the table with her brother and Kalvin. It was missing someone though, "Where is mummy at ? " She asked frowning.

"She spent all night reading this book called And If... or something like that, so she only went to sleep towards 4 in the morning. She is knockout."  He answered in a chuckle. 

The young girl nodded, "Oh okay. So we're going to the mall just us three ? "

As he was about to answer, they suddenly heard a horn outside. They looked at each other slightly frowning and got up at the same time then went to the front door to see what was going on. Kalvin opened the door and there was parked a black limousine in front of the house. They shared another confusing look and the twins shrugged shaking their heads. But when the door of the car opened, everything became clearer. 

"Hey guys ! Ready to go ? " 

"Terry, what are you doing ? " Kal asked walking towards the limousine, following by the twins. 

"It's my gift for you, happy Valentine's Day bro ! " Terry answered and wrapped his best friend in his arms for a quick hug. 

"Huh ?! " Acacia looked at him like he had ten pairs of eyes. 

Almar him, couldn't help but laughed. Terry was always up to something and they were never expecting the things he was doing. He was an unique character. Kal smiled shaking his head. They never got something for each other for V-Day, "What are you talking about it's my gift ? " He asked narrowing his eyes at his best friend.

T began to laugh, "L-O-L smiley face ! I was just kidding. It's not for you, but for Halley. Remember when I told you that I wanted to do something special for her ? " Kalvin nodded his head. They talked about it during one of their conversations like two weeks ago. Kal could tell that T was falling for Cora's best friend and this time it seemed to be real, "I'm taking her out tonight. Since you're all going to the mall, I decided to tag along since I need a suit." 

"You're always inviting yourself to our fun time, but since we love your company, you can come." Acacia said folding her arm and beaming. 

Terry fanned her off, "C'mon ! It's not fun time if uncle T is not tagging along. What would y'all be without me, huh ? Sad, boring and ugly. Yes, I do make y'all look good too." He said being cocky. 

"Whatever ! " Almar exclaimed chuckling.

Thirty minutes later, they were leaving a note to Cora and were on their way to the mall to hang out together. They locked the front door and then got in the limousine. The twins felt like famous people, "You didn't tell us why you came here with a limousine though." Almar said as the chauffeur, Gerald, started the engine. 

"It's for tonight. It wasn't supposed to be there before five, but some people can't just do their job correctly, so I'm using this all day now. And since you're my homies -by the way, you're very lucky to know me, you're using it too. I repeat, what would y'all do without me ? "

"Oh, nothing, Lawd, we would be nothing ! Thank you God for the majestic Terry Jerry Daniels ! Oh sweet baby Jesus ! Hallelujah ! " Kal mimicked one of the old ladies at their old Church. He was attending this scene with Terry every Sunday when they were kids and that's a thing they will never forget. For him though, they were always doing too much, being extra to show how much a real Christian they were or whatever was the reason of their dramatic behavior.  

The three others laughed, "I know, I know, I'm fancy-fantastic ! " Terry said pulling his invisible collar. 

Almar and Acacia frowned, "Fancy-fantastic ? What is that ? "

"See, it's a word we created when we were about your age since there was any word to describe the sexy,  awesome, incredible, amazing, unique, smart, incredible, beautiful specimen we are. I could add more adjectives, but we don't have all day." T explained causing the twins to playfully rolled their eyes.

"Okay, you know what it's the most amazing though ? I'm going to tell you this immediately. You two can actually enter in different rooms without problems despite of the huge size of your heads. THAT, is incredible." Acacia said grinning. 

"Oh so now we're throwing shade, huh ? I see you, Tac." T pulled out sunglasses from a bag and gave one pair to Kalvin and Almar, "When you'll be done throwing all that, tell us so we can take the glasses off." They laughed as the music started filling the car, "YAAAS ! Kal, that's our fucking song ! CHAUFFEUR TURN UP THE MUSIC ! " And not even one minute later, Bongo Kanny's voice was blasting through the speakers. Even people outside could hear it. 

It didn't take too long for the two men to start singing the lyrics of Joyful out loud. They were in their own world. The twins smiled and were nodding their head to the beat. This song matched perfectly the mood. No lie, no matter what they were doing, they were always enjoying their time with Kalvin and Terry. 

Thirty minutes later, they finally pulled in front of the mall getting attention from everybody. It wasn't usual to see a limousine parking there. The four didn't worry about it though and just walked in the mall. They first started with Acacia's dress since they were sure it was the thing that was going to take them most of their time being there.

"I swear she's gon' make us go in a thousand of stores to then go back to the first one and pick the very first dress she'll have tried, like a grown ass woman." Terry said as they were entering in H&M. 

Kal shook his head, "Your language ! "

"Oh yeah, sorry."

It was not before four hours and a half later that they were done and on their way back home. Terry dropped the twins and Kal off, then left to get ready for his date night with Halley. Going in the living room, they were greeted by Cora who was eating some chocolate ice cream. 

Kal shook his head, "I thought we already talked about it, Cora. We're eating more healthy for the baby." He reminded her as they sat down. 

She frowned, "Hi ! How are you ? Oh, I'm good, it's so nice of you to ask. And we ? Nigga, you better think before to open your mouth ! There is no we in this ! I'm tired of your stupid diet and plus it's my first bowl ! " She still couldn't believe that he made her start that diet. They played a game of UNO for that and she lost, so then she had to eat healthier.  

"Kal, what did you do ? She's angry now." Almar whispered to him alerted. The twins had recently noticed how quickly their mother could get mad and it was sometimes scary how she could snap at everybody because of her hormones. 

"Almar, I can hear you ! " She shoot him a frightening look, that caused the young boy to close his eyes and to hide his face with his hands. 

"Almar disappeared about a week ago, week ago." 

Kal and Acacia laughed, but quickly stopped once Cora laid her eyes on them. This glare was definitely telling them to be careful and not to say something stupid. Kalvin cleared his throat, "Uh...What about y'all go put the bags upstairs and Tac you can start getting ready." They nodded their heads and practically ran out of the living room. Kal prayed in his mind, "Uh...Y-"

"Shut up ! Don't talk to me, thank you." She cut him off. 

"Someone peed in your food ? " He asked smiling. She smacked her teeth and ignored him continuing eating her ice cream and watching the episodes of Scandal that she had recorded, "So...it's like that now ? You weren't behaving like that yesterday night."

"I read a book, what are you talking about ? " She asked acting clueless and with her eyes glued to the screen. Yes, she read and let him pleasure her with his mouth too. He smirked and moved next to her, then began to place sweet kisses on her neck, "Hmm...stop...I'm...hmm...I'm trying to wat-hmm..." He pursued with her chest. Since she was wearing a v-neck, he had easy access to the top of her boobs, that had got bigger within these past few weeks. They were already a great size according to him and now there was even more and he was loving it.

"You weren't behaving this way last night." He mumbled against her lips and making her giggle.

"EWWW ! " The twins screamed coming back.

Kalvin and Cora immediately pulled away taken by surprise. Of course, they had let them know what was going on between them. It was only right, they deserved to know, so they won't be too confused. The twins knew that their mother and Kal weren't an item just yet, but that they were getting closer though. Now, of course, they didn't know everything in details, just the big of it.

"Uh...you're supposed to be upstairs." Cora said as her cheeks were reddening.

"Yeah, but not for eternity." Acacia said making a grimace, "Now I'm not hungry anymore."

Almar nodded his head with the same expression on his face, "Yes. Let's forget about these snacks. Please, next time tell us if we have to stay a certain amount of time in our rooms." They were shocked, but not for life. 

They will be good.

"Okay, what do you want to do ? It's only you and me tonight." Cora asked Almar as they were walking through the aisles in the grocery store not too far from their house, "I meant, except eating junk food." Kalvin was not going to be too happy about this, but who cares ? Not, Cora. At all. She was worried about nothing. She was going to enjoy all that food until the last piece.

"Well, junk food and horror films. And if the baby is a boy, can you call him Lamar ? "

Cora chuckled, "Lamar ? Why ? "

"It's my name just that I switched the A and the L, and we have Lamar then. Or you can just call him Almar Jr."

She laughed, "You're not slick lil boy."

He pouted, "Aw ! " He then shrugged, "At least I tried."

"Yes, at least you tried it. So, what do you think about becoming a big brother ? " She asked curiously. She really wanted to know.

He smiled, "I'm not going to lie, it was surprising at first. I wasn't ready. But now, I'm really excited to meet my little sister or little brother. I can't wait to teach the baby a lot of things and I'll have someone else to spend my time with besides Acacia. I love her, but I need another best friend. I'll help for everything, except when there will be poop involved."

She laughed more, "Okay. And what do you think about...Kalvin and I ? "

He bit on his bottom lip thinking, "He's a great man. He treated us all perfectly...even after what we're done to him. I like him. And as you are happy, I am too. But please, stop kissing in the living room or warn us next time." He made a little grimace sticking his tongue out. 

She beamed chuckling and raised her left hand, "I promise he won't happen again."

"Okay. And you know what ? "

She raised her eyebrow, "What ? "

He motioned for her to lower her head towards him and when she was close enough, he then kissed her left cheek causing a big smile to appear on his mother's face, " I love you." He said as she straightened up and he hugged her placing his head on her growing belly.

She could cry right now, but she restrained herself. These three little words warmed her heart instantly, "Aw, I love you too my baby. I love you so much." She kissed the top of his head. She was loving this Valentine's Day.

Love is everything.
