Alexia smiled softly as she hugged her little girl, planting a small kiss on her forehead as she whispered comforting words into her ear. Bunny's expression was unreadable as she lied there, bandages covering half her face as she lied motionless in her mother's arms. Her skin was pale and her body limp as her mother's voice shook, breaking as she continued to whisper soft things.

"You'll be okay Bunny, you'll be okay my little princess." She whispered, bending over as she lied the little girl comfortably in her white casket. She was dressed in a beautiful white dress that dropped to her knees, crystal ballet shoes to watch. Her arms and legs were tightly bandaged, slightly stained with blood. Shaking, Alexia removed her hands from the girls body as she placed her golden plush in her arms, crossing them over one another. She could barely contain herself, violently shaking as she walked out the room where her daughter's body lied, prepared to be buried. Closing the door, she broke down in tears as her back slid down against the wall. This couldn't be real, she can't be losing her perfect little girl right now. She would never be able to hear her soft giggles whenever they were eating breakfast. She would never feel the warmth of her small body as she run up to hug her, arms wide open. She would never see that smile that brought sunshine into her life.....all because of an accident that shouldn't have happened.

Mama, I don't hurt anymore

She could still hear her daughter voice, whispering to her as they sat on the cold floor of the pizzeria. She had forced her way to her daughter's side, not listening to a word the employees told her. The ambulance was just outside, they would be here any moment to help her.

Goodnight mama, I love you

The final words she heard before she took her final breath. She died before they could even get her in the ambulance, a quick yet painful death because she wanted to see her favorite animal animatronic characters. That night was the hardest for Alexia, unable to process that her little girl was gone. It just couldn't be true, she was still fast asleep in bed right now.

"Alex." A calm voice spoke, placing a hand on her shoulder. She looked up with teary eyes, finding it was William who was here to comfort her. She could barely contain herself at the moment, trying to stop her tears from falling. She could see that he too, was deeply upset by the young girl's unfortunate death. She didn't blame him, Bunny was just a girl who was easy to get attached to.

"It's going to be okay you know." He said, pulling her to her feet. She could only look at the floor, memories of her child running through her head. She forced her tears to stay at bay as she glared at the male, to upset to think clearly.

"My little girl died in my arms because she loved something so much she couldn't see the danger that came with it."

"You must've forgotten I've lost 2 children myself, I know what it's like as well to lose something you love." He sighed, shaking his head at the painful memories he kept hidden deep down. "But there's nothing you can do about it."

"William." She looked at him, eyes filled with many emotions. Sadness, anger, fear, so many emotions that she just couldn't control. A pleading look filled them as the air in the room went tense, the both of them staring at one another. "Please bring her back to me."

"Alex...."

"Please Will, I can't live without her." She cut him off, eyes threatening to spill more tears as she held his arm tightly. A mother's grief is one of the hardest things anyone can see, and here he was having to see it up close. A small image of Bunny smile flashed through his head, she reminded him of his own daughter. Cheerful, bouncy, not having a care in the world. "I'll do anything, just please bring her back to me."

"I........alright fine I'll see what I can do." He mumbled out, pushing the grieving mother away from him. A smile formed on her face at the thought of having her baby girl back in her arms. "Just don't blame me if it's not what you wanted."

"I will shine like a star!"

She was a ball of sunshine, always burning brightly everyday. Though her flame has been extinguished, her warmth will be carried in our hearts as she dances under the moonlight.

May she rest in peace.
