The bridge builder's family along with the rest of your team turned to face you and sakura. A woman with black hair smiled softly "hello (y/n) i am tsunami. And this is my grandfather whom i know you've already met. And my son, inari. Come and sit. We have a chair open for both you and sakura".

You bowed in respect "we appreciate your hospitality, and you have a lovely home by the way".

Tsunami smiled happily "oh why thank you. Aren't you the sweetest little thing!"

You smiled and sakura pulled you over to a seat next to her, you sat and noticed the little boy in front of her.

He was looking at her but once she noticed his constant gaze he averted his eye's quickly with a small blush. You smiled softly at the boy and then Tsunami handed out the plates.

Soon, the food was given out. Naruto and Sasuke were hastily gobbling up their food trying to eat faster then the other. Once they finished both had bounded up and yelled "Seconds!"

After, the recieved their next bowl, they both ended up throwing it up before chowing down once more.

Kakashi didn't bother looking up at the two boys for he was to into his disturbing book that you would one day burn.

Sakura looked at the two boys in disgust before yelling "that's disgusting. Stop wasting the food Ms.Tsunami made for us!"

Sasuke and naruto only kept eating and between munches you heard sasuke say "must get stronger then naruto".

And Naruto mumble as he slurped " must eat more then Sasuke".

You rolled your eye's with a soft giggle before saying "the food is wonderful. Ms.tsunami. You must tell me how to make this amazing dish".

Tsunami squealed and grabbed tazuna by the collar of his shirt before shaking him roughly with wild eye's "if you don't adopt her. I will kill you in your sleep" she whispered threateningly. Before, she fixed her hair and let go of her father "oh i would love to show you!"

Tazuna shook in fear his spoon half way in his mouth and his hand shaking.

Soon, dinner was over and everyone was drinking tea. Tsunami was washing dishes and you had offered to help dry the dishes as you laughed and talked with her.

Naruto and Sasuke were glaring at eachother for staring at you during dinner. Sakura was drinking tea quietly until she got up and looked over at a torn portrait.

"Excuse me, why is this picture torn? Inari has been looking at it all night" sakura said pointing to a picture torn on the wall.

Inari then set his cup down and got out of his chair before walking off up the stairs and into his room.

Sakura immediately pulled back "I'm sorry did i say something wrong?"

Tsunami stopped washing and you looked off to where inari walked off to "we don't talk about him around inari".

Tazuna shook his head "he wasn't his real father but, the man served as a fatherly figure to inari. He died at the hands of gato's men..." tazuna sighed as Tsunami started to sob "inari has never been the same since".

You rubbed tsunami's back comfortingly and then said "can i speak with him?"

Tsunami looked back at you with drenched eye's and you smiled comfortingly before she nodded. You then walked off towards the stairs before turning back and looking at naruto "naru...come with me, please".

Naruto looked surprised before nodding "sure (y/n)-Chan" then naruto sent a 'i have won' smile sasuke's way.

Sasuke pouted in his seat glaring at Naruto as he went off with his crush.

Kakashi then sat up "what else can you tell us about this man gato?"

You knocked on the boy's door "inari? Can i come in?" You asked softly.

He immediately answered "no!"

You tried again "come on inari. Please let me in. You can't always suffer alone you know. We can help if you let us" you said with a soft tone.

It was silent for a moment. Naruto was behind you a bit surprised at your sincere words, before smiling a little wishing he met you sooner.

Then, a faint creek of the door ruined the silence as a dark colored eye peeked through causing you to beam brightly.

Inari then opened the door with tears running down his eye's as he sniffled. You squatted down and held your arm's out, inari sobbed and ran into your arm's wrapping his arm's around you tightly.

Naruto smiled faintly and leaned down "you have a way with kids". You just smiled and held onto inari and rubbed his shoulder comfortingly humming softly.

"It's ok to cry inari. We understand your pain, believe me. We do. Your not alone inari. And your so strong to have faced so much at such a young age." Inari sniffled as you spoke his tears stopping.

"Your strong, inari. So strong. And we see that. I see it. Naruto sees it. I know your family see's it too".

Inari pulled back from your embrace as you stood with naruto "now stop crying. Your apart of a family now. It's not manly to cry, at least not at a time like this. We are gonna defeat gato. Because their are hero's in the real world." Naruto said ruffling inari's spikey hair.

Inari smiled with a runny nose before nodding and saying "okay!"

You beamed and naruto smirked "you promise. You'll be strong inari."

Inari nodded with a smile "yes i will".

You then swooped into a hug laughing as you spun him around. He screamed in delight as you spun and he held on laughing.

Naruto laughed and then felt wobbly on his knees. You stopped when you saw naruto shaking "naru-kun? Are you alright?"

Naruto nodded then fell. You and inari ran over to him "naruto?!"

Naruto only chuckled nervously and tired "I'm only tired. And i can't exactly move my legs, but I'll be fine!"

You and inari then burst out laughing, causing naruto to flush in embarrassment as he tried to get up failing miserably.
