Abeer's POV

I regret marrying you Abeer Malhotra ...
Her words were ringing in my ears.

"Meeraaaa" I shrieked.

Damn it!!! 

"Joseph" I shouted

"Josepphhhh" I shouted loudly when he came running.

"Call the doctor Joseph" I said and he nodded.

Soon there was a team of lady doctor and nurses.

Everything was setup in my room.

I called Advik and told him this. He didn't say anything and just cut the call.

I deserve that!!

"She's having blood loss Mr.Malhotra. She needs blood right now" informed doctor and I wiped my tears nodding.

"Arrange whatever you want to. Don't worry about anything. Everything will be here. But nothing should happen to her." I said and she nodded

"We'll try our best Mr.Malhotra" She told

"What do you mean best...I want her alright in front of me" I shouted

"Sir please calm down" she said and I sighed.

"Please save her.  Please" I begged joining my hands.

"Sir your blood group" she asked

"O positive" I replied

"Sir we need O- blood right now. Please contact everyone you know" She said

"Joseph call each and every hospital in city and everyone we know  in NY " I told and he nodded.

After some ten minutes he came back.

"Sir..we've found it" he said

"Who...where" I asked

"Here Abeer" came a voice

"Naina" I whispered and she glared me and without looking at me she went to doctor.

"Sir...she's my sister. I will never harm you in any way but if anything happens to her I'll quit my job for you" said Joseph and I looked at him shocked

Open eyes Meera. Please!!

"It's O -ve Doctor. Take my blood and please save her" she said wiping her tears.

"Sir please leave her" doctor told

"Not at all. I'll be here only. I'll not go anywhere for a second" I said

"Sir but..." She was going to say

"Please doctor" I whispered and she nodded

"But please put her head down from your lap" she said and I nodded

They started their work. I was sitting just near her for six hours.

Please god. Please don't let anything happen to her.

 I'll die if something will happen to her.

"Mr.Malhotra She's out of danger now" came doctor's voice and I looked at her.

"Thankyou doctor" I said

"Thanks Mrs.Naina. If she wouldn't have been here then god knows what would've happened" she told before going out and I looked at Naina

"Thankyou Naina" I said and she looked angrily at me

She stood from the couch and came near me and slapped me hard.

I deserve it. I should actually die because what I've done today is a sin.

"I didn't do it for you Abeer. I did it for her.." she stated wiping her tears as doctor came back!

"Doctor will you please do me a favor" Naina asked and she nodded

"Take Meera's statement for sure once she open her eyes " said Naina and doctor nodded

"Yes doctor. And please call the police too once she gives her statement" I told and they both looked at me shocked

"Call me once she opens her eyes. It might take some hours" doctor said and I nodded.

After doctor went away I looked at Meera.

Her face was pale tear stricken . Oxygen mask was on her face and a bandage was on her right hand.

How can I stoop this low. How can I be so disgusting.

All I wanted was to admit her that she was wrong!! Nothing else!!

But..I wouldn't have harmed her in any way, she was thinking!!! I won't have done anything which she thought.

I..just wanted her to admit that she was wrong...when she wasn't!!

Damn it!!!! Damn it!!! Why did I still do it !!!

Why!!!!!!!!!

"What did you do huh" Came Naina's voice

"I..." I tried to say but I couldn't say anything.

"She committed suicide Abeer. And I'm sure you're the reason. She's such an amazing person and here you...never expected this from you Abeer" she shouted

"Where's Advik" I asked

"I'm Here" came his voice and I looked at him

"Ad.." I was going to say before which something hit my nose.

"How the hell you dare Malhotra" he shouted and I looked at him

"Advik.. " I whispered while rubbing my nose where he punched me and blood came out.

"It's my fault and I'll surrender myself to police once she wake up" I said silently and they looked at me

"Abeer...this time you're very very wrong" he warned and I looked towards her

"I was wrong every time. I was wrong to marry her and destroy her life.. But I'll not repeat my mistake I promise" I whispered and he looked at me

"Does it hurt much" he asked

"Not more then heart hurts " I replied pointing at my heart and he looked at me

"You deserve this today Malhotra and I pray she takes right decision" he said angrily and I looked at him.

When your best friend says you're wrong it means you are very very wrong...and today I know this very well!!

"Naina let's go home for now" said Advik

"Never. I'll not leave her alone here with this man " she snapped looking at me.

"Believe me Naina..she's safe now and he'll not even hurt her a bit Now" he said and I  looked at him shocked.

Best friends know you better than you know your self!!

"I'll call you once she wakes up" I said

After they went away I looked at her.

Are you mad Meera. What did you do!!

She's not mad Abeer. You're mad.

What were you even doing. Look at yourself. You were behaving like a fucking bastard!!!

What were you going to do huh!!

You wanted to scare her!!

You wanted her to say sorry to you...

Look what your ego has caused you.

Wake up fast please Meera. I didn't ever know you'll do this. Why didn't you slap me as you did that day. Why you didn't punch me ,so that my senses must have knocked inside my shitty head.

I'm really sorry Meera. I'm really sorry.

I took her bandaged hand in my hand and looked at her.

"You know in first some days of marriage I thought I'll make you say by your mouth that you regret marrying me...but today when I really heard that from you I'm feeling to punch myself till death for even thinking that." I said and wiped my tears.

I never cried!! I never.

But today tears are falling. Because I'm the reason behind these dry tears!!

After some hours there was some moment when I looked at her.

She opened her eyes and looked at me and tried waking up but failed.

"Hey calm down. It's me only" I said and she looked at me with tears

"That's the problem. It's you. " She whispered and  I looked at her.

"What did you do Meera. Are you mad" I said and she looked at me

"Why didn't you let me die." She asked and I looked at her.

"Meera..what are you even saying. How could I let you do this" I told 

"Why. Wanted to fuck me up" She accused with disgust in her eyes.

"Meera..listen to me for once" I told

"Did you Abeer Malhotra.I was begging you to leave me but did you" she asked and I looked at her

"I'm sorry" I whispered

For the first time these words spilled from my mouth. The most necessary ones!!

"Your sorry won't correct  anything" she whispered wiping her tears.

"Meera just listen.." I said going near her when she looked frightened at me

"Don't. Don't come near me " she yelled and I looked at her

"Okay fine..I'll not. I'll stand here only but just don't panic yourself please " I said

"Why are you faking Abeer Malhotra" she sobbed and I sighed.

"I'll call Naina and Advik" I said and she looked away from me.

She don't even want to see your face Abeer!!

I called Advik and soon they both were here.

I called the doctor also...and I guess soon police will come too. I'll tell them everything honestly.

"Meera" Naina whispered and she opened her eyes.

"Naina" she sobbed and tears came out of her eyes while she hugged her.

"Are you mad. What did you do huh. You weren't at mistake then why did you hurt yourself." She whisper yelled and Meera looked at me disgustingly

"When self respect gets hurt...you couldn't see anything else. You do what your mind tells you to do at the very moment" She said and I looked down.

"Meera I'm.. " I was going to say when she looked at me.

"Naina I don't want to live here." She said and I looked at her shocked

"You'll not go anywhere" I told

"You'll not tell her what to do and what to not" yelled Naina

"You'll not go anywhere Meera" I again said looking at her and she looked at me.

"So what you want me to do huh. Live with you and then repeating what happened today " She accused wiping her tears.

"No Meera!! Meera please listen to me. I'm really sorry.I promise I want do any shit again" I said and she looked away.

"Tell him to go away Naina" She said

"I'll not go anywhere leaving you in this state Meera.." I told

"Mr.Malhotra"came doctor's voice and I nodded

"Please just one person be here" said doctor.

Advik and Naina moved out of the room.

"Mrs.Meera how are you feeling. Any pain" she asked Meera

"This hand.." She said and I looked at her.

"It will be fine in some days. You tried committing suicide ? Why did you do that. You've to give your statement to police you know right  " she asked her and I looked away wiping my tears.

"No doctor. It was not any suicide attempt" She said and I looked at her shocked.

"Your wrist is cut you know right" doctor asked raising her eyebrow her and she nodded

"I know doctor. Actually...I... I was just sleeping..and knife was kept with sharp edge up on bed...and..and when I turned..it just stabbed into my hand" she lied and I looked at her.

"Are you sure Mrs.Malhotra." doctor asked

"I'm always sure for what I say doctor " she replied

"Meera..what.." I was going to say when she stopped me

"I'm saying right. I know that. Don't worry " she replied and I looked at doctor.

Don't worry Abeer Malhotra... Even if I die...police will not come in this mansion !!

Her words came in my mind. Don't do this Meera. You're being more good then I ever deserve!!

"Okay then. Don't worry you'll be fine..and honestly if that's the reason then I must tell you it's been more then eight hours and your husband has not left you alone. He was so tensed and more you can guess by looking at his face. Guess you both have had a fight! But he really do care a lot " said doctor and she looked at me.

"I can see that clearly doctor " she accused looking at me.

It hurts !!

"Okay. Now Mr.Malhotra take her care. Make her eat well and nurse will come twice a day to change the dressing. And next time don't do such silliness Mrs. Meera of keeping knife on bed" she said and Meera looked at me.

"I'll never be this silly again doctor" she whispered and I looked at her

Again a taunt for me !!

I know what she's talking about.

"Great then. Mr.Malhotra. I've prescribed the medicines. Give them to her on time" she said and I nodded.

After doctor went away I looked at her.

"I'm sorry Meera. I didn't know you'll do something like this. I..my anger is worst. It will kill me someday. Well that's not something worth it..but today you..I..it's all because of me. I'm worst I know. But I'm sorry Meera. I don't know what happened to me when I..I saw you hugging him. I know this possessiveness is not right. I was not right. I was hell wrong. But I couldn't imagine you hugging him back. I'm sorry! But I swear , I wasn't going to do anything to you! " I said wiping my tears and she looked at me

"I hate you Abeer Malhotra and I don't want to listen anything what you want to say. You know what..you're a selfish man and today I'm thinking that why even I married you. Uncle said me to think and take decision but no I did it seeing aunty crying..and you know what even if today aunty will come to know she'll break.  My self respect is everything for me and I hate when it gets hurt. I thought you're changing but I was so wrong. And you wanted to hear this only right. You said me na that you'll make me regret marrying you. Congratulations Abeer Malhotra you won. You made me regret my decision. You Made Me Regret Marrying You. I REGRET MARRYING YOU ABEER MALHOTRA" she accused wiping her tears and I looked at her.

"Don't say like this Meera please. I'm sorry. I'm really sorry Meera." I lamented and she denied|

"Your sorry won't make everything alright" she said

"It will. I will make everything alright. I'll tell mom and dad too about what crime I did today but please.. please don't say like this." I told and she looked away.

"I know you don't care about anything but please don't tell mom anything right now. She'll break apart. I'll tell her myself" She pleaded

Can anyone be more good. Not at all !!!
I've done so much to her still she's not ready to tell mom anything rightnow!!

I'm already falling for you Meera...These all things are making me fall more for you.

Soon Naina and Advik came inside.

"Hey Meera how are you feeling" asked Advik

"I'm okay" she replied

"Meera you'll come with me to my home" Naina said and I looked at Advik

"She'll not go anywhere and I hate to repeat" I warned

"I'm okay here only because I'm here for very less time now" she said and I looked at her shocked

"W...what..what do you mean by this" I asked as fear engulfed me and she looked at Advik.

"Advik will you do one favor to me please" She asked and Advik looked at me.

"Em..yeah...say" he asked

"I WANT DIVORCE....Will you prepare divorce papers for me" she asked and I looked at her shocked!!!

Hey guys. So This one a day before !! Just because my lovely readers were very much eager... But don't get used to this. I'll not be this much good every time😅😅

So one more shock!! It was needed seeing the situation. No one would want to live in such a situation. Meera did right..but a decision in haste. What will Abeer do?
