2: Safe With Him
Drishti
As the man carried me on his shoulders I feared for my dear life. Even if this seemed to be really exciting getting kidnapped in the movies, real life was just the opposite.
"Please mujhe chod do. Tum jitne paise chaho le lena mujhse but please mujhe jane do!" I cried hitting his back but Mr. I-Do-Not-Talk-With-My-Target did not even answer.
"Please! Gunde bhaisahb mujhe utar do. Meri to shadi hone vali hai mein usi se bari dukhi hun. Apke uthane pe to dar bhi aa gaya hai meri list pe" General manners said you should reply to a person but looks like manners was something he had no relations with.
"Please!" This time I moved my feet and managed to get him disbalanced from walking. "Mujhe niche utaro!"
I spoke in a relatively louder voice that seemed to trigger him. He put me down from his shoulder and grabbing my wrists, pinned me to the wall behind me.
His devilishly handsome face raging in anger flashed in front of my eyes. As it moved closer to mine I closed my eyes shut and turned my face, regretting my life decisions once again.
"Meri bat kan khol ke sun lo. Bht ho gai tumhari bakwas. Ab chup chap chalo kere sath nahi to uthake kisi nadi mein phek dunga" now I was a person who could not control her tongue.
I opened my eyes and blinked at him innocently.
"Par yaha as pas koi nadi nahi hai" his hands pushed my wrist into the wall and I feared the breaking of my bangles. "Ok samajh gai, ab kuch nahi bolungi"
"Good" he replied and grabbed my wrist.
Dragging me through the loneliest of the streets he stopped all of a sudden and looked behind his back. "Tumne vo awaz suni?"
"Nahi to" He stood there for a few seconds before the lines on his face hardened.
With a swift motion he pulled me into his chest and ran behind a bundle of old boxes kept in the street. Ducking down from anyone's vision he opened his legs a little and made me sit between them.
I was about to resist when he pulled out a gun and kept it on my lips. Fear of death crawled into me so I kept quiet and snuggled into him just like he guided me to.
It was unbelievable how his breathing was still so calm while mine said I was running for miles without actually running. Curse my hormones.
A few noices were heard when he laid further and pulled me over him. It wasn't exactly the time to do such a thing but his face was a masterpiece! The vein that popped from his neck because of the force he had to apply for staying in that position added to the scale.
"I like your nose" I complimented.
He glared at me for talking nonsense so I bowed my head and kept it on his chest.
"Kaha gai vo ladki. Dhundo jake use"
"Meine to pehle hi kaha tha, uspe bharosa mat krna. Ab bhag gai na" these sentences were heard and I exactly knew the owners of those voices.
They were my chacha chachi which meant this man was saving me from them. As I looked at his face in awe and opened my mouth to thank him but he placed his hand over my mouth and gave me hard looks so I stopped, realizing he was right.
Their talks weren't so loud so we couldn't hear them after they reached a certain distance from us. Minutes later, it appeared that they left so this man leaned a little forward and put his head on top of the boxes from where he could check.
"Utho jldi" he ordered. I thought I was going to obey but delusional me. He stood up and gripped my arm harshly to pull up.
"Tumhe pata hai mujhe dard bhi hoti hai?" The moment his revolver came in fromt of my eyes, my feelings and emotions changed all of a sudden. "Nai matlab itni bhi nahi hoti"
"Good. Honi bhi nahi chahea"
Seeing around him and making sure nobody came in our way, he pulled me out of the boxes and walked into a lonely house at the corner of the street.
Fear crept into me once I saw that house and then the shining black revolver in his hands. My legs stopped working once I understood the situation and tears flew down my eyes.
"Dekho I'm sorry. Mein pakka kuch nahi bolungi aur tumhari har bat manugi. Please mujhe mat maro, please please" I cried.
This time I was being serious and it could be proved by the tears down my cheeks. For the first time I thought I should've listened to Lavanya and Divya and stayed back at the same spot.
"Please. Mujhe mat maro. Please, mujhe nahi mrna" I fell on my knees and tried getting my arms free from his grip.
Seeing my state he seemed to soften as he kneeled down to my level and cupped my face.
"Drishti suno, rona band karo" he said. My eyes widened in horror when he spoke my name, because I didn't tell him my name, then how did he know?
"Tumhe mera nam kaise pata" Wiping my tears with my chunni, my body got at ease watching him put the revolver into his back pocket.
"Kyuki mujhe tumhe uthane ke lea bheja hai" he told me. I was still not understanding what he meant and he seemingly understood it. "Andar chalo"
"Nahi tum mujhe mar doge" I resisted.
He sighed before keeping his hand on his back pocket when I stood up quickly and dusted the filth off my hands. "Chalo, chalte hain"
"Tum ek bar mein bat nahi sun skti?" His voice and his looks did not seem welcoming so he was still under my suspicion.
Once he took me inside the house we walked to the back door and went to the backyard where four people were standing. Two men and two bit-hes.
"Wait a minute! Ye Lavanya aur Divya yaha, matlab tum" I pointed my finger at him and he nodded his head making me scream. "Mein tum dono ko chodungi nahi!"
