The rain drenched the dry ground, the scent forced its way to Taehyung's nose. The rain was cold when it wetted his bare skin. All the people wore black, no laughs or jokes, even the sky mourned together with them. Everything was grey, no colour or light could brighten the mood; no one tried.

Taehyung's eyes were fixed to the cold gravestone, he didn't cry; that was weird. He didn't mourn or screaming, unlike what Jimin expected to see and he was so ready to calm his best friend but yet, Taehyung looked so calm and collected.

Jungkook stayed beside Taehyung all the time, the youngest was too scared his best friend would do something stupid and unforgivable after the funeral ceremony. Namjoon was the one who gave the speech, sobbing sound like the background music.

Yoongi was preparing some words to say, like 'Seokjin-Hyung never want you to be like this!' but they didn't need it, Taehyung didn't need them to shout that fact to his face. He just stood there, with no expression or emotion like an empty shell.

It was too calm, according to Namjoon; like a calm ocean before a tsunami. He didn't say much, Taehyung bowed to the guest or nodding, gazing at the people when they bid their last farewell to the new gravestone.

Old friends, neighbours, families; in the time like this, Taehyung learned how many people loved his beloved, how many people the older man changed into a better person, how many people cried and fell into their knees for the love of his life was something he never guess could be this heart-wrenching.

Taehyung wore a black suit, white shirt, black tie, white hand gloves, and black trousers. All black and he hated black. He wondered behind his stoic face, where he did wrong? Why he ended up like this?

Ah right, it was in the middle of the evening meeting. He told Seokjin that he would go home a little bit late that day and his husband replied he would also arrive at home late because the restaurant was so busy lately.

The restaurant needed more people so Seokjin as the head-chef would stay longer. They agreed for a late dinner later, but then, at the evening; when Taehyung was listening to Jimin's presentation about their marketing improvement, he got a call from unknown numbers he didn't save.

He left the meeting room without any warning when he heard his husband's name from the nurse from the opposite line. Namjoon as the vice-president took over the meeting, he never sees Taehyung panicked that way before.

Taehyung arrived at the hospital not long after that, he saw Hani and Ken, they are Seokjin's best friends. Hani grabbed his hand and Ken almost slaps him to calm himself down.

'He is okay,' Sandeul gripped Taehyung's shoulder to keep him down, the younger man gulped down. He nodded and tried to sort out his mind, Seokjin never faints before because the older man knew his limit; this was a totally new experience the young man refused to have again.

'What happened?' he asked, voice hoarse with ragged breathe because he ran from the parking lot to the emergency room.

'Seokjin had a headache, maybe because he was too tired lately. Unfortunately nobody near him to catch him when he slipped, and he hit nearby counter; a knife hurt his hand so we brought him here to have some stitches; he lost his consciousness due the blood lost and because he hit his head too,' Hani explained, 'but when we arrived here, he already woke up so you don't need to worry too much,' the older woman smiled to assure Taehyung.

Taehyung nodded and walked inside, Seokjin hissed when the doctor wrapped the bandages to his wound. The older man apologized again and again for making the younger man worried and left his important meeting. Taehyung shut him up by embracing him for almost fifteen minutes long in the emergency room before the nurse suggested them to change the place.

What's next?

Taehyung recalled the time when Seokjin started to feel sick. He got tired easily, his face became paler than before and he became skinnier; he lost a lot of his weight in a short amount of time. The older man also lost his appetite; Seokjin loved to eat more than anything.

They went together to the doctor for a check-up after the boys forced Seokjin to go (Taehyung tried to convince him but Seokjin always refuse), the doctor wasn't sure or maybe the doctor was too scared to tell them the real answer to Seokjin's condition.

They went to check-up once in a month, the doctor said Seokjin needed to drink the medicine once a day.

They went to check-up twice in a month, the doctor said his husband needed to drink his medicine three times a day.

They went to check-up four times in a month, once every week. Seokjin got three injections every check-up.

He remembered, hugging Seokjin under their warm blanket in the shared bedroom. The older man cried until he fell asleep on Taehyung's chest, Seokjin poured all of his worries and assumption about his body.

'I'm scared,' he murmured, Taehyung kissed his cheek and smiled.

'It's gonna be alright,' he assured Seokjin, or maybe he was assuring himself? He would never be sure about that one.

They tried to be positive, refusing to give up with Seokjin's condition. Their friend came every weekend; Taehyung thanked them for making Seokjin happier. His husband laughed and enjoyed his day when their friend came, he looked healthier than before; their friends distracted Seokjin from his sickness.

Taehyung asked them to keep coming, as often as they could. They decided to make a small schedule, all of them would come daily to check Seokjin in the restaurant in his work-hours and come to his home when Seokjin was on his holiday. Taehyung didn't know how to thank them.

The medication never stops, it continues for months; he hoped with this, Seokjin would be healthy again.

Seokjin's condition became worse.

Taehyung left his job again when he heard Hani's voice from his cellphone.

'S-Seokjin fainted,' she sobbed, Taehyung could hear the sirene's sound from the opposite line, Hani was inside an ambulance.

'T-There's blood and- and-' she coughed, then he heard Sandeul's voice instead of Hani from his phone.

'Taehyung,' the older man called, 'I need you to go to the hospital, right now,' he said with a shaky voice, clearly trying to be strong at that moment. Taehyung heard Hani cried louder and she called his husband's name, panicking and talking about Seokjin stopped breathing.

Taehyung didn't drive to the hospital alone, Jungkook drove him there with his racing car. He was so lucky because Jungkook was coming to meet Jimin that day, the youngest insisted to drive him to the hospital. Jungkook was sure Taehyung couldn't drive, not in that unstable condition.

Once again, Taehyung saw Seokjin's friend in the hospital's corridor, he felt déjà vu. He wished one of them would calm him down again, saying Seokjin was okay. Sadly, nobody grabs his hand or grip his shoulder to assure him that Seokjin was okay. All of them looked down to their shoes with tears streaming from their eyes.

Taehyung knew he had been there when Seokjin was sick. He asked Seokjin to stop working months ago but the older man was too stubborn to listen. The older man loved his job as a chef and Taehyung didn't have any heart to take away something his husband loved.

His eyes blurred, he lost his steps and he grabbed the chair beside him. Taehyung slumped down to the floor, dragging his knees closer to his chest. He looked anywhere, he took a deep breath before closing his eyes.

'Seokjin-hyung is okay,' he said to himself.

'Everything will be okay,' he breathed out, 'he will never leave me alone.'

He knew nothing was okay.

Bogum, Seokjin's personal doctor came out. He looked to Taehyung with sad eyes, Jungkook helped him to get up when Minkyu; the male nurse gestured them to follow him to the hospital's room.

There, on the hospital's bed, Seokjin slept peacefully with some injections to his veins. The oxygen mask helped him to keep breathing and the injection made the pain became bearable for the older man, Seokjin's chest rose and fell weakly.

'He came with blood streaming from his nose; certainly not from a normal nosebleed,' Bogum began, Taehyung walked closer to the bed and sat on the chair beside him. His fingers twitched, Jungkook eyed his eldest hyung on the bed with wide eyes. The youngest never dream to see Seokjin like this, looked so weak and helpless.

'He also coughed blood, his hands were covered by blood,' Minkyu added, Bogum tapped Taehyung's shoulder lightly to get his attention.

'I'm not going to lie, Tae,' his friend wasn't acting as a doctor but as Taehyung's best friend. He didn't say comforting words or empty lies that he would make Seokjin healthy again, 'his illness is serious, the medic team hasn't found any possible cure or right medication to heal him but we can make it less painful.'

Jungkook covered his mouth, his eyes wide with unshed tears. All he knew was Seokjin would get better as long he keeps drinking his medicine and goes to the hospital every week. That was what Seokjin told him, the older man never really tell him his real illness; how serious and deadly his sickness was. The younger man never sees or know the real problem both Seokjin and Taehyung faced.

'We tried,' Bogum sounded so frustrated, he bit his bottom lips, 'but it never stops eating his body, making him weaker day by day, and now the sickness is attacking his lungs.'

His lungs, which explained why Seokjin coughed up blood. Taehyung wanted to scream, to rant; to blame all of this to Bogum and Minkyu because they should be able to heal Seokjin, to save him from his illness. They were the doctor and the nurse that supposed to make Seokjin better, but right now, the tears that streaming down from their eyes made Taehyung speechless.

Taehyung couldn't get angry at them, because at this moment; both of them weren't a doctor and a nurse but Taehyung and Seokjin's friends, who were upset with themselves because they failed.

They left him with Seokjin, Jungkook also left him to deliver his messages to Namjoon and Jimin. Taehyung told them that he would take a long holiday to take care of Seokjin, he gave all of his jobs to Namjoon's hand as his vice-president; Namjoon received it without any complaints.

Seokjin woke up at midnight when the moon shone brightly, he looked to his side and found Taehyung's tired face. The younger man was so exhausted, his hand never really leave Seokjin's hand alone, he tried to hide his pain but Seokjin had the ability to read him like an open book.

'Hey,' the older man called him, breaking the silence between them. Taehyung stood up, he sat on the bed and crawled to lay down beside Seokjin. The older man patted the empty spot beside him, he pulled Taehyung closer and let the younger man rested his head on his chest, the older man always loved to be the big spoon.

'Taehyung-ah,' he looked up to the doe eyes, 'I want to go home.'

So he brought Seokjin home the next morning, they spent days together. They cuddle almost every night, the cooked together, they watched movies, and everything went smoothly like they were okay; like Seokjin was okay. They did their daily activities, they watered the plants and played a game until midnight.

Seokjin still visited the hospital and sometimes spent his night there, Taehyung always stayed beside him.

Taehyung learned how to treat Seokjin's illness, what should he do when his husband suddenly gets a nosebleed or when he coughs up blood, he also put a chair in the bathroom for Seokjin.

Seokjin taught him how to cook properly, he never learns it before this because he was sure Seokjin would always be there to make him breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He didn't want to learn it at first, but when the older man reached for his hand and led him to the sink to wash the vegetable; he gave up and learned how to cook a simple menu while crying quietly.

Let's say Seokjin already knew what would happen to him in the future after he fainted that day, he already knew he won't last long after that.

The older man often asked Taehyung to re-visit the places the used to visit. Like the amusement park, the green park near the river, the perfect spot to watch the fireworks, the café that served the best strawberry shortcake Taehyung loved.

It was like the older man wanted to create memories as many as possible with him, Taehyung noticed it but he never mentions it, never point it out and went with the flow.

Taehyung couldn't sleep, every single night he couldn't close his eyes properly. He was too scared, the reality became his nightmare. He believed if he closes his eyes, Seokjin would be gone when he opens it again.

He didn't care how the eye-bags affected his handsome face or when Seokjin kept saying he needed to sleep. He would sleep if Seokjin was right beside him, hugging him and engulfing him with the older man's warmth.

He prayed every night, he prayed to God he never believed before.

"Please,"

"Please, don't take him.'

They used to make a lot of promises before all of this happened, a sweet promise that they would someday go to Paris together or a simple promise that they would watch the Netflix series together after dinner.

Seokjin stopped making promises since the day he fainted in the restaurant, he refused to because he knew he would end up breaking the promises Taehyung asked.

'Please, don't go where I can't follow,' he once said to Seokjin in the balcony of their house. The older man loved their balcony, they could see the stars clearly from there. That place held a lot of memories, one of their favourite place to cuddle. Taehyung said it while crying and Seokjin kissed his forehead softly as the answer.

Seokjin never answers him properly, he chose to kiss him. Taehyung didn't ask Seokjin to stay with him, he was begging the older man to stay.

He knew he was an egoist, he knew Seokjin didn't want to leave him and the older man never had a choice from the beginning. No one from both of them wanted to leave, but fate was cruel. They must accept their destiny, want it or not.

There was also a time when he accidentally heard Seokjin's conversation with his friend, Yoongi. They thought he was sleeping but actually, he was wide awake in the other room. Seokjin said he regretted many things, he wished he never met Taehyung.

He wished he never accepted the ring and let Taehyung loved him so deeply. He wanted Taehyung to forget him, to stop loving him.

That way, Taehyung won't be suffering later when Seokjin's time is up.

That conversation made him think, what if he never meet Seokjin?

The answer was fast, like an autopilot inside his head; it popped up out of nowhere.

He would be nothing.

His mind went blank, he couldn't think a single scene where there's no Kim Seokjin in his life. He couldn't even imagine his tomorrow without his husband, he refused to imagine it. Taehyung's life was rotating around Seokjin, the older man was his everything just like the sun to the earth.

Seokjin was simply all of his life, he couldn't explain it well. No matter how cringe and how cheesy, how unreal it sounded; it might sound impossible but Seokjin mattered that much for Taehyung. Without the older man, his life was nothing but an empty blank canvas.

Three months before the funeral, he woke up without Seokjin beside him. Taehyung panicked, kicking the warm blanket from his body, he almost dashes to his garage to get into his car and search for Seokjin throughout the entire town before he heard a small sobbing sound from the balcony.

He turned around and noticed a blue box that supposed to be kept under their shared bed, the box Seokjin used to keep his important belongings. He found a lot of albums, Polaroid, his old scarf, and many things he couldn't remember.

The sunshine made him stood still for a while, adjusting his eyes with the bright scenery before him after he opened the sliding door. The trembling figure in front of him slowly shifted from his sitting position and turned around to see him.

Seokjin hugged his knees when he was crying, Taehyung knew he tried to be quiet so he didn't wake Taehyung up. The rustle of the leaf mixed with sobbing sound from Seokjin, he settled down beside the older man.

He pulled Seokjin into his laps, he winced when he easily lifted Seokjin from the floor. Seokjin was too light, like a feather.

Seokjin rarely cries even when life was treating him cruelly; like he was trying to prove to Taehyung that he was perfectly fine. This time was different, he cried louder when Taehyung embraced him. Seokjin buried his face to Taehyung's neck, sobbing and whimpering non-stop.

He knew his time was near its end, the bottled up feeling overflowed and spilt.

Taehyung caressed his husband's cheek as gentle as possible, Seokjin's eyes were puffy and red. He stared at them, he wanted to memorize every single thing about the other male even when he already craved his image permanently into his mind, but Taehyung thought it wasn't enough.

He eyed the plump but chapped lips, he tried to hold back but he gave up and caught those lips in a deep and breath-taking kiss. Agonizingly slow, he nipped at the bottom lips and licked it slowly. He grunted lowly when the other male gave out a small whimper, earning a muffled moan as he pressed his forehead to the older man that did the exact same thing like him.

He frowned between the kisses, he wanted to stop the time. He wanted the clock to stop ticking, just for a moment, just this once. He wished to keep Seokjin and prevent the time from taking his beloved from his side.

Taehyung would do anything, anything. Just if he could do something.

Pain, sorrow, all emotions melted into one. He sensed how Seokjin's shoulders tensed up, the older man felt guilty. Seokjin pulled away from him due to the need of air but Taehyung chased after him; it would never be enough for him, never enough.

He would chase after Seokjin, no matter how much the older man poured and gave himself to the younger male. Taehyung would always be lusting after him, desiring him, yearning for him, and missing him like crazy.

Seokjin covered his mouth, "no, Tae-" he spoke normally but his voice was hoarse, "we shouldn't-" Taehyung wanted to- No, he needed Seokjin more than this.

He touched Seokjin's hand, entwining their fingers. His face was full of pain as he whispered softly beside the older man's ear, he knew too well that Seokjin couldn't refuse him, "kiss me, hyung," he licked his dry lips, trying his best to hold back his tears as he spoke, "please, Seokjin-ah," a single tear left his eye.

He didn't wait for an answer, he grabbed Seokjin's hand and pulled him closer. The older man gave himself to him, they moaned together, they drank each other's grunts and whimpers. The way Taehyung tightened his hands might hurt but Seokjin didn't complain, the older man understood how all of this shit scared Taehyung badly.

His hand on Seokjin's thin waist while Seokjin's hands tangled with his messy black hair. It was perfect, they were perfect.

Seokjin looked so beautiful, so handsome, even when his skin was so pale and looked so skinny; Seokjin that being unable to open his eyes for several seconds after their heated kisses, he looked ethereal. He was Taehyung's angel, he was flawless from the younger man point of view.

That moment made him recalled old times, he loved to play in the middle of the rain. Enjoying the cold water that washed his bare face and drenched his clothes, at the time like that he felt free from all of his problems. Seokjin would be the person who stood near him with an umbrella and a fresh towel.

Seokjin would wait until he finished and finally came closer when he was sure Taehyung won't splash any water to his face. He would dry Taehyung's wet hair under the umbrella, giving him a sheepish smile; stealing some kisses under the big umbrella. Sometimes he joined Taehyung, getting wet but still holding the useless umbrella.

Back to the present where everything changed, all Taehyung wanted was just to lay down next to his Seokjin. To see the older man's smile, to hear his laugh, to simply touch his soft skin.

After the funeral finished, he wandered around, all alone without his friends. He couldn't tell it was the rain or he was crying, his throat hurt as he choked out a sob. He was walking aimlessly, he wanted to go home but home is where Seokjin is. His home was long gone, his home vanished the moment Seokjin stopped breathing and the monitor showed a long line without any curves.

The loud beeping sound hunted him until now, they told him; they screamed at him. Taehyung never believe it though, he kept holding Seokjin's limp hand, and he shouted, screaming to Bogum and his friends to believe him that 'Seokjin-hyung is alive!' but they just stared at him with eyes full of sadness.

That time, it was in the middle of the night. Hoseok cried loudly, Yoongi patted Namjoon's back while Jungkook hugged Jimin who sobbed like a baby. They lost Kim Seokjin that night, the older man never wins over his illness.

Crooked fingers, broad shoulders, wide smile and a homemade dinner; the cold rain washed all of that in record time. The musky scent of the raindrops wetting the dry earth, Taehyung looked around to find something familiar but Seokjin was six feet under the ground.

He kept recalling their last moment as he kept walking without a destination. They were at the hospital and Seokjin was in critical condition. The younger man believed they still had a chance, a miracle; Seokjin will be healthy one day.

What is death? Seokjin was still breathing, he was alive.

Jungkook kept asking Jimin about Seokjin's condition in the waiting room, Taehyung answered him without any hesitation, 'he won't die, we promised to live together until I reach 100 years old and he will be 103 years old.'

Jungkook watched Taehyung's firm face, the youngest looked down to his shoes because he knew; that was an empty promise.

'Kim Taehyung?' one of the nurses called him, he followed her and his friends tagged along, 'the patient is calling you. The doctor gave you permission to go inside.'

Taehyung stepped into the room with a calm face, he saw Seokjin. The older man's forehead was sweaty as he panted, trying his best to keep breathing, 'what's wrong Jin-Hyung?' he asked with a steady voice like his beloved wasn't dying before his eyes.

Seokjin smiled, taking off his oxygen mask, 'I want to see you playing in the rain again,' he said.

Taehyung nodded, 'outside isn't raining, so you must watch me tomorrow. The forecast said tomorrow will be raining,' he replied.

Seokjin gazed at Taehyung's sharp eyes, 'Taetae,' he reached for his husband's crooked fingers, 'I won't ask you to only love forever after I die; asking you to not love someone else besides me, even when I want to,' Seokjin whispered softly, the older man looked so calm; that was odd. It was like Seokjin predicted this moment, he prepared the words carefully for this moment.

Taehyung widened his eyes, he gripped the shaky hand, 'just say it, I will never love someone else. I will just love you, I will just love Kim Seokjin!' the older man chuckled, his eyes turned into the crescent moon after Taehyung shouted back to him.

Seokjin shook his head, 'that would be impossible,' he replied, did Seokjin just doubt his loyalty?

'I'm serious,' Taehyung hissed, eyes red and swollen for crying all day since Seokjin moved to intensive care unit.

'I know. I understand Taetae,' Seokjin smiled, 'but I'm not that cruel.'

'You will be okay,' he kneeled beside the bed, holding Seokjin's hand tightly, 'you will be okay, everything is fine! We will go home after this and I will cook your favourite steak,' he assured Seokjin or in fact, he assured himself.

'Taehyung-ah,' Seokjin caressed his face slowly, gently, 'it's totally fine if you find and fall in love with someone else, but please, I beg you; please don't forget me.'

Seokjin's tears looked like crystal, the light made it looked sparkling, 'please, keep loving me; please keep loving Kim Seokjin no matter what,' Taehyung stared in disbelief, Seokjin smiled sadly to him.

'Nobody is better than you! There's no man or woman better than you!' he screamed, Seokjin cried quietly.

Seokjin gripped back, making Taehyung stopped talking and locked their gazes together. The older man let go his hand and touched his hair, 'your hair is getting longer ... I really love your mullet,' Seokjin muttered softly, 'even though I want to be an old man ...' he sobbed, tears wetted his pale cheeks as he continued.

'I will always love you,' fondness, happiness, sorrow; everything mixed into one expression, one last glance, 'I love you more than anything in this world, Taehyung-ah; My Taetae.'

Then

Seokjin stopped talking.

-PIIIIIP-

Taehyung also stopped screaming, his world stopped, 'hey, hyung,' he stood up, shaking Seokjin's shoulder, 'Seokjin-ah?'

Jungkook ran inside when he heard the loud sound, 'SEOKJIN-HYUNG!' he screamed, taking the other side of the bed and shook Seokjin's body harshly, tears streaming down from his eyes. The youngest tried his best to wake Seokjin up for several minutes before he fell to his knees and turned into a sobbing mess.

Everyone rushed inside, the doctors and the nurses let them to have a moment, no one could hold back their tears. Taehyung stood frozen on his spot, his toes were rooted to the hospital's floor. He shoved Jungkook away from Seokjin's body and ripped all of the injections from Seokjin's body at once.

Jimin gasped and shouted to his friend, 'Taehyung! What are you doing?!' but Taehyung didn't listen, his ears became deaf, 'TAEHYUNG!' he didn't hear anything after the loud sound telling him really bad news.

Taehyung took Seokjin's body with him, he ran from the hospital's room with Seokjin inside his embrace. He used the hospital's blanket to keep Seokjin warm, running to a small nearest forest behind the hospital.

'Sorry, hyung,' he whispered to Seokjin's ear, 'it's just a small forest behind the hospital, maybe we should wait for a while until it's raining. We should wait until the sunrise okay,' he mumbled, his breath created white fogs due to the cold weather outside.

'But hey, the forest is beautiful, look; we can see stars clearly,' he added, Taehyung knew that Seokjin loved forest and stars, 'Hyung, I forgot to bring food for us; even though this place is a good spot for a picnic,' he nuzzled his nose to Seokjin's black hair.

Taehyung leaned closer to Seokjin's head while the older man's head rested on his chest, he embraced his husband's body tightly. He was whispering random words, talking about random topics but his hands never leave Seokjin.

'Taehyung,' Namjoon called, Taehyung looked up and shot him a glare, 'let Jin-hyung's body go,' he said with tight voice, the younger man hissed.

Taehyung glared to all of his friends that stood not so far away from him, he pulled Seokjin closer to him, 'he is sleeping,' he tried to hide Seokjin like he was protecting him; preventing anyone from taking his beloved from his side.

Yoongi took a deep breath, eyes red but not furious, 'he isn't sleeping, and you know that. Don't take him like that, it isn't fair for the others, Taehyung-ah,' the second older and officially became the eldest of the group added.

Fair? What is fairness? Everything was unfair for him!

Taehyung snapped, he looked up with furious eyes, 'HE IS ALIVE! HE ISN'T DEAD,' he tightened his grip on Seokjin's body, 'just touch him! He is warm!'

'It's because of your body heat,' Hoseok replied with teary eyes, hands clenched into fists.

Taehyung froze, 'no,' he looked down, shaking his head, 'I won't give up, I promised to never let him go.'

Everyone cried louder when Taehyung fell apart, 'he is just sleeping .... When the morning comes he will open his eyes, he will wake up and greet me like this morning!'

Taehyung laughed, 'yes, he will greet me and then hug me! Telling me his dream where we go together to the park or watching a movie together!' Jungkook fell to his knees, hugging himself because listening to Taehyung just make it more painful, 'he will welcome me and kiss my forehead, telling me he loves me more than anything!'

Taehyung cried louder, embracing Soekjin's body with tears streaming from his eyes, "MY HUSBAND, KIM SEOKJIN; HE IS STILL ALIVE!!"

He bent down, crying to Seokjin's neck; begging and screaming to him, 'please wake up, please open your eyes and look at me,' until he couldn't speak any more until he lost his voice. Until his hands couldn't hold Seokjin anymore because his beloved body grew colder as the time went by.

After that, his friends waited until Taehyung calmed down a little and then they took Seokjin's body from him.

Since that time, the rain never makes him happy anymore. Nothing could make him happy again, his world died with the person he loved the most, no, his beloved was his whole world and he lost him.

He lost his husband.

He lost the love of his life.

Taehyung lost Seokjin.

His friend must be worried now, he walked to who knows where and ended up near an ocean. He didn't know the graveyard was near the sea. He stood on the cliff edge, the waves hit the cliff harshly, and the salty scent forced its way to Taehyung's wet nose.

With Seokjin gone, he was alone, he lost all of the colour in his life. He gazed down to the wild waves from the high cliff, he chuckled dryly. He blinked away the stray tears that blurring his eyesight, his long fingers twitched and he smirked; his eyes lifeless. Taehyung looked like an empty shell with no life detected, a hollow smile.

He was the one who lost Seokjin while Seokjin was the one who left him, there's no one that would wait for him with a smile while holding an umbrella and a fresh towel anymore.

Without Seokjin, without him; what's the use of living?

Taehyung found no reason to keep living.
