"I thought that they only held meetings when there was serious matters that needed to be discussed" he said 

"There is serious matters to be discussed... Her" one guy said standing up and pointing at me accusingly.

"What what did I do" I said

"I don't know maybe just killing a high vampire, turning into a dragon in a hospital and almost dehumanizing a man, and getting put at the top of the most wanted list by the president herself!" he yelled "because if not please tell me what I missed" and he looked pissed. 

"I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about for the president and her wanted list and it isn't my fault that I had gotten blown up in my room and attempted at being killed twice! By the president's orders! The vampire tried to get me sold to his boss for who-knows-what and I know that you are a vampire, but you don't have to be so D*** MEAN!" I yelled at with with heat rising up in my skin and my veins, and making part of the people in the room look at him like they didn't know something, but then look at me after they realized something about me. 

"Now what" I said, and then looked at myself realizing that I was glowing with a dangerous silver light, and my gown was smoking from my skin being too hot to touch. 

"I think that it would be best if this meeting was adjourned" he said looking at me warily like I might explode or turn into anther dragon an kill him. Then he quickly ran away, and then used his vampire speed to go faster and farther from me. I then looked at the others that were still looking at me thinking that I would do something, and when I didn't they also turned into their animal forms, and ran or flew away from the area. Then without bothering to look back at the mysterious man I walked out the door and went to the beach to run off some steam...quite literally. I ran to the beach in under three seconds not even trying to go my top speed because I would've ended up running on water. Then I realized that the idea wasn't so bad and I touched the water, it wasn't that cold but it was still a little chilly. I didn't care as I backed up, but before I started to run I heard something in the bushes to my left. 

"There is no way that someone other than me can run on water without any problems" a teenage boy said to someone.

"I don't think, so either" she said

"Well then in that case have a nice swim" he whispered under his breath, and then I heard foot steps going away, but the other one stayed then she called out to the boy. 

"Hey. Why don' t we stay so that we can help her if she needs help, Green" 

"Fine Ashley we'll stay just for that reason, but if she decides to not do it then we are leaving" Green said. At that I ran full speed on the water causing a large wave of mist behind me. Then I leaned my head so that I could hear their reactions. 

"What the Hell" Green said, and when I didn't hear anything form the girl I knew that she was speechless. Then I came across the curve of the clear lake and enjoyed running in the middle of the day, I went a little faster and broke the sound barrier once, twice, and then up the ten times. Then I hit my fastest speed yet and a giant shock wave shook the water and the area around the medium sized lake. After about running like this nonstop, and getting blasted in the face by my own water trail I slowed down, and walked from beach side of the lake to the middle of the lake and I looked to the beach. I stared directly into the eyes of the boy named Green and then turned to the girl named Ashley. They both looked like siblings, so I sat there and listened. 

"Do you think that she can see us" Ashley asked

"No, she shouldn't be able to see us from that far away but she is sitting on the water and has been for almost two minutes now with no problems at all, so it is possible" Green said

"Can she hear us" Ashley asked 

"I don't know sis, I don't know" he said, and the I started to sink down in purpose, and when I was about three feet under. I blasted to them in the darkening night, and while I swam I willed my body to turn into a dragon again. When I finished changing I noticed that I was a different dragon with deep blue scales to math the water and fins, gills, and a powerful tail to help me go faster in the water. I didn't care about this though because I had expected it, and when I was about ten feet from the beach I blasted out of the water and landed behind them looking at them expectantly. 

Why do you insist that you mess up my nice and peaceful run with self questions I said to them, and this got them startled enough to step back a little. 

"W-we didn't know that you knew that we were here, and I though that you couldn't possibly do something that I could, but you did and you surpassed it a-lot" he said "you were going so fast that you were leaving light streaks on the top of the water, and that in itself is amazing...how can you do that and still be able to stay on the water without sinking, and how in the world can you turn into a dragon" 

I shifted back into my human form, and looked at them in my sixteen year old self "I didn't know that you guys were here either until you started to talk, and other then that I believe that I am a dragon shifter that can change into an unlimited amount of dragons, but that was only my third form so far. I am expecting more to come out soon, but not that soon." Saying this got two amazed faces with their mouths hanging open a little. Then I teleported to my room because I didn't wan't to talk to them anymore in case they brought up me being the missing and supposed dead girl that everyone was probably talking about. I found my room like it was before it had gotten blown up, but there was different paintings and a person was sleeping in a bed. So I went over to the big pile of blankets that I saw folded in a hamper, made a makeshift bed, and slept for the night.
