Takemichi never actually had a great childhood.

He loves him parents that's undeniable but both of them are too busy chasing their own carrier. Never had he once got a chance to celebrate new years eve or Christmas with them.

He still had other friends that's true but none of them really cared for him much, all he sees is a person wanting him for who he is acting as not for who he is truly.

Takemichi is a coward.

A big one at that.

He's also not good at studies.

People said he's a delusional child for failing to prove his worth.

It's not that his parents hate him no it's quite the opposite, his parents loves him so much that they gave him everything he ever wanted.

Both of his parents would grant it. They had hoped that the "items" they gave could fill the spot that was empty. Hoped that it would be enough to show how far their love for him goes.

The first time he stepped into Isagi's house, he was astonished by how bright and lively it look. How affectionate his parents were.

Isagi hugged his pillow and said:

"How funny now you sound like an old man with those words."

"Really?"

Takemichi continued:

"If I were to kill someone is it my fault for doing so?"

Those words froze Isagi in his spot, he couldn't register it properly until a few minutes than did he understood. The question had an inevitable answer.

"No, your not the type of person to do that"

"Ha ha ha, you talk as if you've known me for years"

"Maybe I did"

"Yeah,maybe you did"

Isagi actually find Takemichi to be someone full of secrets and the thing is he is good at hiding it. Takemichi likes to play heroes because when he did people would pay attention to him.

Some would call that as a weird behavior for a child but Isagi didn't think so.

"Yoo-chan, listen to me alright?"

"Yes."

"There are so many type of people in this world. Some are kind and some are evil but that doesn't mean you could judge them from how they looked and act. Some people has their own story. Their own tragedy."

"How do you know though?"

"You observe them.Yoo-chan your hearing is a gift from the gods you can tell if a person's life is good or bad by listening to their tone and how they act."

"But it's not like there is a guide for this is there?"

"There is."

Those words stucked in his head like a sticky glue, he did what his mother said, he observed Takemichi. Everytime they played heroes Takemichi would always ends up saving someone or something.

Did he dislike it?

No he doesn't.

Takemichi is kind, his kindness is what lead to his own downfall. It's not like he fail to notice how many times Takemichi's parents was absent. The affect that was done is irreversible.

Those action caused Takemichi to form a bad habit of keeping his own burden to himself, he refuses to share a single pain he's going through. Everytime he got injured or sick he would brush it off.

Isn't it obvious?

No one was there to tell him that he needs medication when he's sick.

No one told him how painful it is to leave an injury untreated.

No one told him that he needs to be perfect.

No one told him how important his studies were.

Takemichi had to rely on himself.

He learnt how too cook.

How to wash the dishes.

How to use the washer machine.

How to clean the house.

How to fix a broken item.

How important his future is.

Everything that a parent should be the one teaching, he had none currently so that was the only choice.

But now thing's has change, he has Isagi and Isagi is willing to sacrifice anything for his dear friends. He didn't mind and Takemichi really appreciate it.
