Steve stayed silent for a couple moments until he spoke up.

"I have liked Natasha since I met her." Steve says

"Like her or in love with her?" Alexei asks

"I can't fall in love." Steve says

"Does my daughter know this?" Alexei asks

"She does." Steve says

"Look at the time. I got an actual meeting to go to." Alexei says and got up.

"Have a good day, sir." Steve says and walked out of the office.

Steve looked around and saw Natasha's office. He walked inside without knocking. He saw his girlfriend looking on her phone.

"Seems like you're really busy." Steve says

"Steve! Hi!" Natasha says and looked up.

Steve closed the door and sat across Natasha.

"Got no work to do?" Steve asks

"No. Today is Yelena's first day, so I got nothing to do since my dad didn't give me anything to do." Natasha says

"So we can go on a lunch date?" Steve asks

"Don't you have a company to run?" Natasha says

"I'm COO, besides my father is at the office and doing all the work." Steve says

"He only works one day a week." Natasha says

"He works three more days from home." Steve says

"But you run the office." Natasha says

"Overall I got nothing to do. So, lunch?" Steve says

"It's 10:30am." Natasha says

"Okay, no lunch yet." Steve says

"I got some other idea's." Natasha says

She got up and walked around her desk. She sat down on Steve's lap and wrapped her arms around his shoulder.

"In your office?" Steve asks

"Yeah." Natasha says and planted kisses in his neck.

"Let me just lock the door." Steve says and got her off his lap.

Steve locked the door and Natasha closed her office curtains. Steve picked Natasha up and placed her on the desk.

"You sure?" Steve asks and Natasha nodded.

"So, since your birthday is in two weeks, I thought maybe we could take a little vacation for it. Just the two of us." Natasha says as she and Steve walked in Central Park holding their sandwiches.

"I would like that, a little romantic vacation." Steve says

"Where do you want to go? It's your birthday." Natasha says

"I got a house on Hawaii, it's really nice there." Steve says

"Sounds perfect. When?" Natasha says

"Let's leave on Friday, the first of July, and go home at the next Friday, and we will host a family birthday party that Saturday." Steve says

"Sounds good to me, that Friday is my last day, so maybe a morning flight?" Natasha says

"Good, I'll book the tickets." Steve says

"No, no, no, this is my birthday gift to you." Natasha says

"You're my gift." Steve says

"Fine, but I will buy everything there." Natasha says

"Good." Steve says and pecked her lips.

A week after Natasha and Steve booked their vacation, Yelena asked Natasha out for lunch.

"Why did you want to have lunch with me?" Natasha asks

"Well, today starts your last week at Romanoff Enterprise, and I wanted to take my big sister out for lunch." Yelena says

"Right." Natasha says

"I know you're upset that you're leaving, and I know it's because of me." Yelena says

"Look, Yel, I really am trying to be happy for you, but I just can't." Natasha says and put down her fork and knife. "Being COO of our family business was my dream since forever, and now they chose you, you have no experience in this business. This was my dream, Yel."

"What if it's my dream too?" Yelena says

"When I asked you last year what your dream was, you said it was to swim with dolphins." Natasha says

"Well I did that, and now I got this." Yelena says

"Why did you apply for the job in the first place?" Natasha asks

"Because dad will retire in a couple years and I wanted to make him proud. I am the little cute sister, and I know they didn't expect much from me, so I thought this might have changed their minds." Yelena says

"But you knew I wanted to work beside dad." Natasha says

"I knew that you always wanted to control things, and I know that you can probably run the business way better than dad, so I thought that in a couple years you could be CEO and I would be your COO." Yelena says

"Does dad know you want me to be your CEO one day?" Natasha says

"No." Yelena says, "Nat, I'm really sorry for all this."

"It's fine, I'll get over it, eventually." Natasha says

"So what are you going to do now?" Yelena asks

"Well first I'm going on vacation with Steve, then I actually don't know." Natasha says, "Ever since I was fifteen I have worked, I forgot how it's like to be unemployed. I don't even know what I love to do as a hobby."

"So you're going to find that out?" Yelena says

"I'll try." Natasha says, "I got enough money saved to be at home for at least a year, so I will take a month off, then figure out where I want to work."

"I think you would get hired anywhere." Yelena says and propped some salad in her mouth.

"You eat like a child." Natasha says

"Yep." Yelena says, "So you really have forgiven Steve for what he did to you?"

"No, but he probably can't even remember it." Natasha says

"Then why be in this relationship with him?" Yelena asks

"Basically to ruin his reputation, beside he's a real gentleman and a good cuddler." Natasha says

"So you aren't falling in love with him?" Yelena asks

Natasha sighed and answered the question. "No, or will I ever."

Little did Natasha know she had some feelings for him.
