11. Some Much Needed Help

A/N: Sorry for the wait. I know I was updating this one frequently when I started but now I have 3 ongoing stories and I'm definitely falling behind in An Arrangement of Fate... But, fear not because I AM HERE with an update for this one! Hehe enjoy ^.^

(Momo POV.)

The sunlight hits my face, causing me to wake up. I roll onto my side and open my eyes. Shouto is still fast asleep beside me. It took forever to get him into bed last night, but now, he looks so peaceful. I sit up and lean over and kiss his cheek before getting out of bed.

I pick up and unplug my phone from the charger and check the time. "8:30... Kirishima should be here soon..." I mutter to myself.

I then notice I have an unread message. I open it and see it's from Kirishima.

»8:25am
Hey! I got Todoroki's pain meds. Katsuki and I are heading over now. We might be a bit late though, some of the roads haven't been plowed yet.

I walk over to my dresser that's next to the window. I part the curtain and look outside, seeing that there's nearly a full foot of fresh snow on the ground. "Wow... This sure is a harsh winter," I quietly say. "I can't believe it's already January.. December went by too quickly..." I mutter as I place my hand on my stomach. "Two months down, seven more to go.."

I open my dresser drawer and pull out some warm clothes to wear. Since Shouto is injured I can't rely on him and his quirk to keep me warm anymore. He's been more than happy to warm me up this past month.. I undress from my pajamas and pull on my pants and sweater. I take another look at Shouto and see that he's still asleep. I let him be and leave the bedroom.

I walk down the hallway and turn the thermostat up a little to help warm the house. I then enter the kitchen and walk over to the sink. From the cabinet to my left I pull out a kettle and then begin to fill it with water. Once it's full I set it on the stove top and turn on the burner.

I feel my phone vibrate and I check it. I open my new message from Kirishima.

»8:37am
Yo! We're about fifteen minutes away now. We had to walk because Katsuki got us booted from the cab. See ya soon!

I chuckle at his text.

«8:37am
Okay. I'll have some hot tea and coffee ready for you guys when you get here. Stay safe. See you soon.

I go to our coffee maker and begin to get it all setup and get the coffee going. I've never been a big fan of coffee, but I do miss it now since I can't drink it while pregnant.. I let out a small sigh as the rich aroma of the dark roast fills the kitchen.

"Fuck! Goddammit!" I hear Shouto growl from the bedroom followed by loud bangs and the sound of something falling on the floor.

I quickly rush back to the bedroom. As I enter I see Shouto leaning on one of his forearms against the wall and his other arm tightly wrapped around his ribcage. His breathing is shallow and slow and I can see visible sweat drops forming on his face.

"Shouto," I say as I make my way around our bed and reach him. I gently set my hand on his back and he tenses up even more. "It'll be okay. Kirishima and Bakugou will be here soon with your medication."

He remains silent. He seems to be focusing on his breathing as it's getting calmer and less hitched. "Can.. Can you help me to the living room?" he finally asks as he looks over to me.

I give a small smile, surprised that he's actually asking for help. Last night I had to force him to accept my help because he doesn't want to be a hassle. "Of course Shouto," I reply.

I go to his right side and he puts his arm around my shoulders as I help support his weight. He's still tightly gripping his ribs as I feel the weight of his body relying on me. We slowly begin to leave the bedroom, he keeps wincing and trying to hold back his grunts of pain as we walk. He always tries to be so strong. He doesn't like to seem weak, especially in front of me, but he is only human, even if he is one of the top ten Heroes.

"Sorry for putting you out like this," Shouto grunts as we walk.

"It's perfectly fine Shouto," I reply. "You can't do everything for yourself right now. Don't hesitate to ask for help in any way."

"Mmm... Yeah but, you're pregnant right now Momo. I don't want you to have any unnecessary stress or have to worry about taking care of me.." he says as he tries to hide the pain in his voice.

We finally reach the couch and I carefully help him down. He grunts loudly and holds his ribs with both arms. I sigh and sit beside him and he falls into my lap, laying his head beside my stomach and his grasp loosening from his body.

"Shouto, if you don't ask for help it's going to make me stressed out. I'm your wife, I'm here to take care of my husband while he's injured," I gently tell him as I run my fingers through his tangled hair. "I love you and I don't want you to suffer through any unnecessary pain you might cause yourself."

He brings his hand up and sets it on my belly. He rubs his thumb against me and gives a small smile. "You're too caring, you know that Momo?" he gently says. "I'll ask for help, but if I see you pushing yourself too hard I'm going to say something."

I grin and lean down and kiss his forehead. "That sounds fair."

He turns his face and reaches up to my cheek. He lightly runs his fingers across my skin, baiting me to move back down to him. I lean down again and connect our lips. Our kiss is warm and brief as I hear the kettle beginning to whistle. He lets out a small sigh and then attempts to sit up, but he winces and growls at the pain he feels.

"Stay still Shouto," I tell him. I carefully lift his head enough for me to slide out from beneath him. He lays back down on the couch, sweating and trying to push the pain away. "Do you want some water or some coffee right now?" I ask while staring down at him with worry.

"No," he growls. "I'll have something once I get my painkillers."

I nod and head into the kitchen I turn the burner off and remove the tea kettle from the heat. I pull a cup down from the cupboard as well as my ginger tea. I quickly make my drink and set it aside to let it cool down a bit. I check the time on my phone again. "They should be here soon..." I mutter.

I turn and lean against the counter as I pick up my tea. I blow on it and take a sip. Almost instantly I can feel the slight nausea leave my body. I'm about to head back to Shouto when I hear a loud, obnoxious knocking at the door. "Sounds like Bakugou..." I sigh.

I set my tea down and head to the door. I open it and see the two men shivering in the snow. "Care to come in for a bit?" I say with a slight chuckle.

"If you don't mind," Kirishima says as he hands me a small paper bag.

I take the bag and step aside so they can enter. They walk in and shake the snow off of their bodies. I shut the door and walk past them as they remove their boots. I pull out one of two pill bottles and begin to read the directions.

I enter the kitchen again and get a glass and fill it with water. I head to the living room and see that Shouto had managed to situate himself back up into a sitting position. I hand him the glass and open up the bottle and take out two of the pills. "Take both now. This should help for the next six hours. Let me know if you start to feel severe pain before then," I tell him.

He nods and takes the pills and sips his water. Kirishma comes walking into the living room and takes a seat on one of the chairs, the one by the heater. "Where's Bakugou?" I ask when I don't see him by the door.

"He's getting some coffee," Kirishima replies.

"He does know he's a guest here right?" Shouto asks while attempting to sit up more. "You guys have only been here two times."

Kirishima shrugs as his eyes focus towards the kitchen. I look over and see Bakugou coming over with a mug of hot coffee and my tea. "Yeah, but we've been friends for years now. Plus I don't wanna put your knocked up wife here out," he says as he hands Kirishima the mug. "Here. I know this is yours. You should sit down and rest," he tells me as he hands me my tea. "Ginger right? You getting bad morning sickness?"

"Um.. Yeah. It's gotten better though thanks to the ginger tea," I reply, shocked of his knowledge and kindness.

"How did you know what it was for?" Shouto asks as I sit down next to him.

"I've done some research on pregnant women since you knocked her up. It was something I hadn't considered having to deal with as a Hero, but it's useful knowledge to know, especially if someone I know is dealing with it," he says as he begins to head back towards the kitchen.

"Is he for real?" Shouto questions Kirishima.

He chuckles and nods as he sips his coffee. "Yeah. Katsuki's looked up a lot of stuff about pregnant women. He's also been kinda concerned about you guys since your wedding too," he says the last part in a hushed tone.

"Really?" I say as I look to the kitchen and see Bakugou pouring himself a cup of coffee. "I guess he really has changed over the years. It's kinda hard to notice at times," I state while smiling.

"Yeah," Kirishima says with a laugh. "Katsuki is a big softy. He just doesn't show it to anyone but me really."

"Hey!" Bakugou barks as he enters the living room again. "Quit talking about me!" He takes a seat on the end of the couch on the other side of me.

"Sorry man, they were just curious," Kirishima replies with a large smile.

"Yeah well, with Icy Hot all fucked up right now I figured you might need a man's help at times..." Bakugou says to me before sipping his coffee. "Eijirou told me that you've got some fractured ribs in addition to that slash on your chest and that burn on your shoulder," he says to Shouto while pointing at his injuries.

Shouto glances down at the large stitched up wound over his chest and then sets his arm around me. "I've got four fractured ribs," he tells him. "But these painkillers sure are helping," he says as he leans forward into me without giving off a hint of pain. He nuzzles his face into my neck and kisses me.

"Shouto, we have company," I say as my face heats up from his handsiness.

"Damn Icy Hot, those meds must seriously've kicked in," Bakugou chuckles.

Shouto pulls away from me slightly but keeps his hands around me and pulls me closer to his body. He sets his hand on my stomach and begins to gently rub it back and forth. "Yeah. I'm feeling much better now," he replies with a gentle smile.

"That's great," Kirishima says with an even brighter smile. "Good to know they work."

"So then Jiggles," Bakugou says to me, "with Freezer Burn on bed rest is there anything you need help with? I've got some time before I need to head to Headquarters and I can give ya a hand with anything."

"Oh," I say, shocked to hear Bakugou's kind offer. "Well, I do have some grocery shopping to do today. I'd be grateful for some help," I tell him.

"I can help you with that Momo," Shouto says to me.

I turn my head slightly so I'm looking at him. "No. Even with the painkillers the doctor said you need to limit your activities. No long walks, no lifting anything heavy, and no... Um.. Intimate physical activity," I say.

I hear Bakugou muffling his laughter. I turn and see him with his hand pressed to his mouth as he's trying not to laugh. "Bakugou please, be an adult," I say.

He starts to snicker and gives a big grin. "Whatever. We've all done it. You can just say sex," he says with a laugh. "Intimate physical activity! That's great! Guess you guys've gotta keep things to the bare minimum eh? Like when you first hooked up while under that whole body swapping thing!?" he said through laughter.

I press my fingers to my temple and sigh. "It's nothing like that. That whole ordeal was so crazy and weird," I state. "I try to forget that's what brought us together as a couple."

"It wasn't that bad looking back on it," Shouto says as he sits up more and puts his hand around my body. "I did get to wake up as you a few times. That was pretty enjoyable," he says with a small laugh.

"You said you didn't do anything in my body," I slightly grumble.

He shrugs and gives a small grin. "Well obviously I did some stuff Momo. I'm a guy and I was in my girlfriend's body," he tells me.

"What? Why are you telling my this now!?"

He chuckles and shrugs as he lets me go. "Well we're married now. You can't get away from me and we're not supposed to keep secrets, right?" he says.

I shake my head with a slight grin. "Shouto, you closet pervert," I say.

"I fucking knew you did some shit in her body!" Bakugou yells. "Eijirou! Gimme my 5600 yen back!"

"Wha- You bet on whether or not I did weird stuff in Momo's body?" Shouto questions with a slight scowl.

"Course we did. Once everyone found out we all made bets," Kirishima says with a laugh. "And I ain't givin' you any money Katsuki! We share our money now so what's the point?"

"The point was that I was right and I won the fucking bet! It's been five years and you losers were all wrong!" he loudly yelles. "SO PAY UP!!"

"Quiet down Bakugou. We've got neighbors," Shouto grumbles at him. "I thought you had a handle on your anger issues."

"I DON'T HAVE ANGER ISSUES!" he shouts in return.

"Geez! Okay! Okay! Here," Kirishima says as he pulls money from his wallet and tosses it to Bakugou. "Congratulations.. You were right about Todoroki being pervy."

"Hey, I didn't do anything sinister to her," Shouto says, trying to defend himself.

"Uh huh. Right," I tease. "That week after it ended you were pretty handsy with me."

(Shouto POV.)

I can feel my face getting hot with embarrassment at the memories from five years ago. "Yeah, well... You were the same way. Don't try and play the victim Momo," I tell her as I wrap my arms around her again, this time trailing my hands across her legs. "Bakugou and Kirishima have seen before back at school how you were. Remember?" I say into her ear.

I can physically feel the heat coming from her face as I tease her. It's always fun to get her like this. "S-stop trying to turn things around. How did we even get on this topic?" she says, now trying to change the subject.

"Katsuki's the one who brought it up," Kirishima says with a shrug and then sips his coffee.

"Anyway, back to the topic before, I would much rather have Bakugou accompany me to the store than you Shouto. You need your rest," Momo tells me.

I exhale deeply and lean back and I let go of her. "Fine. Just don't take too long, and make sure you be careful out in the snow. This weather can be dangerous," I remind her.

"Don't worry so much Todoroki. I'll make sure nothin' happens to your woman," Bakugou tells me.

"I can't help but worry..." I reply as I rub my head. "And it's also my unborn children I'm concerned about too Bakugou," I grumble slightly.

Bakugou drinks the rest of his coffee and stands up. "Well, you wanna go and get it over with now? There probably won't be too many people out and at the store right now," he says to Momo.

"Oh um... I haven't made Shouto breakfast yet," she says as she looks to me.

"I'm fine. I can make myself something simple," I tell her.

"And you won't push yourself while I'm gone, right?" she questions me with a piercing glare.

"I won't. I promise," I tell her, slightly afraid of the aura she's giving off.

"You two get going," Kirishima says as he sets his mug on the kotatsu near his chair. "I can chill with Todoroki for a bit before I head off."

"I don't need a babysitter," I inform him with a slight scowl.

"You sure? Kaminari called me last night after I finished texting Momo. He told me that stupid shit you pulled," he says with a disappointed glare.

I scratch at my cheek and look away from him and from everyone. "Yeah well, that was an idiotic idea... I blame the morphine..." I reply. I can barely remember what I did anyways.

Momo leans over and kisses my cheek. "I'll see you later then Shouto. Make sure you get some rest after breakfast," she tells me.

I turn my head and bring my lips to her. She playfully runs her tongue at the entrance of my mouth. I go to open it to let her in, but she pulls away and leaves me wanting more. "That wasn't very nice Momo," I tell her as she smirks at me and stands up.

"If you behave yourself while I'm gone and rest up, you'll get more when I come home," she tells me with a wink.

Dammit... She definitely knows how to control me sometimes... I look out the window as I try to calm myself down. "I told you I won't push myself..." I state, not wanting to show her that I want more..

"Come on Baby Bump," Bakugou says to her. I glance over and see him heading to the door.

"Right. I need to grab my purse. I'll meet you outside in a moment. Can you call a cab?"

"Sure thing," he replies while sliding his boots on.

Kirishima gets up and heads over to his boyfriend. My stomach begins to growl and it feels completely empty. I decide to stand up and head to the kitchen to make some food. I don't feel any pain as I get to my feet at all or as I walk across the room.

As I walk past the hall, I see Kirishima and Bakugou making out. I chuckle and continue my way to the kitchen. Ever since high school ended those two have been very open and loving towards one another without a care in the world. They're the first gay Pro Hero team, and they're also one of the strongest duos in all of Japan.

I enter the kitchen and open the refrigerator and pull out the eggs, milk and bacon. I close the door and turn around, only to see Momo. She lightly drapes her arms over my shoulders and steps closer to me until her breasts are barely touching my chest. "What do I owe this pleasure?" I question with a smile as I pull her closer.

She teases her fingers through my hair and smiles seductively at me. "Just came to give you a proper kiss goodbye my wonderful husband," she tells me.

At her words I close the gap between us and enter her mouth with ease. She lightly moans as I tighten my hold on her body, and that only makes her moan louder. Crap... Now I'm starting to get turned on... I pull my tongue from her mouth but she enters mine instead. Her sudden retaliation causes me to moan and my body begins to heat up and get flushed.

"Mmgmm... Momo," I say as I finally manage to separate from her. "I know you're hormones are acting up, but seriously, you said it yourself that I can't have sex right now while I'm injured."

"I know.. I'm sorry, I just got carried away," she says, her face flushed and her eyes evading contact with mine.

I sigh and set my finger under her chin and turn her to look at me. "It's fine. It's just teasing both of us right now," I tell her. "Just go and get the shopping done so we can spend the rest of the day together."

She smiles and leans into me once again. She pressed her lips against mine. I take in her loving kiss, I taste her and I'm already missing her knowing that she'll be gone for a while. I force myself to break the kiss and part from her. "I love you," I say to her as I gaze into her eyes and admire her beauty. I still can't believe we're married now...

Her eyes are relaxed and happy as she stares back into my own. "I love you too Shouto," she says just above a whisper. "Make sure you get proper rest."

I remove my hands from her and nod. "I will. Don't worry about me. I've got my babysitter here with me," I say as I look to Kirishima who just stepped into the kitchen.

Momo laughs at my joke as she begins to walk away waving goodbye to me. Kirishima watches her go and then turns his attention to me and smiles. "So Todoroki. Whatcha wanna do? Need help cooking?"

"Nah. I'll be okay on my own," I tell him as I step up to the stove, set a pan on top, and turn on the burner.

He gathers my eggs and bacon and brings it to me. "I can't let you do all the cooking though. I'm your babysitter right?" he laughs.

(Momo POV.)

Bakugou has a cab outside and ready as I exit the house. I still feel hot, flustered and wanting Shouto as I step into the deep crunchy snow. Bakugou holds the door open for me and I climb inside. He shuts the door and walks around to the other side and climbs in.

"You said groceries right? So, Yaohan's?" Bakugou asks me. I nod in response as I buckle my seatbelt. Bakugou looks to the cab driver. "Yaohan's," he simply tells him.

The man nods and begins to drive away. "So you got a list or somethin'? I don't need you forgetting anything while we're out," Bakugou says while facing the window, but glancing my way.

Even after all these years of knowing him, he still tries to sound cool and uncaring when helping someone. "I've got the list in my phone. No worries," I tell him with a smile.

"Good. So then, how has Todoroki been doing?" he asks.

"Well he's only been awake and out of the hospital since last night. It's hard to say really since all of last night I spent taking care of him... He was in so much pain and refused most of my help.." I tell him.

"Hmp. He needs to learn when to accept help..."

"You're one to talk."

"Hey, I know when I need help. I'm just not great at the thank you part," he replies. "Todoroki has always seemed like he likes to do stuff on his own, like he doesn't want or need help from anyone even if it puts a lot of pressure on himself."

He's not wrong... I guess all of that goes back to his home life when he was younger... I shake the thoughts of Shouto's childhood from my mind and I look out the window, watching the wind blow the top layer of snow away with it.

"What time do you have your patrol scheduled for?" I ask Bakugou without taking my eyes off of the outside.

"I've got about three hours to kill," he replies. "Think we can get there and back within that time?" he asks.

"We should be able to..." I can feel his eyes on me, even with my back turned to him. I turn my head and see him watching me. "What?" I question.

"Nothing.. I'm just kind of surprised that neither you or Todoroki have asked about the League since that day.."

It had slipped my mind completely that the League was behind Shouto's injuries. I've been too concerned about Shouto since he wandered home last night that I hadn't thought of them at all.. "Do you have any news on them?" I ask.

Bakugou glances up at the driver and I see the man quickly avert his eyes from the mirror where he had been watching us. "Not now... It hasn't been made public yet," he quietly says to me. "So how have you been with your-"

I set my hand over my belly and quickly and quietly speak before he can finish his question. "That hasn't been made public yet either," I tell him.

"Oh.. Sorry.. There a reason behind it?"

I shrug as I keep my hand rested on the growing twins just inside. "Shouto is concerned about us. He doesn't want any villains to target us," I reply. "I told him not to worry so much, but he's been this way for a long time now... He knows how strong I am and he trusts me with all of his heart, but, I don't think he could handle it if he lost me somehow... And releasing what we're going through with our private life is a big deal to him, and to me as well... The media was already all over our wedding... I just can't imagine what I nightmare it'll be when they find out about this."

"Hmp.. I guess that all makes sense," he replies while turning to look out the window. "Eijirou and I still have some problems with the media and all that shit, but we get through it together.. I never knew what a pain they could be until experiencing it for myself.."

I let out a small sigh. "I know what you mean. Seeing Pros on TV when I was younger was always amazing, I never gave it much thought as to what they had to deal with when it came to the media until going to UA... We definitely all got a first hand look and crash course with the media during our schooling.."

"Yeah, no shit," Bakugou replies with a slight chuckle.

The remainder of the drive Bakugou and I exchange small talk, jumping from topic to topic until we finally reach the market. Bakugou pays the driver and then we head inside the building to get my shopping done. Bakugou grabs us a cart and I scroll through my phone and open up my list.

"So how much shit do you need to get?" he asks as we begin to walk.

"Two weeks worth of food," I say as I bring up my list. "Let's start with the produce."

To my surprise Bakugou was very helpful while shopping together. He gathered what I listed off, and even made a few suggestions and additions to my list. He also didn't try to do everything like Shouto would have, Bakugou allowed me to split away from him to grab some stuff while he collected some of the heavier items. It was a nice break from last month where Shouto did literally everything for me.

Our shopping took about an hour to complete and there were several people in the store who recognized us. They all seemed shocked to see us together doing something normal. It was rather funny to see Bakugou's reaction to them when they commented how tame he was while not being Ground Zero. I had to pull him away before he blew up at them all..

But now, we're finally heading back to my home. This time I called a driver who works for my parents to pick us up rather than trying to flag down a cab in this weather. "Well that was a little less annoying than I thought it'd be," Bakugou says while crossing his arms and leaning his head back against the headrest.

I let out a small laugh. "It was still nice to get out of the house for a little bit," I state.

"Yeah? You not get out much? I haven't seen you around the agency recently."

"I have been going in three times a week. I was busy planning the wedding alongside my parents, and Shouto wasn't wanting me to go anywhere without him, but now... Now Shouto is injured and he can't go anywhere. I've got to remain by his side to take care of him for the next few weeks.."

"D'you not want to take care of him or somethin'?"

"No, I'm more than happy to take care of him. I love him with all my heart," I say as I think of Shouto. "It's just hard to see those scars that the nomu left on his body.. Recovery girl could only heal so much and I'm pretty sure that both the one on his chest and the one on his back shoulder are going to be permanent."

"The scars aren't important. What's important is that he's still alive to be with you and to be a father to your kids," Bakugou states.

"You are right," I say as a smile forms on my face. "Also, now that we're away from any prying ears, what's the information about the League that you mentioned before?"

Bakugou looks towards the front of the car. There's a large tinted window separating us from our driver. He turns his head and faces me to have a proper conversation. "Since your wedding when they reappeared me and Deku have been nonstop searching for them. Everyone at the agency is on the lookout for them... But yesterday, Deku and I met up after our searching and he thinks he found a location where some of them are hiding out at."

My eyes widen at the news. "Really? Does he know which members are there?"

He shakes his head. "No. He's not sure how many are there... He was trying to track down Stitchface since he threatened you, Todoroki, and Endeavor, and he thinks he found where he is at least."

Touya... Shouto's oldest brother... A few years back when we faced him before they went into hiding he nearly was able to kill Enji.. His fire Quirk is one of the most powerful I've seen... If Shouto was able to get his flames white and to the point of obliterating anything it touched, I'm sure Touya could too... At least long enough to do damage since his Quirk recoils badly on himself...

"He's sure that Dabi is there? I know Midoriya doesn't make mistakes often but-"

"Deku is pretty sure that he's at least there. Blue Flames tends to be alone or at least with one other member of the League. But, even if it's just him, it'll still be a big victory. He's apart of their inner circle and he's strong. If we can catch him we can get info about what Shigaraki has planned."

"When are you guys making a move?"

"Not sure yet. We're having the invisible chick and the frog patrol the area around where Deku trailed him to since they can go camo.. We need to gather as much intel as we can before making a move. We can't afford to mess this up. We need a win against them before they're able to move forward with whatever their new plans are."

"The League... It's been years since they went underground. What could they possibly be planning?" I think aloud.

"Whatever it is, it can't be good.."

"Touya- I mean Dabi said that they have big plans for all of us who are Pros at the agency All Might founded. He said that we're the new symbol of peace for Japan..."

"Yeah that's what the media has been calling us... Guess it makes sense for them to want to take us out," Bakugou says with a scoff. "But with you and Todoroki both out of the field, this is definitely going to take even more precaution and time to execute.. As much as I hate to admit it, our raid against them would definitely be a lot easier with you guys..."

I give a small grin at his compliment. "I know there's nothing we can do to help right now, but please keep me posted about this. Even if I can't help I don't want to be left in the dark."

Bakugou gives a simple nod as the car comes to a stop in front of my house. "Sure thing. Want me to tell Icy Hot too or what?"

"I can keep Shouto informed," I say as we both get out and begin to unload the groceries. "It'll be hard for him to stay out and not be apart of it, but I should be able to handle him."

Bakugou smirks as he picks up nearly all of the bags in both his arms. "Yeah I know you can. He's basically your bitch right now," he laughs.

I pick up the last bag and walk to the front door. "Hell yeah he is," I joke in response.

Bakugou starts to laugh even more as we enter the house. We kick the snow off of our boots and walk down the hall and into the kitchen. I set the bag down and look into the living room and see Shouto fast asleep on the couch. Bakugou sets all of his bags down and wipes the sweat from his forehead.

He looks to me and then notices Shouto on the couch. "You want any help putting this crap away?" he asks.

I shake my head. "No I can handle it alone. You should get going now. Don't forget to keep me updated about the League."

"Yeah yeah I know. I'm not a forgetful moron like Eijirou," he says as he begins to head back down the hall.

I follow behind him. "Thank you again for your help today Bakugou," I say as he opens the door to leave.

"Sure. It was nothin'," he replies while looking away.

I take a step forward and wrap my arms around him. "It wasn't nothing. You were very helpful," I tell him.

"Y-yeah, well..." He sets his hand on my back and lightly pats me. "You're welcome... I guess..." I release my hug and smile at him as I take a small step back. His face is a bit red, most likely from embarrassment. "Right well, I've gotta go... Tell Freezer Burn he owes me one for helping you get the right shit for his dinner."

I chuckle as he turns and leaves the house. "I will. Good luck today!" I holler to him as he walks down the sidewalk.

From here I hear him click his tongue. He keeps walking and doesn't turn around as he waves goodbye and then flips me off at the end. "Ah Bakugou, some thing's don't change."

A/N: Hope this was enjoyable enough after the mildly long wait for an update for this story. When writing this I wanted to add in a little reference to my first story, which incase people forgot this is the sequel lol and I also wanted to show how I want to portray Bakugou in this. I feel like he'd definitely be more mellow while not in Hero-mode and based off my first story I think he'd probably have a good relationship with Shouto and Momo.

Alright, I think that's about it for now. Leave a comment and let me know what ya thought about this chapter, and vote for it if it was enjoyable ^.^

Until next time ( ˆωˆ ) ✌
