GUYS I SWEAR IMA ALIVE!!!!  I am so sry i haven't posted, BUT THIS IS THE LAST CHAPTER!!! I realized it and i freaked out. So...enjoy!

While Meme and Nadwe were talking, Socks dragged Laff outside. "Why did you drag me out here?" Laff asked, still holding Flounder. "I'm saying this right now, you're not okay." Socks said. Laff wanted to argue, but he knew Socks was right. "I just...he gave his life to save mine. It should've been me." Laff said. "Laff, he gave his life because he wanted you to continue to live. He gave you a second chance!" Socks said. "I know! It's just...he shouldn't have given his life up. I wanted both of us to get out of there, but he said it was too late." "And maybe he was right. Maybe he saved you from dying along with him, instead, he gave his life up so that way one of you lived." Socks said. Laff put Flounder in a bucket, then sat under the shade of a tree. Socks sat next to him. Laff pulled his mask off, looking at it. "I miss him. It's so weird not having him in my head." Laff said. "We'll all miss him, Laff. He became one of our best friends." Socks said. Laff couldn't hold back the tears anymore. He quietly cried into his knees, and Socks gave him a big hug. L4FF was there for him when he was afraid. Just him being there for him, helping him, made him calm and happy. But he was gone now. "Listen, if he were here right now, he'd probably tell you to move on. Stop Chaos from hurting anyone else." Socks said. Laff nodded, wiping the tears away. "Please...don't let his death make you run away, or do something stupid." Socks begged. Laff didn't say anything at first, then nodded. "Okay." Socks gave him a hug again, and Laff hugged back. Suddenly, something wrapped itself around Laff's ankle. "What the?" Laff started to say, then was suddenly jerked away. "LAFF!" Socks yelled. Laff felt panic bloom inside him, and he desperately tried to grab something to stop him. Branches and bushes scraped his face, as his mask was back with Socks. He made a green disc, and slammed it into the ground. He came to a stop, but whatever was pulling him still tugged on him. He felt blood drip down his face, but he needed to get away. "Laff!" he heard Socks yell. "Over here!" he yelled back. A few seconds later, Socks came bursting through. "Are you okay?" Socks asked. "I've been better, now get whatever is pulling my damn leg off!" Laff said. Socks looked and saw it was a black vine. He slashed it with a sword made of light, and Laff was free. "Come on!" Socks said, and the two of them ran. But it wasn't going to give up. The vine shot after them, getting closer. They went to the village, and saw a smoke cloud in the center. "He's distracting them." Socks said. The vine wrapped around Laff's ankle again, and pulled. Socks quickly grabbed Laff, and pickaxe made of light appeared in his hand, and he slammed it into the ground. Socks held on tight to Laff, who tried to break free of the vine, with no success. The vine suddenly twisted so hard, and Laff screamed in pain. The vine had broken his ankle. Tears formed in Laff's eyes, the pain thriving in his ankle. Socks had an idea, but it was a risky one. "Laff, move your head!" Socks said. Laff did, and Socks shot at the vine. The vine snapped, and Socks pulled Laff off the edge. He grabbed their crystal, and flung it down. It made a portal, and they went right through. Socks felt pain burst in his shoulder, but he didn't focus on it. He grabbed the crystal, and the portal disappeared. He sighed with relief, then winced as pain radiated in his shoulder. "Guys!?" Dream yelped. Socks looked up, and saw Dream. "We need some help, his ankle is broken." Socks said, gesturing to Laff. "Yeah, hold on. I'll get someone." Dream said, and ran off. "Laff, you okay?" Socks asked. Laff shook his head, the pain unbearable. "Okay, just hold on." Socks said. Dream and Badboyhalo came running over. When Bad grabbed Socks, he yelped in pain as his shoulder screamed in pain. "Sorry!" Bad apologized. He carefully helped Socks up. Dream helped Laff up, letting him put his weight on him. "Come on, Tommy said he's got room." Dream said. They made their way to Tommy's house, and when they got there, Tommy, Tubbo, Ph1lza, Sapnap, George, and Wilbur were there. "You guys okay?" Sapnap asked. "Uh, no. No, nothing is okay." Socks said. Tommy let them inside, and Socks sat down on the couch, sighing with relief. Laff sat next to him, and Wilbur grabbed some bandages and ice. "This is going to hurt like hell mate." Wilbur said. Laff nodded, and braced for the pain. Nothing could prepare him for the pain. He groaned as it screamed at him. "It's okay Laff, breathe." George said. When Wilbur was finished, Laff sighed with relief, and Wilbur put ice on his ankle. "Let's keep it elevated." Wilbur said. Laff nodded. "Thanks." Laff whispered. Wilbur smiled a little. "Okay, what the hell happened?" Tubbo asked. "Chaos is back." Socks said. Dream tensed up. "That asshole?" Ph1lza asked. Socks nodded. "How?!" Tommy asked. "He has people who 'worship' him, and they follow his orders. One of them came into our world and revived him, and now he is in Natalie." Socks said. He winced in pain from his shoulder. "I think it's dislocated." Sapnap said. Socks nodded. "I'll worry about it later." Suddenly, Dream went over to him, and popped his shoulder back into place. "OW!" Socks yelped. "Bit of a warning next time?" Socks asked, rubbing it. "Trust me, it's better to do it now than later." Dream said. Socks nodded, then sighed. "Is Tbh alright?" Bad asked. "Yeah, he's better. But...a lot had happened." Socks said. "Like what?" Tommy asked. "Well...Nadwe...he's alive." Socks said. "WHAT!?!?!" Everyone yelled. "Yeah." Socks said. "How?" Tubbo whispered. "That's the thing...the worshiper, his name is Seth...he revived him." Socks said. Everyone went quiet. "Nadwe first was under his control, but we managed to get him back. But there have been a few bumps in the road." Socks said. "Like what?" Dream asked. "He loses control sometimes, and he tries to bite us, but...um...he lost control one time...and bit Meme on the neck." Socks said. Silence hung in the air. "Oh shit!" Tommy yelped. "Meme's a vampire?!" Wilbur said. "More like half-vampire." Socks said. "Oh my God." George said, stunned. "Does he burn in the sun?" Techno said, appearing from the shadows. Laff jumped, then winced in pain. "Where the hell did you come from?" Socks asked. "I've been hanging around long enough to hear the whole story," he said. "Jesus christ Techno, give them a break." Tommy said. Techno shrugged. "But does he burn in the sun?" "No, but lately he has been for some reason, like on and off. We don't know why." Socks said. "Wait, does he turn into a bat?" Bad asked. "Yes he does." Socks said. "Daaaamn." Ph1lza said. "What else happened?" Tommy asked. Socks wasn't sure what else to add, when Laff spoke up. "L4FF joined our side." "L4FF!?!" Tommy said, trying to hide the anger in his voice. "He joined you guys?" Dream said. "Yeah, he did." Laff said. "Well, how? And is he okay?" Tubbo asked. Laff closed his eyes, the pain inside building up. "Laff, what's wrong?" George asked. "L4FF is gone. He died saving my life." Laff said quickly. He wanted it done quickly, like ripping a bandaid off. "What?" Techno asked. "He's dead?" Sapnap asked, mostly to himself. "Chaos killed him, didn't he?" Dream asked. Laff nodded. He clenched his fist, keeping the pain inside from toppling. "We need to lay low here for a bit. Chaos wants Laff for some reason. Why, I don't know." Socks said. "Yeah, stay here as long as you need." Tommy said. Laff managed to make the pain stop, but he felt empty inside. "Come on, let's get you guys settled in." Tommy said. Socks stood up, and helped Laff up, holding the ice pack in one hand. They made their way up the stairs, and Tommy brought them to a room where there were two beds. "If you guys need anything, let me know." Tommy said. "Got any crutches?" Socks asked. "Probably. I'll look around." Tommy siad, and left. Socks helped Laff into his bed, putting the ice pack back on his ankle. "Thanks mate." Laff said. "No problem." Socks said. "How long do you think we'll stay here?" Laff asked. "I don't know. Maybe when your ankle is better, maybe later, sooner, I don't know." Socks sighed, sitting on the other bed. "I hope the others are okay." Laff said. "They will. They'll be fine." Socks said. Laff sighed, leaning back into the pillows. Tommy came back with a set of crutches. "Found these in the closet. Had to dust them a bit." Tommy said. "Thanks Tommy." Laff said. "Anytime." Tommy said, smiling softly. He left them. "We should get some rest." Laff said. "Yeah. Oh, I forgot about this." He reached into his pocket, and brought out his gas mask. "Socks, you just made my day." Laff said, smiling. "Yeah, here." Socks said. Laff took it, and sighed with relief. "Get some rest Laff." Socks said, closing the door. Laff nodded, and quickly fell asleep. Socks also fell asleep too, and they both were asleep for a long time.

...

Laff woke up and found out that they had fallen asleep and it was the next morning. He sighed. When he unwrapped the cast, he was shocked to see how swollen it was. It was maybe the size of an orange. He wrapped it back up, and sighed. Socks was still asleep, so he didn't want to bother him. He looked out the small window, and saw Sapnap and Bad talking. He grabbed the crutches, and quietly opened the door, and went out. Tommy was making a shovel when he saw Laff struggling to get down the stairs. "Need some help?" Tommy asked. "Um...yeah." Laff said. Tommy got up and helped Laff down the stairs. "Thanks Tommy." Laff said. "Anytime mate." Tommy said. "Why are you making a shovel?" Laff asked. "Well, me and Tubbo want to make a garden, so I'm getting some dirt, when I realized I misplaced my Netherite one, so I'm making this one for now." Tommy said. Laff held back the laugh from Tommy misplacing his shovel so as to not wake Socks up. "Maybe you should find where your Netherite shovel is." Laff said, smiling. "Yeah, I should. Anyway, you going out?" Tommy asked. "Yeah, just getting some fresh air." Laff said. Tommy nodded. Laff went outside, the cool air refreshing him. Sapnap and Bad were talking when they saw Laff. "Hey Laff!" Sapnap said. "Hey mates!" Laff said, making his way toward them. "How'd you sleep last night?" Bad asked. "Pretty good. But my ankle is now the size of an orange so, you know." Laff said. "Yeah, must've been a bad break." Sapnap said. "Is Socks up?" Bad asked. "No, he's still sleeping. None of us really get a lot of sleep lately." Laff said. Bad nodded. "Hey, want to go see something? Me and Bad found a lush cave." Sapnap asked. "Sure!" Laff said. He would like to see this lush cave. "Even better, there's an abandoned mine in it." Bad said. "Okay, I've got to see this." Laff said. The three of them laughed, and they went on their way. When they reached the mouth of the cave, they carefully went down. Laff suddenly slipped on a rock, and landed on his bad foot. He held the scream down as Sapnap and Bad helped him up. "You okay?" Bad asked. "Um...yeah, I'll be fine." Laff said. They decided that someone should help him down, and Laff agreed to that. Bad helped him down, and soon, they reached the cave. "Oh my God." Laff gasped. "Yeah, cool, right?" Sapnap asked. The abandoned mine was all around the lush cave, and the soft glow emitting from the glow berried gave Laff the same soft and safe feeling again, when he was down in the cave with his friends. "Come on." Bad said. They made their way to one of the entrances of the mine, Sapnap collected glow berries on the way. When they got there, Bad helped Laff down, giving him a bottle of water. "Thanks." Laff said, drinking from it. Sapnap gave the glow berries out, and they started to snack on them. "We actually went into a lush cave in our world." Laff said. "Really?" Sapnap said. "Yeah, we actually found two axolotls in there." Laff said. "Okay, that is cute." Bad said. "Yeah, Natalie and Zack named them actually. The pink axolotl was named Bubble, and the blue one is Flounder. Actually, I was holding Flounder when Chaos came." He thought about the blue axolotl, and worry filled him a bit. "Trust me, axolotls can get out of anything." Sapnap said. "Yeah, you're right." Laff said. They hung out there for another ten minutes, just talking. "Laff, where are you?" Laff jumped when he heard Socks in his head. "What?" Bad asked. "Just Socks, he's talking to me telepathically." Laff said. "Me, Sapnap, and Bad are in a lush cave they found." "AND YOU DIDN'T BRING ME ALONG?!?!" "Ow." Laff said. "What?" Sapnap asked. "Socks yelled at me because we didn't bring him along." Laff said. The two of them snickered. "Anyway, did you need something?" "Everyone was just wondering where you guys went." "Oh yeah, we did kinda leave without letting anyone know." "Maybe we should head back now." Sapnap said. "Yeah, before Socks yells again." Laff said. "We're coming back now." "Okay, we'll see you soon." Sapnap helped Laff up, and they went back up to the surface. But when they reached the top, a familiar face met them. "Well, hasn't it been a while Laff." Seth said. Laff felt the blood drain from his face. "Where's your gas mask?" Seth asked. "Laff, who is this dude?" Sapnap whispered. Laff wasn't able to run, his ankle was still injured. "Seth...don't. Do. This." Laff said slowly. Bad and Sapnap stared in shock at Seth. This was the dude who brought Chaos back to life. "Why not?" Seth asked. "Seth, just leave us the hell alone!!" Laff yelled. Tears started to fall from his face. This man had ruined their lives so much. "Okay." and Seth disappeared. Laff was shocked. Did he actually go away? Suddenly, pain flared in his ankle when a black vine wrapped itself around it. He was then jerked away from Sapnap and Bad. "LAFF!" they both yelled. He screamed in pain as his ankle was torn again. He was pulled back into the cave, and the entrance was covered with obsidian. He was pulled down hard, his body being hit with rocks. He landed at the bottom, and everything went black.

...

He groaned in pain, his body on fire. He tried to get up, but both his arms yelled with pain. He opened his eyes, and saw he was still in the lush cave. He was going to kill Seth. "Laff!" he heard someone yell. It was Socks. His heart skipped a beat, but he was unable to move. Socks, Dream, Techno, and Tommy came down. "Oh God, Laff!" Socks yelled. Socks ran to Laff's side. "Sapnap and Bad came running back, and said Seth was here." Socks said. Laff nodded, and winced in pain. "Just looking at his state, I wouldn't be surprised if every bone in his body was broken." Techno said. Socks glared at him so hard that Techno looked away. "Laff, listen, we're going to sedate you, just so the trip isn't painful." Socks said. Laff couldn't move, and any movement would cause pain. He felt something poke him, and he went back into the black.

...

He opened his eyes, and found himself in a different room. Socks was on the edge of Laff's bed, bags under his eyes. "Socks?" he whispered. Socks looked at Laff, and relief filled him. "How you doing?" he asked. "Everything is sore." Laff sighed. "Yeah, it was bad. Both your shoulders were dislocated, right arm broken, left wrist broken, left leg broken, still have a broken right ankle, and your left ankle is sprained." Socks said. Laff closed his eyes, sighing. "Techno wasn't lying when he said that about every bone in my body was broken." Laff said. "Yeah. You're going to be stuck in bed for a while." Socks said. Laff groaned. "Great. Anyway, where are we?" "Um, yeah, we're not in their world anymore. Well...sorta." Socks said. Laff was confused, when he looked out the window. He saw a flag high in the air, but it was trashed. "Wait...that's." "That's the L'manberg flag. We're on the old DreamSMP." Socks said. Laff was stunned. "Not what I was expecting." Laff said. "We're in a temporary house. We just rushed you here, cause, well, Seth knew that we were there, so we moved here, just to be safe." Socks said. Laff looked at his right arm, which was in a cast. Something about it rang a bell in his head. "But, I do have something else." Socks said. Laff was about to ask when the door opened. "Next time, please don't go running off!" Meme said. The cast was Meme's handwork. "Meme, you have no idea how glad I am to see you." Laff said. Meme gently put his hand on Laff's shoulder. "Glad to see you, Laff." he said with a smile. "When will he be able to get out of bed?" Socks asked. "Um, yeah, that's the thing. He's probably going to be in bed for a month." "What?!" Laff and Socks yelped. "Hey, just looking at his injuries, it's a miracle he's even alive!" Meme said. "Okay, what happens after a month?" Socks asked. "It all depends on how fast he heals. Healing potions won't work because of how extreme your injuries are, so we just have to give it time." Meme said. Laff sighed. "Where are the others?" "Dream and everyone else are at their old houses. Dream...he's...he's in prison." Socks said. "Why?" Laff asked, confused. Did Dream do something? "He asked to be put in prison. He doesn't want to hurt anyone." Meme said. Laff realized what they meant. This was where Dream caused so much pain when he thought he was a god. Dream didn't want it to happen again. "He did say that when you wake up, he'll come visit." Socks said. "Everyone is being vigilant, like with the Egg and all that." Meme said. Laff nodded. They heard a knock on the door suddenly. Meme went over and opened. "Is Laff awake?" Tommy asked. "Yeah." Meme said, letting him in. "Hey mate." Tommy said, relief filling his face. "Hey Tommy." Laff said. "How you feeling?" Tommy asked. "I've been better." Laff said. Tommy nodded. "How long was I out? Socks looks like he has bruises under his eyes." Laff asked. Socks rubbed his head, then sighed. "Two days." Laff repressed a sigh. Two days, he was out like a light. "Listen, you need the rest mate." Tommy said. "Yeah, I know." Laff said. They all sat there in silence for a few seconds. "What's going on at home?" Laff asked Meme. "Yeah, what's going on?" Socks asked. Meme nervously rubbed his neck. "Me and Nadwe barely made it out." "Wait, Nadwe's here?" Laff asked. "No, something happened when we went through the portal, and he went into a different world. My hope is he is with Zane." Meme said. "What happened?" Laff asked. Meme took a deep breath, tears in his eyes. "Chaos took everyone. They are under his control now. He's coming for us."
