Mage. The word is interesting, suggesting a magical being. Mages posses powers, and none of them are human.

Some can change form, into a mermaid or other mythical creature.

Water mages, lava mages, fire mages (whom are very different from lava mages), wind mages, and many others.

They come from an alternate universe, and only a few rarely venture to earth. Those who do, usually end up as criminals.

Mages have naturally different hair. Some streaks, ombre, or all their hair. Different kinds of hair patterns mark their power. For example: a Lava Mage that has molten-colored tips has less power as a Lava Mage with molten highlights.

They can conceal and hide their colorful hair when on earth, but it only lasts so long. Eventually the mages will have to return home before their secrets are exposed.

But none of that matters to Roxy. Roxy isn't a normal human, like all her friends. In fact, she isn't human.

Roxy is a Mage.
