It's a big change for Nevermore, but it is needed, so let me introduce you to our first headmaster who will be taking over the Mastery Over Outcast Abilities subject....

And out steps the vampire member of the Outcast Circle.....which was Dracula himself?!

Yoko was actually right, I thought she was bamboozling us.

Dracula: Hello Nevermore, it's good to see you all. I know you must all be shocked to see me, but this school is a historic monument for Outcasts. Even I'm disappointed that I didn't get to learn from here, after all, I am thousands of years old.

Vlad: Thank you Count Dracula, it is an honor to have you here. Now, for your second teacher, who will be the new Gorgon Anatomy teacher, as Miss Charlotte had retired.....Miss Medusa herself!

The next head was a woman this time, and the most notable feature of her....was the snakes from the top of her head.

Yep, that's Medusa alright.

Medusa: Hello Nevermore, don't worry, you can look at me. I have full control over my snakes, but I can cover them at any point if you're intimidated. And by cover, I mean turn them into hair.

Ajax: Medusa is here?!

Medusa: I hope you don't think of me as a bad person, those stories have forged tales somewhere inside

Vlad: I'm sure they wouldn't think that you're a bad person. Now, your third head is a well renowned psychic, please welcome Mr Prospero Moore!

The next person to come to the stage was another man, he seemed a bit meek but that might just be because he isn't a brave man. But he was a good man by the looks of it.

Vlad: Mr Moore will be your new botanical sciences teacher, so please don't be sceptical of him because of your last teacher

Well, at least we aren't going to have a situation where he has a Hyde working for him.....right?

Prospero: Please don't, I don't want to be linked with her, haha.

Vlad: And finally.....your last head, please give a huge welcome to your new History of Outcasts teacher....Lady Lilith.

Another lady shows up, and I can already feel the aura she had. It was powerful, in a cold way.....

Evelyn: LADY LILITH?!

Lilith: Good Morning Nevermore, it's nice to see so many students return after the events of last year. You may be wondering what race I am, well don't be shocked....but I am from the Demon Race.

I'm sorry.......what?!

Blue: She's a De-Demon?! Like me?!

I looked into this Lilith's aura, and I could feel that it was demonic.

I-I didn't even know we would be getting a Demon Teacher!

Hey, at least I don't have to feel lonely in that way.

Lilith: I can see that you're all shocked, and that's understandable. But I heard that this isn't the first time you've been introduced to a Demon.

Blue: I wonder who she is talking about?

Lilith: I can feel their Demon aura, as they could mine. So I'm looking forward to a conversation with them.....Coach Vlad

Vlad: Thank you, Lady Lilith. Everyone, these four are the well renowned Outcast Circle, and your new headmasters. So please show them the respect they deserve and make sure you listen and focus during theirs lessons.....you may go now, but lessons start in an hour from now!

The opening sequence was over and soon it will be time for lesson, but Yoko wanted me to meet Dracula so she drags me with her.

Yoko: Hello, Mr Dracula?

Dracula: Ahh, Miss Yoko Tanaka

Yoko: H-Hello, Count Dracula sir

Dracula: No need to be shy, little one, we've met already and I am the leader of your race. Plus I did reward your Father, I bet you didn't think I would be one of your headmasters next

Yoko: No sir, it's great to see you. I'm just wondering, why you made the decision to do this?

Dracula: Ah, well. With the unfortunate passing of Larissa Weems by the hands of a friend, we decided that all four of us should monitor the situation at Nevermore, especially since cases of the Hyde and Joseph Crackstone were a thing.

Yoko: Oh I see. Anyways, this is my friend-

Dracula: -Blue Light

Yoko: Yes, you remember!

Blue: Y-You know me?

Dracula: Yes I have, Yoko has told me all about you. I was surprised to know that a Demon student was present since last year, and it's also the Son of Lupercio?

Blue: Yeah, I can see why I'm known

Dracula: Your Father was a great man, it was such a tragedy when he was killed

Blue: Yeah, but no worries, I'm going to find the one who killed him and kick him to a coma

Dracula: It would mean something, I wish you luck with that. Now, I'm going to go and set up your lesson for the day, so you should get going

Yoko: Okay, bye sir

Yoko and I leave to join up with the others as we talked about our lessons before actually needing to attend them. It was myself, Adam, Xavier and Ajax arriving first to our Gorgon Anatomy class, and Medusa was there, waiting.

Medusa: Good Morning, students. Oh, it's only four of you so far, I recognise your face, you're all in Medusa's Hall correct?

Ajax: Y-Yes Miss.

Medusa: That's good, I take pride whenever the Hall named after me does great things. Now, what are your names?

Ajax: Umm, I'm Ajax, a Gorgon like you

Medusa: Oh really now? That's good to know that I do have my kind here.

Ajax: Miss Medusa? Is it true that you have full control of your stoning ability? And you can turn it into hair?

Medusa: Yes I can Ajax, it's hard to learn but all Gorgons are able to achieve this.

Ajax: I see, I'll try my hardest to achieve this

Medusa: It would be an amazing achievement. Now that I know you, you three might as well introduce yourselves before the others arrive

Xavier: Okay, my name is Xavier Thorpe, and I'm a psychic, this is my third year.

Medusa: Ah, so you're an experienced student. That's good to know, next?

Blue: I'm Blue Light, the school's Demon boy and this is my second year

Adam: He also is the Saviour for stopping Crackstone and the Hyde.

Medusa: Ah, you're the Demon Boy. Well it's nice to finally meet you, I've heard the many great things and I'm looking forward to teaching you. Oh right, your name?

Adam: Adam Milan, miss. I'm a Ghost

Medusa: Good to meet you, Adam. Now you four can sit down and wait for your fellow classmates to come in, I'll make sure today's lesson is ready.

We sat down at the tables presented to us, with myself and Adam on one with Xavier and Ajax sharing another. After a few minutes of waiting, everyone else started to show up and sit down, Medusa turns around to face the class with a smile.

Medusa: Good morning everyone, my name is Medusa and starting from today, I will be your Gorgon Anatomy Teacher. Any questions? Yes?

Bianca: Will we learn more about the stoning ability that Gorgons can do?

Medusa: Of course, as this ability can be dangerous for both the user and those that aren't. For example, when a Gorgon accidentally looks at himself in the mirror with his snakes out

Ajax: Oh God no

Medusa: And while you may find yourself being stoned by a Gorgon, it is only temporary.

Evelyn: You can control your stoning, right Miss?

Medusa: Yes I can, it takes a lot of training and focus from me. But now it's natural, so before we go to our lesson, do I have any more questions?

Wednesday: I have a question, can stoning kill?

Medusa: Kill? It depends on the user. Some can't like your friend Ajax, some can if they're highly ranked in the Gorgon Race.

Enid: Woah.....

Medusa: Oh I can kill, but my ability is a bit of both. Sometimes I can kill with it, and sometimes I can't, it depends on me because I have full control over it.

Xavier: Wow....

Medusa: But, that's enough out of me. Let's go back to the lesson.

Our first new teacher, Medusa, holds a recap lesson today, to remind ourselves about what we learnt last year. When the lesson was over, we went to Botanical Sciences next and I could feel the tension from everyone else.

And I don't blame them, because they still remember Laurel Gates from last year. All of us arrive at the same time and find Mr Prospero Moore waiting, but he didn't expect us to show up.

Prospero: O-Oh, you're all early. I uhh...didn't expect that from kids your age

Bianca: You believed that we would come in slightly late?

Prospero: D-Don't take it personally, I assumed that students in their teens would care less for their school subjects

Evelyn: He isn't wrong.....

Prospero: Now if you would all take a seat, I can get started with your botanical science lesson

We all sit down, and this time I was next to Wednesday. She didn't seem to mind it, probably because we sat next to each other last year in Botanical Sciences.

Prospero: Now, as you can see, a book for each of you is on the tables. Open it and read Chapter 420, because that is where we will begin for the year...y-yeah

Blue: So Wednesday, you think he is hiding something?

Wednesday: Moore? Maybe, but he is a stuttering mess, although that could be a facade but we have to wait

Blue: Good point, he might just be an alright guy. Maybe we don't have a teacher that's off the deep end

Most of the lesson was just us reading, and when the lesson was close to ending, Prospero Moore called for our attention.

Prospero: Now....before we wrap up, can anyone tell me what the 2nd plant you read about in Chapter 420 is?

Bianca: It's the Corpse Flower, which is also known as Titan arum is one of the nastiest plants on Earth. It has an incredibly foul smell of rotten flesh when in bloom. It's nauseating odour is produced to attract pollinators that love to feed and breed on flesh.

Prospero: Very good, Miss Barclay. Anything else from another volunteer?

Wednesday: Its putrid smell is most potent during peak bloom at night into the early morning. The odor is often compared to the stench of rotting flesh, kind of like a fish

Evelyn: Are they-?

Adam: They're going to do this again

Bianca: The odor is meant to mimic decomposition in order to attract its native pollinators– carrion beetles and flesh flies– who are drawn to the smell of decaying meat.

Wednesday: Are you trying to say something, Bianca?

Bianca: I don't know, maybe?

Enid: This is really escalating

Prospero: O-Okay girls, thank you. That's enough. Now, I want to talk about....your last teacher. I know, I know....she wasn't the best....which would be an understatement.

Blue: Too right about that, big man

Prospero: But because I'm the replacement, it doesn't mean you have to be suspicious of me, my job is to teach you about these plants for you general knowledge. That way, you know whether it is safe to approach them.

Yoko: So we avoid the Corpse Flower?

Prospero: Haha, great sarcasm and yes, you should do your best to avoid that. I don't think you want to smell that one

Ajax: Definitely not, can you teach us about a flower that smells nice next time?

Prospero: If it's within the next five chapters. Anyways, back to my talk, don't see me as someone who would bring people back from the dead. See me as a teacher and friend who will do his best to make sure you get through this year with satisfactory

Enid: Sir, will we be looking at these plants in person?

Prospero: I have plans to, maybe later this week-! [Looks At Clock] Oh...t-the lesson has ended, well students, enjoy your break and I'll see you tomorrow!

We leave the room and went for our break, we only had two more lessons and that was with Dracula and Lilith. Break wasn't too interesting, besides more catch up with our friends, but then I felt a sharp.....well I wouldn't call it pain, but it was a sharp something.

I don't know what it was, but I just sensed something wrong with the environment, or was it the air?

I wasn't too sure, but it felt wrong. No one else could tell but me, so I wondered if this was a Demon Thing.....could it be Warden?

No, his aura is familiar with me now.

This....was something else.

Evelyn: Hey, are you good?

Blue: Me? Yeah....I just have a bad feeling

Evelyn: Do we have to call the FBI and CIA? There might be an invasion

Blue: Hah, as if they're going to do anything about future threats. How much time is left?

Adam: A minute

Blue: Wow, that break didn't feel like a break at all....it was more like a pause.

Evelyn: Yeah, that better be a one time thing, I don't want short breaks for a whole year, so.....what's next?

Adam: Our History lesson....with Lady Lilith

Blue: Hooo boy, that's going to be interesting. Another Demon....how have we not heard about her before?

Evelyn: You haven't because you're not on social media, so I don't blame you

Evelyn runs off, so myself and Adam follow her to our next lesson....with a Demon. Everyone else was already there and Lady Lilith, as she is referred to, was waiting patiently.

I wasn't looking at her, but I could feel her gaze....she is going to have some words for me....isn't she?

Lilith: Welcome, students of Nevermore. I am Lady Lilith, as most of you know, and I will be your History Teacher.

Blue: Lady Lilith....a Demon like me, and she is more famous than my Father!

Lilith: Before we start, I will allow you to ask me any questions, as it means we can know each other better.

Bianca: Lady Lilith? I want to know if it's true that you were the one to stop the War between the-

Lilith: The Ghosts and The Vampires?

Bianca: Y-Yes....

Lilith: Mmmm, no. It wasn't me, that was just a stupid rumour spread out to protect my image during the German Massacre Days, which I will cover in a future lesson.

Bianca: Who stopped the war?

Evelyn: Lady Lilith, how strong are you?

Wednesday: Because you're not seen much in the public eye, unlike the other Outcast Leaders like Dracula or Medusa

Lilith: That's a fair point, but it's just a personal preference. Now, let's begin today's lesson with the Werewolf Race, and a well known period of time for them known as-

Enid: The Full Moon Rampage!

Lilith: Yes, correct, Miss Sinclair. Although next time, please refrain from interrupting

Lilith: That is fine, now....this event was huge for Outcast History, especially for the werewolves. Because in the year of 1767, the normies would enslave the Werewolves, just because of their animalistic nature

Blue: Damn, I forgot how cruel the world can be

Enid: It's a good thing that life is much easier than it was before.

Lilith: They would be tortured, forced into labour, and suffer severe problems every day until 100 years later in 1867. The future leader of the Werewolves, King Lycaon, would start a revolution, fighting back against the Normies....and changed history.

Evelyn: I love revolution!

Lilith: Yes, revolution can be about sending a message and changing ways for the better. But something tells me that you enjoy revolution in another way

We all leave the room and head for our last lesson, with Dracula himself. We couldn't enter the room yet, so we waited outside.

Blue: You know....I'm surprised Lady Lilith didn't mention or even talked to me at all

Adam: Yeah, but I think she will definitely be having conversations with you.

Evelyn: She was eyeing you, like a predator!

Adam:.....What type of predator?

Evelyn: What do you think?~

Evelyn: Hah, no. As funny as it would be to see if Blue managed to bang Lady Lilith, I don't think she has that type of interest in him

Adam: Yeah, she probably had an interest because he is a Demon

Evelyn: She isn't like Warden, although her approach of attack could be different-

Everyone stops talking when the door to our next lesson opens up, no one comes out to invite us inside, so we had to walk inside ourselves. It was a very....gothic room, with candles lighting up the room, and standing across from us....was the big man himself.

Dracula: Students, welcome, take a seat.

The vibe was a bit off for everyone, but we all sat down regardless. I sat near the front, but on the second row, and sitting next to me was Yoko, who beated Enid to the spot.

Enid: Yoko!

Yoko: Sorry Enid, but you were too slow~

Enid pouts and decides to sit next to Wednesday instead, as soon as everyone was sat down. Dracula begins to speak.

Dracula: Welcome everyone, to Mastery Over Outcast Abilities. I will be your teacher for this lesson, and while the others allowed you to ask them questions. We will be starting immediately with the lesson.

Blue: Oh neat

Yoko: Dracula is very serious when it comes to teaching, it's why he is successful as a leader.

Dracula: Now, as you know. There are a variety of abilities for outcasts, and with these abilities, you have a responsibility to control them. But young children like you will struggle with them, which is why it is important for us teachers to make sure you are comfortable using them

Wednesday: This will be useful for me

Adam: This....this can help me. I'm already calling this the best subject of the year. And we're learning from Dracula himself? Sign me up!

Dracula: Before we start, if you can look over here. You will notice that the space between myself and the front row of tables is....quite a gap. That is because for future lessons, I will have you all display your abilities. Miss Yoko, why am I doing this?

Yoko: Because you want to monitor our progress and advise us on how to improve?

Dracula: Correct, I am a master at my own abilities, so I will show you how to control yours. Now for today's lesson, I will pick a select few of you, and you will state your race, and your abilities.

Dracula looks at us, debating on who to choose first, before his eyes find Yoko.

Dracula: I already know your names, so first....Yoko Tanaka

Yoko: Oh right, well you already know that I'm a Vampire. So I'm unaffected by sunlight, and that means I can move about freely in the day with no issue. But I still need to wear sunglasses due to my eyes being more light-sensitive.

Dracula: As you grow, your eyes will adjust. But it's only a chance that you won't need your sunglasses. I will help you with that seeing as how I am your Leader in a way

Yoko: Thank you, Sir.

Dracula: Okay, next....Adam Milan

Adam: Me? Well I'm a Ghost, so I can naturally phase through people and things in general, but Magic screws me over

Dracula: I see, and are you planning on discovering new abilities?

Adam: Still working on it, but I know that I won't have complete control over it....which is why this subject will be good

Dracula: That it will. Okay, who else....ah, Xavier Thorpe.

Xavier: Oh, well I'm a psychic. And I have an ability called Art Animation.

Dracula: Do you mind explaining the features of this?

Xavier: Yes sir. I'm an artist, so I can make my art come to life.

Dracula: Fascinating, I want to see how far you can go with this in the next few lessons

Xavier: I'll do my best

Dracula: I have a feeling you will. Now, two more......Wednesday Addams. Enlighten me please.

Wednesday: Psychic. And I get visions of events that will happen in the future

Dracula: Interesting, and how do these happen?

Wednesday: I touch something related to a future scenario, and it happens.

Dracula looks over at me for a moment, making me think that I was going to be picked. But then he smiled, confusing me as he says another name instead.

Dracula: Enid Sinclair

Enid: O-Oh, me? Well uhh I have Lycanthropy. But I'm a late bloomer, at first I only had my claws. I couldn't wolf out until the end of last year

Dracula: Being a late bloomer is okay, it tends to happen at times. But it's good to see that you are evolving. Can you still transform?

Enid: Yes I can! B-But not for too long

Dracula: Then we know what to work on. Thank you all for discussing with me, this ended up as a successful lesson. Class is dismissed, enjoy your break and the rest of your day

We were finally done with the day, myself and Adam left the room and went to the deeper parts of the forest to chill and talk for a bit. Evelyn came as well and dragged Enid with her, who held onto my arms.

Enid: I'm looking forward to this year, Blue. Especially now that we are together

Blue: Oh yeah, I still have to learn about that side of love and that.

Evelyn: I'm sure you will learn eventually, Brother

Adam: Yeah no, he will remain clueless until he dies

Blue: Oh screw you!

We kept walking until we were really deep....but that might've been a bad idea. I felt something....it was the same vibe from before.

What vibe, you may be thinking about? Well it was something that entered my head when we arrived, and it gave me a bad feeling.

And now it was back.....and in the ground.....riiiiiight in front of us.....

WAIT, HOLD UP!

Blue: Everyone! Back! Now!

Enid: W-Wait, why?

I grab Enid and jump back as Evelyn and Adam do the same. The ground begins to shake, and then cracks appeared as something emerges from it.

We all back up even more as this thing raises even higher. Once it was all done, we get a better look at what just arrived.....and Lord Almighty...

Evelyn: Oh Crap!

Enid: W-W-What is that?!

Blue: Oh my Lord!

Adam: That's an Old Horn!

Ah....so that's what I was sensing earlier.
