"Alexandria what have you done" my mother said with worry and hurt in her voice

"I fixed it" I said with no emotion

"Fixed what exactly?" My father asked

"Gosh she was really sad you know, I mean I fixed myself of course, don't worry mom and dad I'm much better now and things will be perfectly fine" I said

"Alex it's not going to be alright, you were in pain you need to be able to feel and heal" Anna said

"Oh Anna dear don't worry about silly old me, I'll be just fine with what I am now, no pain nothing no need to feel anything, and no hope either" I said

"We want you to have hope sweetie" my father said

"I don't have another mate out there, I won't have a second chance, it's rare and almost well nearly impossible to have two, so lets get a move on it and get to Washington shall we" I said clasping my hands together

They all looked at me worriedly, but I ignored it and encouraged them to keep driving and they did. We kept driving and eventually after no sleep from me and Jackie because she's a vampire. I didn't sleep for the thought of nightmares drove me insane. While mom and dad switched off with the driving while one got some sleep and the other drove. Then of course they switched off and what not while the others slept and again except for me and Jackie.

"You should rest Andria" Jackie said

"Can't don't worry about me Ki" I said

"I will always worry about you just remember that okay" she said and I simply rolled my eyes with a small nod

It didn't seem like long before we stopped. I opened my eyes after having fallen asleep to see us pass a sign. The sign clearly said "welcome to forks" what an odd name for a town. Apparently there was a beach on some reservation here. I think I'd rather spend most my time studying spells and at the beach. I knew I'd be enrolled at forks high school much to my dismay.

Although I was only sixteen going on seventeen I still needed school. Would I often skip probably even if my parents would scold me for it. I'm no longer in a caring mood so it wouldn't matter. Once we got to our stop it was outside a two story house. The house was a white color with a deep dark door. It had a wrap around porch with a bench swing on it. Inside is where it was magical so others could say.

The dark hardwood floors went perfect with the tanish walls. The wooden states that led to the upstairs where three bedrooms were. Two bathrooms upstairs along with one downstairs. The kitchen having granite countertops and a round island in the center. A stainless steel double door fridge. A nice sized pantry, a step down and a turn of a corner was the living room. There inside was a wooden coffee table and a soft velvet looking couch.

In another room that was open with glass windows to give clear and natural lighting. Lay a rectangular wooden dining table with six chairs. I then began to venture upstairs.
