Namjoon POV

I saw Jungkook come behind Yoongi, and I swear I wanted to hit that jerk. I could tell Yoongi was startled for a split second, which I couldn't believe knowing how tough he is. I really wanted just to sway Yoongi off his feet and carry him out just to prove that I can be romantic and cool and stuff. But then I was cut short from my imagination when I was bothered too.

"Namjoon..."

Sigh. My ex, Kim Seokjin.

Everyone got mad at me when he dumped me. They said it was my fault that "Namjin" didn't sail...

I was really depressed, I drank, I did light drugs since I wasn't gonna get caught with the hard stuff, but I did all of that nonetheless.

After meeting Yoongi just by a wrong number, I think I got happier. Like much happier, to the point where I think my life changed.

But now, I might have to live everything all over again, even if it's just for three minutes.

"Oh, hey Seokjin..it's been awhile..."

I gave an awkward smile but lowkey regretted, in case Yoongi was looking over.

"Yeah, it has been...So over there, is that your new boyfriend?"

"Ah..."

And I ended up saying it before it was true.

"Yeah."

"That's nice..."

"You two must eat a lot of pears..."
"Cause you look like a... nice pear!"

I literally want to die.

"Ha, yeah..."

That was the shittiest joke I've ever heard.

I saw Yoongi looking over from the corner of my eye while fake laughing and I think I'm set on death. 

"So,uh, how old is the guy you're dating? He seems younger than you..."

"Ah yeah, he's four years younger than me.."

A chill went down my spine. Four years isn't a lot but it just feels like that's his mom or something and this is incest.

"Hey Seokjin, we gotta buy this..."

Seokjin's boyfriend pulled his sweater to signal him he wanted to go.

"Ah, alright. Bye Namjoon!"

"...yeah. Bye."

Yoongi and I were the only ones left. There was a awkward silence, while we quietly went to the counter to buy whatever we had picked up.

"So...Yoongi..Did the talk with Jungkook go well?"

"Hm? Ah yeah, it wasn't much though..."

He stared down at his feet while he was walking, with a neutral facial expression.

"How about you? Looks like you were getting along well with Seokjin, you even shared a laugh or two with him over there."

Yoongi had a slightly aggressive and unhappy tone when he said that.

No way, is he...

Jealous?

Nah, this is Yoongi, not Seokjin. 

"N-no, he just told a terrible joke so I had to laugh with to avoid all awkward situations, all he did was tell puns anyway."

"Oh.." He started, but cut off while he could.

"Hey Yoongi? Wanna get something to eat? I'll pay."

"Huh? No it's okay, I can pay for myself..."

We went to a nearby restaurant where Yoongi only ordered some simple dishes, whereas I just didn't get anything.

"Aren't you going to eat?" He looked at my empty side of the table.

"Nah, I'm on a diet."

"A Diet?! You look just fine! You need to eat a lot, to stay healthy and stuff! Here, share with me."

It was cute to see Yoongi get all worked up, especially over me.

"Alright, alright, fine~"

He was so focused on sharing food with me that he didn't even notice me staring at him.

"Yah, Namjoon, look down not at me, I may look like a full course meal but I'm not enough to fill your stomach."

Damn, that was good.

"Okay, okay fine but I wanna ask you something."

"Ewat?" He asked, with a mouth full of food.

"Do you like me?"
