It got Adam's mind off Alesa, at least.

You may be wondering, what happened with the two?

Honestly, you probably aren't. But if you happen to be wondering, they got into a small, tiny, microscopic argument the night before.

And when I say that, I'm lying.

Alesa stormed out on Adam, and didn't come back.

And she left Mason with him too.

Great, amiright? Nah? Okay. I mean, it makes sense if you don't think it's great. I don't think it is either.

Adam had tried many times to contact Alesa, no answers at all.

Soon after finishing the recording, though, he did get a reply.

"I'm done with you"

What ya might be wondering is how Alesa just straight up said that? Well because me, the author, decided Alesa is a bitch and had been cheating on him for several months! I'm a strange author.

Right then Adam realized the mistake he had made.

Adam told himself that he didn't need Jin. He insulted Adam's wife!

But then again, Alesa was gone.

Adam didn't need Jin. There were plenty of other people that wouldn't be as much of a jerk as him.

But who, is the real question? There's many people in the world. About seven billion to be exact. He could choose from any of those seven billion, but at the same time he didn't want to.

Adam wanted Jin, maybe not romantically-
