Jack's POV

I was impressed by how long Valentine could sing. And she obviously knew we were there. She stared at me a couple of times during her songs. She sang My Heart's A Stereo, Outside, A Year Without Rain, When I See You Again, and a bunch of other love songs. When she finally finished, she curtsied again and walked off the stage. A moment later, she appeared at our table.

"Hello Jack. I'll admit, I was sort of surprised to see you here." Valentine said.

"Not as surprised as I was. So you're Valentine?" I asked.

"The one and only." She said.

"Great. I need you to come with us. We're going to find the other pieces of Elsa's personality so that we can bring her back to life." I explained.

"I'll come with you... in exchange for something." Valentine said.

"What is it?" I asked suspiciously.

"You sing a duet with me." She said.

"She's definitely the romantic side of Elsa." I whispered to Stella.

"Just do what she says." Stella whispered back. I sighed.

"Fine. I'll do it." I agreed. Valentine smiled.

"Great! Come with me!" She said, grabbing my hand.

"Why?" I asked.

"We need to get you into your costume!" She said.

About an hour later I was onstage with Valentine, singing Love is an Open Door. Luckily she taught it to me before hand, so I wasn't too lost. I couldn't help but remember that Elsa was always trying to get me to sing with her, but I wouldn't. Well, technically this was a piece of Elsa, so I guess it's like she got her wish after.

As soon as the song finished, Valentine and I took a bow. Everyone was going wild, cheering and clapping. I caught a couple of guys shooting me jealous looks.

Suddenly, the entrance exploded outwards in a cloud of gray smoke. I person stepped out of the smoke, and I blinked in shock.

The woman removed her mask and I knew instantly who it was, even though I had never actually met her before. Asle. Rapunzel had been right. She looked almost exactly like Elsa, except more washed out and gray.

"Hello everyone. The party is over." Asle said with a smirk.

Rapunzel's POV

After about an hour of blind dates and some really creepy or smelly guys, I finally found the perfect guy. He said his name was Eugene Fitzherbert, and he seemed to think that he was every girls dream. But he was so gorgeous, and when he looked confused he had the funniest expression, and he actually behaved like a gentleman. I was definitely in love.

We were in the middle of a conversation when I happened to look out the window. I could see The Love Shack right across the street. Gray smoke was coming out of the door and the windows, and people were running out of the building and screaming. Oh no. Something was wrong!

"I have to go!" I said, jumping to my feet. Eugene stood up too.

"Why? What's wrong?" He asked.

"I need to go do something." I told him. Without another word, I ran out of the building and into The Love Shack.

Gray smoke covered the ground like something out of a fog machine, and people were busy running past me and screaming. The power was out, and a couple of dim lights from the backup generator were all that lit the building. I went the opposite direction that everyone else was going, and eventually entered the main dining area. This was the same place Jack and Stella had gone to.

Jack and one of Elsa's personality bits, probably Valentine, were standing on the stage. In front of them stood the same person who had recommended the blind date place to me. As soon as I saw her face, I realized why her voice was familiar. It was Asle.

Stella was standing sort of next to me. When she saw me enter the room I couldn't tell if she was happy, mad, or scared. Maybe a little bit of all of it.

"Valentine, Jack doesn't actually love you. He doesn't like you at all. You're like a total stranger to him! He only wants to get rid of you to bring back Elsa. Join me, and we can make him see how you are so much better as Valentine than Elsa. Come with me!" Asle said, holding out a hand. Everyone looked at Valentine. She looked at Jack, and then at Asle.

What was she going to choose?
