Chapter Nine: Lunch

When the trio are done eating, Kai pops the dishes in the sink. Cole walks over and hugs onto his waist. "So, you ever going back to the bounty? I'm sure Nya has lots of questions that you need to answer." Cole asks, resting his head on the brunettes head. "I'll think about it." Kai says. Lloyd comes over and up beside them. "I think all three of us should. Uncle is probably getting worried, as well as the others. I know my mom is probably freaking out." Says the blond. Cole thinks. "I wouldn't doubt it." He says. Kai grunts. He honestly had no intention of going back there.

When Kai finishes washing the dishes, he puts them away as another song comes on. He sings to it. Cole & Lloyd look to him in surprise, Cole had heard him singing back when they were after that fang blade sitting atop the blade cup, but Kai had sounded horrible... or was that just Jay's voice he was hearing? Because they way Kai was singing now? It was beautiful & mesmerizing! He couldn't wait to hear more! One look at Lloyd, and Cole knew he thought the same. Kai's singing was addicting!

Cole smiled as the song ended and Kai looked at him with those maroon eyes of his. The red tinted brown orbs causing the black ninja's heart to melt. Lloyd kisses Kai's cheek. "Why don't the three of us spend the day here and go back tomorrow morning?" Lloyd suggests, sensing Kai's not so willingness to go back. Kai nods with a great full smile and kisses Lloyd's cheek.

Cole walks over to the other two and starts kissing Kai's neck. (A/N: Smut Starts) Kai moans and latches onto him. Cole holds Kai's hips with an iron grip. Lloyd blushes, watching the seen & not knowing what to do. Cole pushes Kai into the wall hard & Kai begins to freak, a memory coming up from his time with his aunt and uncle.

It was Kai's sixth birthday. He woke up and left his room for breakfast, Nya was three now and had said her first word yesterday, that being why he was covered in bruises, her first word was 'Kai'. His uncle looked at him, but there was something odd in the man's expression.

Great that I forget all about what man did to me!" He demands. Lloyd & Cole give each other a look before approaching Kai. Cole strips, telling the other two to do so as well.

Lloyd then pushes Kai on the bed and nibbles on Kai's earlobe. "You know, I've always dreamed of you ravishing me. My biggest fantasy. Ever since we met." Lloyd turns the water to hot. Kai growls before turning it back to cold. "I naturally give off to much heat for a hot shower, I need it cold or I'll overheat." He explains. Lloyd sighs. "How about lukewarm then? Right in middle. Not to hot for you and not to cold for me?" The green ninja proposes. Kai thinks. "Fine." He gives and Lloyd nods before turning the nob.

"Remember when Sensei set him up to turn you, me, Jay, and Zane against each other?" Kai asks. Cole chuckles and Lloyd laughs. "Yeah, still can't believe I actually thought Jay had the balls to mess with my chilli!" Cole says and Lloyd laughs more. Kai gets to making lunch as he turns the radio on, just low enough to hear his boyfriends. "Oh, and I thought you had actually beaten me at my game!" Kai says, laughing. "I also made Zane think you actually had the idiocy to put red socks in with whites!" Lloyd laughs. The other two join in. "Oh, and how you made it look like Zane messed with Jay's precious training bot?" Cole adds in. The three laugh.

Kai turns to find Lloyd sitting on the counter where he use to and gives a sad smile. Lloyd & Cole look to him in worry. "What is it?" Cole asks, coming over to hug Kai's waist from behind. Kai leans into Cole's embrace. "That's where I use sit." He says, pointing to Lloyd. "I remember sitting there to watch da... Pythor cook our food all the time. I'd sit there while he cooked with the radio on. We'd sing to the songs together." Kai explains as a tear leaks. Lloyd hops off the counter and walks over, losing the tear away away before pecking Kai on the lips. Kai sighs before wiggling away from his lovers to finish the food.

After eating, the trio cuddle up on the couch. Cole lays down on his back, leaning against the arm rest. Kai lays on his stomach, sprawled over Cole as Lloyd squeezes between his boyfriends and the back of the couch.

The trio stay like that, snug & happy,until Kai spots a left behind picture of him and Pythor by the old black & white TV. He starts to tear up again. "It's okay, just let it all out babe. We're here for you." Cole cooes. Kai smiles and kisses him. "Babe is the name of a pig in a movie." Lloyd says in complaint. "Baby?" Kai tries. Cole scrunches up his nose. "Hell no. The three look to each other before laughing. "I love you goof balls!" Kai says before being kissed on either cheek by the other two. Kai then kisses Cole. Cole moans into the kiss. Lloyd licks his lips, watching the scene in front of him with pleasure. Cole forces his tung into Kai's mouth roughy, deepening the kiss. Kai moans at the sudden action. The two make out for a bit before breaking for air.

When Cole has his breath again, Lloyd puts a hand under his chin, moving the elder males face to his own before pressing their lips together timidly. Cole's tung slips right into Lloyd's mouth as both moan. Kai smiles at the two. He honestly loved this.

When Cole and Lloyd pull apart the three partake in a three way kiss. Kai then places his head on Coles chest where he could see Lloyd who smiled at him softly. "Back to the subject at hand, just let it out Kai. You need to just let it all out." Cole says. "Yeah, to bottle it all up." Lloyd says.

Kai sighs. He hated opening up. It made him feel vulnerable & week. Lloyd rubs his back soothingly. Kai thinks about the day his life went to hell and let's himself cry. He thinks about all the abuse from his aunt & uncle, causing his body to shake. He thinks of all the rape from his uncle & just breaks down.

Cole sits up a bit more and moves Kai so the hybrid's back was against his chest as Lloyd moves to rest his head on Kai's chest. Kai holds onto Lloyd, pulling him up to cling to and rest his head in the younger male's neck.

Lloyd soothe Kai as Cole whispers little cooes in the red ninja's ear. Kai needed this. He never knew, nor would he admit, but he terribly needed this.

~In a small village far off~

A woman reads her newspaper, smiling at the picture of Kai with the other ninja. She was happy he was OK. She sets the paper down and goes back to her book on curses.

~With Pythor~

Pythor slithers in a circle, pacing. How was he to get to Kai? He needed to question the boy, but surely the others would get in the way! What was he to do?
