Chapter Eight: Breakfast

When Kai wakes up to see his arm around Lloyd his eyes go wide. He looks behind himself to see Cole with an arm around him. He smiles as he remembers last night. He sneaks out of bed and to the kitchen to cook some breakfast with the old radio on, surprised it still works.

He sings to the song. (A//N: Song he sings is up top!)

Cole wakes up & sees no Kai, but a Lloyd in his arms instead. He bolts out of the small bed, waking Lloyd up. "What is it?" Lloyd asks as he rubs his eyes. "Where is Kai?!" Cole asks frantically. Lloyd's eyes go wide and they race out to find Kai has just finished cooking nine pancakes, some scrambled eggs, and beacon.

"Good morning sleepy heads!" Kai says to them with a smile. Lloyd & Cole each sit at the table with concerned looks. Kai sits and hands the other two their own plates. "So, how do you know this place?" Cole asks with a mouth full of pancake.

"This is my families old house. Were I lived before my life went to hell." Kai answers. Lloyd looks solemn & so does Cole. "So that's your old room we slept in?" Lloyd asks. "Yes." Kai answers.

Lloyd kisses Kai's cheek. "Thank you for breakfast, by the way." He says. Kai giggles. Cole kisses his other cheek. "And I thank you two. You cook better then Zane!"

Kai rolls his eyes. "He tells the truth! Even Jay agrees!" Lloyd confirms with wide eyes.

~With the others~

Zane cooks breakfast. "Where are they?" Nya asks. "Yeah, they should be back by now!" Jay announces. Misako looks to the album. The old thing was still on the table. Wu looks out the window. "They'll be back." He says.

~With Pythor ~

Pythor slithers out of his home in a cloak once more. He slithers down the street until he sees a TV in an electronic shop window showing the news. A pick of Kai without his hood is shown and he smiles.

He just knew he had to talk to Kai!

But it's really just a filler that helps move the story!

I just don't know how imma get there so I'm improvising most of points B-Y!
