The day before Thanksgiving Jessica, Danny, and the twins all flew out to Minnesota. Jessica and Danny needed this trip. Lots had been going on with work for the both of them and a break was very necessary.

When in Minnesota Jessica and Danny were staying with Dorthy and Albert. On Thanksgiving Danny wanted to see his family as well. They had to spilt up their time equally between Jessica and Danny's family. They decided to have Thanksgiving brunch at Zoe and John's then Thanksgiving dinner at Dorthy and Albert's.

It was going to be a hectic trip trying to get in time with everyone, but Jessica didn't mind.

The plane ride wasn't that amazing. Of course the twins were being antsy the whole ride over. Not only were Jessica and Danny upset with them but everyone around them was as well.

"Scarlett! Stop crying! You're fine!" Jessica whispers to her as she bounces her on her lap.

Jessica looks over to Danny who was a seat over. Wyatt was kicking and screaming as well.

"Times like this make me wish they were babies again. Quite as ever." Danny says

Jessica chuckles "I don't know what's gotten into them. I think I'm going to go change her diaper. Maybe that's the problem." Jessica says standing up.

Danny moves his legs so Jessica can get out. When Jessica leaves Wyatt starts to cry for her.

"Mama! Back, back!" He says reaching for her.

Jessica sighs

"She'll be back, She has to change sissy's dippy. Can you wait?" Danny says to him.

"Mama!" He says

Jessica walks back to get him and asks Danny for another diaper from the bag.

"Need help?" He says as Jessica juggles both babies.

"No, I've got it."

Jessica gets to the bathroom and there was a line. She waited, with both babies in her arms. Scarlett and Wyatt were a bit fussy while they waited. A woman that was sitting by were Jessica was standing started to laugh. Jessica glanced over her shoulder to see this woman then back in front of her.

"Twins?" She asks

Jessica turns to her and nods with a soft smile. "Yes"

"Oh gosh, if I were you I would had left them at the hospital!"

Jessica doesn't say anything. That comment really made her upset. Comments like that always did. Sometimes when she was out with the twins there would always be someone who would make a snarky comment. When they did Jessica learned to just shake it off. Yes twins are a handful but Jessica loves her twins and considers them a blessing.

"Maybe you should just leave them in the bathroom until the flight is over! Do us all a favor, hun." Another lady says

"What perfect birth control."

Jessica had enough. These two women were just being plain rude.
"You know, some of the things you are saying are very rude and hurtful. I suggest you just keep your comments to yourself. They are babies, they don't know any better." Jessica snaps and raises her voice a bit. Everyone around her heard Jessica. She didn't care.

Both women were shocked to see Jessica snap back. Danny, from afar could see Jessica's attitude with these women. He quickly got up and walked down the aisle to the bathroom line.

"Here, I'll take them. You go sit down." He says taking Scarlett, Wyatt, and the diaper bag.

Jessica rolls her eyes, looks at the women, then back at Danny. "Thank you." Jessica says walking away.

The flight was finally over. Luckily for Jessica and Danny his parents were waiting at the gate for the four of them. Dorthy and Albert weren't able to pick them up, but Jessica and Danny were excited to see them. Zoe ran up to Jessica and Danny to see the babies.

"Look at the twinsies! Hi Scarlett and Wyatt! Did you miss Grammy?" Zoe says in a baby voice

Jessica giggles "They were quite the handful." Jessica then hugs Zoe and John.

"It looks like it. You two looked pooped. Why don't we get a move on?" John says taking the carry on bags from Jessica. Danny hands Wyatt to his mother so he can help with bags and they all walk to baggage claim.

After they got their bags they got loaded into the car and headed out for a quick dinner.

They all sat around the table while Scarlett and Wyatt were out for the night.

"Poor things, they are so tired." Jessica pouts

"Those little ones really have been working you, huh?" Zoe asks

"Indeed they have. These last few weeks have been quite the roller coaster." Danny sighs

Jessica nods in agreement

"Terrible twos are slowly approaching." John says

"Oh gosh! You're right, I totally forgot. It gets worse." Jessica says in a joking way.

"You two are doing great."

Jessica smiles "I love them to death. They are quite the blessings." Jessica says

After dinner they drove to Zoe and John's. Zoe gave Danny and Jessica her SUV during their visit since her and John had other cars they could use. With all of their luggage, strollers, and baby gear they needed it.

"We will see four tomorrow for brunch!" Zoe says hugging them goodbye.

"Yes! And of course more after that." Jessica says

"You two get some sleep." John says

"Don't worry, we will, Dad."

When they got to Dorthy and Albert's everyone was asleep, it had been late. Since they were staying in the guest house they just went straight there. Jessica had a key.

They settled in for the night and got well rested before the crazy day that waited for them.

Thanksgiving-

"Good morning!" Jessica and Danny say walking into Dorthy and Albert's kitchen.

"Oh! Yay you're here!" Dorthy cheers taking both babies from Jessica and Danny.

"Hello! Hello! Hello!" Dorthy says to them

The babies giggle and rest their heads on her chest.

"How was the flight?" Albert asks giving Jessica a hug.

"Long and crazy. These bitches on the flight, uh!"

"Jessica, don't swear!" Dorthy says sternly

"Oops, sorry!" She chuckles

"How have you guys been?" Danny's asks as he gets a cup of coffee

"Good. Ann is making the turkey tonight so I just have to host and make little things. It will be an easy day for me." She smiles

"Well that's great." Jessica says

"Let's hope we can eat a turkey!" Albert jokes

"Oh Ann will do just fine." Dorthy says

"These two are getting huge!" She says setting them down so they could run around.

"Mhm, Little monsters!" Jessica giggles

"Mama, play?" Scarlett asks pointing to the living room with all the toys.

"Sure honey." Jessica says

"Me?" Wyatt asks

"Yep!"

Both twins stumble away into the living room leaving the adults alone.

"So tell me about this bitch at the airport." Dorthy says sitting down.

Jessica rolls her eyes "There were two. Obviously Scarlett and Wyatt were antsy on the plane and these women said the rudest things about me having twins. It made my head spin."

"Sadly, there will be people like that." Albert sighs

"The twins have been acting out a lot. We lost our sitter." Danny says

"Oh boy!"

"They are going to start daycare after Thanksgiving."

"Ohh, that's good!"

"And Danny and I are going to try to be home more. We think that may be a big part of the problem."

"Babies need their mommy's and daddy's. Maybe it's best to slow down a bit." Dorthy says

"You two are great parents. It will work out."

"Thanks Dad" Jessica smiles

"You two should go get ready for brunch. Your father and I will watch the little monsters."

"Thanks, Mom."

"We will?" Albert asks in a joking way

"Yes!" Dorthy says sternly

"It's okay, I can watch them while Jessica showers."

"No, go on! Have a break!"

"Ha, thanks guys."

After they all got ready they headed back over to Danny's parents house.

Everyone was so excited to see them and the babies. Since Danny's family was always out of town around Christmas time this was there only time to really be together.

During brunch everyone talked a lot about the wedding and how excited they were. Talking about it just made Jessica even more anxious and excited to marry Danny.

Once brunch was over they hung out at his parents house until six. That's when everyone was going to be at Dorthy and Albert's.

"Wy-it, scar-wit!" Chase screams as Jessica and Danny arrive back.

"Down Mama!" Wyatt says

"What's the magic word?" She says

"Pwees!" He says

"Good boy. Go have fun." Jessica says as she lets him down.

"Aha, how cute." Ann says coming up and greeting Jessica.

"They love each other, I swear."

"Scarlett, do you wanna play?" Danny asks her

"No" she pouts

"What honey? Why not?" Jessica asks

"I tired."

"Oh, my sweet baby girl!" Jessica holds her in her arms and sways back and forth.

"Sweep" She says pointing to the couch.

"Okay, honey.." Jessica says sincerely

They walk into the living room and greet everybody.

"Hey look, it's Jessica and Danny!"

"Hey everyone!" Jessica says

"Happy Thanksgiving!" Danny says

"I have a sleepy baby. Any room on the couch?"
Jessica asks

"I can take her, Jess." Her brother George says

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah! I never get to hold the twins."

Jessica let's George hold Scarlett and she looks around. Danny stays in the living room to watch football and Jessica goes into the kitchen.

"Hey guys, I'm back!" She says

"Jessie!" Jane gives Jessica a big hug

"Hey!"

"It smells good." She adds

"Ann made the turkey." Dorthy says

"That's right!"

Jessica and her sisters catch up a bit but then George comes running into the kitchen with throw up all over him. Danny follows him in with Scarlett, crying.

"Oh no! What happened?" Jessica asks

"Little girl got sick."

"Poor baby!" Dorthy says

"I knew she wasn't feeling well." Jessica takes Scarlett while Danny cleans her off.

"I didn't think she'd puke all over me!" George says

"Oh get over it! Go borrow one of your fathers flannels." Dorthy says to George, wiping off his shirt.

George leaves and Jessica giggles.

"That's payback for all the times uncle George was mean to me when I was younger. Huh honey?" Jessica giggles
