The annoying sound of rooster woke me up from my deep slumber. I swear it's not my alarm that's blaring throughout the house and woke almost the entire house.

"Shut the f*ck up Jade or I'll throw your phone into a volcano and kill you with a rooster"

I heard Jaden voice booming from the room next to me and was shocked to know that it was indeed my phone who's annoying the hell out of me. It's f*cking 4 in the morning and I swear I didn't set any alarm as I always woke up by myself. I turned to my side and grabbed my phone that unfortunately slipped off my hands and fall un-gracefully to the floor.

"I swear Jade, if that thing doesn't shut up, then it'll be you who's going to be silent forever"

I picked up my phone and as I was about to slide the alarm off, I saw the caption of the alarm and I hurriedly went to the window on the left side of my room.

'Wake up sleepy head. I have something for you at your window'

I found a black velvet box on the window sill and checked the surrounding before opening the window. I looked around again to see if anyone's there but there's none. I took the box and quickly close the window shut. I wonder who this is from. I hesitated to open the box as I don't have any clue where it came from. What if there's a very small poisonous snake that could kill me in just one bite? Or what if I open the box and it will trigger invisible wires that will blow my room into pieces?

I put the box aside and decided to stress on it later. Well since I've woken up at such early hour, I reckon I should just start my workout so that's what I did as I went to the joined bathroom and get changed. Slowly creeping down the stairs, I reached the front door in a very sloth-like manner and stepped outside into the cold morning dew. It's scary and refreshing at the same time. I can't remember when was the last time I had ever gone out such early in the morning.

I was warming up when I heard loud footsteps coming on my way. I hide behind a wall and blend in with the shadows. Silently thanking my consciousness for picking an all black outfit that will probably save my life. The footsteps were getting louder by seconds and I have prepared myself for the worst. As I was about to peek out to see what happened, a figure loomed over me and caged me against the wall. He had one of his hands over my mouth as he whispered,

"Keep quiet and we'll be safe"

I can't see his face but he has such big figure that I struggled to get away from him. He groaned at my protest and literally mashed me to the wall with his body. Wow, so fanfic material. I was about to spread out all the skills I have to get away from him when I heard footsteps and this time, it's not just one but hundreds of them. Well, I may be exaggerating but that was how loud it was. I heard his breath hitched and he holds me tighter.

"Come out, come out wherever you are! I don't know you're this coward"

I heard a voice speak and I froze. I think I know who's that voice belonged to but I can't decipher who. Maybe because I'm still a bit sleepy that causes my brain to not work too well in this situation. The man which I still don't know who, cursed under his breath before unintentionally punched the side of my body. He should be lucky that I'm not those weak girls who I know if they were in my shoe right now would've cried their eyes out. The punch was quite a hard one but it didn't hurt much so I just keep quiet and waited for the footsteps to go away.

After another few minutes of plastered onto the wall with a stranger, the town became dead silent again and I felt him backing away from me. But it was still too dark neither for me to see his face nor for him to see mine. He chuckled before cupping my cheek.

"Sorry to scare you sweetheart"

He then kissed my cheek and started advancing towards me again. I shivered involuntarily thinking that a freaking stranger who God knows who just landed his lips on my cheek. My cheeks are only for Jaden to kiss not for some kind of a stranger who for all I know might be an old perverted man. He just didn't realize who's he was playing with. He made a big big mistake by taking advantage of me.

I hold his outstretched arm, twisted it and resume his position while he occupied mine. I put my free hand on his throat just enough pressure not to kill him and said,

"What had happened? Who are they?"

His eyes were bulging out of its sockets when he heard my voice and saw my face from the sun that had just decided to show itself.

"What the f*ck?! You're a guy?!"

He choked harder after spitting those words out of his mouth. I have no time to serve the tea to him. I want to know who this guy was running away from. I need to know. That voice seems deadly familiar to me.

"Answer my question!"

"A group of gangsters was chasing me. They were called The North Bulls"

I gasped as it clicked in my mind. Of course, it's his voice. I felt so stupid for not connecting the dots earlier. The voice could only belong to the one and only Hunter Bulls. The North Bulls' precious son.

I let him go and stared at his now visible face. He has quite strong features and very intense grey eyes that it almost looked silver-ish and clear. He was rubbing his throat when he saw my gaze.

"I'm not into guys and I'm sorry for what happened earlier"

I narrowed my eyes at him before decided to head home and workout in my gym instead. Before I could go further, I heard his voice but when I turned around, he was nowhere to be seen.

"It's Red by the way"
