*Daryl's POV*

Damnit! It pissed me off that Merle got left in the city. And now Rick, Glenn, TDog, and me were all going back for him and a stupid bag of guns that was left in the street. i/ was at the truck cleaning my arrows when I heard a voice.

"Mr. Dixon?"

I looked up to see Katie. I was exspecting a kid because no one ever refered to me as Mr.Dixon. I scanned for Adelyne and he was talking to Rick as Shane followed them. Going back to Katie I did a slight smile.

"What's up princess?"

She did a cute smile and handed me a bracelet. I took it and looked at it. The beeds spelled BE HAPPY. I chuckeld and handed it back but she refused,

"No it's yours. Maybe it'll bring you luck on getting your brother back" she told me.

I leaned in closer.

"You sure? It's really pretty. It should be on your wrist or your Mom's"

Katie giggled and shook her head.

"It's okay I can always make another one. But that one is yours."

This little girl is so cute. I really liked her, and she looked just like Adelyne who was flawless. I put the bracelet in my pocket and smiled.

"Well thank you. I'll keep it with me at all times I promise."

Suddenly Katie hugged me and I was shocked but I hugged her back and she smiled.

"You should ask my Mommy to get together."

She smiled and walked away and I sat there shocked for a second. Did she really just say that? That'd when I seen Mike glaring at me.

*Adelyne's POV*

I talked Rick into letting me go with them to Atlanta. As soon as Rick walked away Katie ran up to me and I knelt down kissing her cheek.

"Hey baby"

"Hey Mommy" she smiled.

I moved her brown haior from her face and smiled at her. She's the best thing I ever did. I loved her so much,

"Your hurt? What happened to your eye?" Katie asked concered.

I put my hand on her cheek and smiled playing with the ends of her hair.

"It's nothing honey I swear" I told her.

It really was nothing. Rick asked the same thing and I told him exactly what I just told my daugher. I took Katie's hand,

"Mommy wants to ask you something. I'm thinking about going with Rick to Atlanta. But if you don't want me to go I won't. Just say the word and I'm out."

"Um, it's okay. You can go I'm just going to play with Carl and Sophia" Katie told me with a smile.

"You sure?" I asked.

"Yeah"

"I will be right back. Okay I promise."

I kissed and gave her a huge hug.

*Daryl's POV*

I kept cleaning my arrows when Mike came up to me.

"Stay away from Katie!" he told me.

I looked up at him and glared.

"Exscuse me?!"

"You heard me. Stay away from Katie and Adelyne or you'll regret it" Mike glared.

That was threat, no one threatens me. I stood up,

"Don't talk to me like that!'

"Just stay away or I'll-" he was cut off.

"We have a proble here?" Adelyne asked tapping her foot looking at both of us.

Damn she looked hot when she was angry. Her hair hung over her shoulders and her bangs fell into her eyes. I wanted to kiss her so bad I shouldv'e the other night.

"No."

"Mike can you watch Katie for me? I'm going with Rick and the others."

She walked up and that's when I notcied the black eye. When the hell did she get that? More importantly how?

"Yeah." Mike told her coming close to her and he looked at me before he used his hand to push the hair from her face. He knew it would bug me that's why he did it. "What happened to your eye?"

Adelyne tipped her face and looked away quickly regaining her attitiude.

"Nothing."

"Adelyne-"

"It's nothing Mike just keep an eye on Katie. I'll be back" she told him, he nodded aggravted and walked away.

*Adelyne's POV*

I hauled my bag onto the truck after Mike walk away. I could feel Daryl looking at me and I tried my best to not look over.

"Why are you friends with that dude?" Daryl asked.

I looked at him and then back to my bag organizing things to keep muy hands busy. We were silent for a minute and then he finally asked the question that I knew was coming.

"So you going to tell me what happened?" Daryl asked.

I glanced at him and tucked my hair behind my ear.

"It's nothing"

"Really? Next you're going to tell me you fell. What happened you stubborn woman?"

"Nothing let it go."

Daryl put his arm down in front of my bag and it stopped me from mindleslly going through it. I looked up into the beautiful blue eyes they were so hypnotizing. He was inches away from me again so close I could kiss him.

"Will you please tell me?" his voice was low and romantic sounding.

I was so close to climbing this man like a pole. Why? Why did he do this? Why did he care what happened? I wasn't anything special.

"Daryl-"

"Adelyne please?"

He was begging. Daryl dixon begging me. Wow.

"Okay" I sighed. "I-well-um-I-I was hit" I said but quicly rushed out. "But it's okay. I'm alright"

I seen Daryl's face get a hard exspression and those blue eyes held pure anger. Oh shit he was pissed.

"You call being hit okay? Who?" he asked.

I ran a hand through my hair and tried to calm him down.

"No Daryl listen-"

"I'm done playing this not telling me game now who?!"

He stepped close to me causing me to actually step back because he was scaring me a little bit. Darly must have noticed because he stpped back a step.

"It was....Ed" I told him biting my lip.

"That prick" Daryl mumbled.

That's when he stormed off towards Carol's tent where Ed was. He was going to make a bad situation worse. He was going to kill Ed. I had to stop him I ran after him.

"Daryl!" I yelled.

"What?!" he asked not turning he just kept.

"Don't do it!"

He still didn't stop.

"That prick is going to get what he deserves."

Shit! No! I appreciate him wanting to stick up for me and everything but he needed to stop.

"N-no you're not thinking clearly just calm down" I told him moving my hands as I spoke.

He still didn't listen to me I had to stop him somehow. But how?

"Daryl!"

Finally he stopped and turned around.

"What?!" he asked angry.

Sighing I decided to go for it. I walked over to him and quickly pushed my lips against his. He was hesitant at first and then his lips moved with mine. Daryl's arms went around my hips and pulled me closer. I loved the feeling of his lips on mine. My arms circled his neck and I felt his tongue slid into my mouth with ease. Welcoming him in I moaned softly and he pulled me trying to get closer. We threw everything into this kiss. It was like it was going to kill us if we pulled apart. Almost as if Darly was my salvation. I tugged at his hair and he growled with pleasure and I felt his fists grab handfulls of my shirt.

"Mommy" I heard Katie call for me.

Quickly we broke off the kiss and just looked at eachother both panting. Wow!
