I'll be showing how I made this icon.

uH, I haven't played the game or watched the anime so I don't know if I wrote the right character's name sO I'M SORRY IF IT IS WRONG.

apps:
• picsart
• phonto
• vsco

pictures used:

1. open the picsart app and crop the blue background into a square.

2. change the color of the circle outline to white, and add it into the blue background.

3. add the picture of umi into the picture and re-size it to whatever looks good to you, but do not press apply yet.

4. press the eraser on the top of the screen and erase the parts of the image outside of the circle.

5. open the draw option on picsart and make a blue box across the lower part of the picture.

6. use the stroke option in the shape settings and make an outline around the box.

7. erase the parts of the box that are outside of the circle.

8. save the photo, and open up phonto to put text on the photo inside the blue box.

fonts used:
• lemon/milk
• shorelines

9. save the photo and open up vsco to add filters onto the photo. (using vsco is optional, you can use whatever filters you'd like!)

(I don't remember the exact codes I used to make it look like that.)

10. take a screenshot of the photo unless you used the free options and open up picsart to crop the photo.

11. (optional) go into effects and add vibrance to the photo.

so yEa, that's pretty much it.
