i'm going to show you how i made this.

apps:
• picsart
• eraser
• medibang paint (optional)

pictures used:

steps:

1. so, first, import the picture of froppy into the eraser app and erase the background.

2. bring the picture into picsart and make an outline around her.

3. make a new transparent picture and place a circle in the center the same color as the blue background in froppy's picture. (i forgot to take a picture so take this picture of the circle. i'm sORRY)

4. add the diagonal lines into the middle of the circle.

5. use medibang paint to make a shadow on the blue circle and place it into the middle of the edited circles. (you don't have to use medibang to make a shadow if you don't want to, just add the blue circle again in the middle.)

6. put the outlined picture of froppy into the circles.

7. save the picture, and open up a new one with froppy's face zoomed up.

make sure to blur the image and make it a bit duller (i forgot to take a picture of that.)

8. add four edited pictures of froppy into the four corners with the black and white filter.

9. add the edited picture of froppy in the center.

10. add green circles with shadow around her. (the circles don't need to have shadows in them.)

11. add the HDR filter in effects into the picture. (i added it in the picture in step 10.)

and that's it!
