So, a couple of years later, I went into 3rd Grade. Sabrina and I became extremely close friends and did almost everything together. This one night, Ty has all the boys over because they were staying for the week during Spring Break. Unfortunately, Sabrina was sick with Bronchitis, so she wasn't able to come over. But that night, I had a nightmare. It wasn't really as bad as the nightmares I have occasionally, but the scariest part of it was it actually happened, and I seriously don't want it to happen again.

*Flashback*

The boys are talking quietly and I'm playing a game on my tablet. A sudden feeling of drowsiness hits me and I yawn.

"Bubby, can you put my tablet on the table please?" I ask. Ty nods and takes my tablet from me. I lay back down and cover myself with my blankets and drift off into sleep. Moments later, I wake up in a grassy field, unlike Arizona where it's basically just a desert. I look around. Where am I?

"Hello?!" I call out. No answer. "Ty!? Dad?!" I call out again. "Anyone?!" Still no answer. I don't want to be out here alone!

"Oh boo hoo." Someone says. I look around and spot mom.

"N-no! Don't get n-near me, p-please!" I cry.

"Why wouldn't I hurt you?" She smirks. Suddenly, Ty appears beside her, but he has gashes, cuts, bruises and blood all over him.

"Bubby!" I try to move towards them, but I can't. Ty goes to say something, but is interrupted by mom.

"Now, pay attention. You're going to need this trick later. Actually, change of plans. I'm just going to make you watch it for punishment for you being a hybrid." Mom smirks and a sword appears in her hand. My eyes widen. She then stabs Ty in the chest and he falls limp onto the ground. Mom smiles and disappears. I'm now able to move. I run over and sit next to Ty.

"Bubby?" I ask and shake him with tears in my eyes. He's not breathing. "Bubby!" I scream. No! "Bubby, Please!" I start crying. "B-Bubby!" Mom suddenly appears behind me. She tries to stab me, but I roll out of the way. I suddenly feel a sharp pain shoot through my right arm. I glance at it and noticed that it's twisted in a weird position and it's red. I try and push myself up, but the pain worsens.

"Oh no, you're not getting up!" Mom yells and pins me to the ground.

"Get off!" I scream as I struggle to get lose.

"Crystal, wake up!" Someone yells. That voice sounds familiar!

"Good night Crystal." Mom smirks and kicks me in the side of my head, making me fall unconscious.

"Crys, wake up!" I open my eyes and see all the boys staring down at me with worried expressions on their faces.

"Are you ok?" Ian asks.

"I-I don't know." I sit up and instantly feel dizzy. The side of my head hurts so bad! That's when I realize I'm on the floor. Ty helps me up and I groan in pain.

"Crystal what's wrong?" Jerome asks.

"M-my head hurts." I complain. Ty helps me over to my bed and I go to grab the ladder when I feel that sharp pain in my arm I felt in my dream. What the? I look at my arm and see it's red and twisted, just like in my dream.

"I'll go get Dad." Ty says and runs out of the room. Quentin takes my arm and examines it.

"I think you broke it." He says. I look at him in confusion. How did he?

"He's studying to be a doctor." Jason explains.

"But you're a 5th grader." I say, still confused.

"The earlier the better." Quentin shrugs. Ty then comes in with Dad.

"What happened?" Dad asks.

"She fell off her bed in her sleep." Adam explains.

"Quentin thinks that she might have broken her arm." Mitch adds. Dad yawns.

"I can't drive because I'm not even close to being awake right now, so I have to take you in the morning. Just be careful to not sleep on it." Dad says and yawns.

*End*

So, I did end up breaking my arm that night. People would make fun of me at school because of the way I broke it. I never lied to anyone because it didn't feel right, but I did start lying to avoid getting teased, and it's starting to get harder to trust people now.

Ty: There's actually someone in our group that Crystal and I have weird feelings about.

Yeah, I'm not going to mention who.
