SO, I have had this idea for a while now.  Just like the others.  I think some of you might or will find reading this stuff unpleasant and so on.  But I just type what comes to mind.  Okay.

Also, I'll do my best in updating my other works, I haven't forgotten about them.  yesterday I updated "Guardians undercover" so now I'll be working on "The Carnivore's Herbivore" and  "Ghosts of Vongola" which I probably need to be updating more frequently since I submitted it into a contest.  It's called the AnimeCrossoverWA there aren't enough entries so the voting hasn't started, as far as I know.

Who here has heard of Yuri?   Who actually knows what it is?

Have you read any?  Or watched any?

And for those who don't know what it is, I'm not talking of Yuri On Ice, okay.  Just putting this here for those who might not know what yuri is.  Though I think that maybe all of you reading this already know what it is.

When I was younger I had no idea what yuri was.  I was in middle school around 13 or 14 years old or so when I first read yaoi, and I was about 15 when I first heard of yuri.

I had never heard of it before that time.

My sister's friend, who is no longer with us, (no he isn't dead, he just moved away) talked about how he liked yuri.

My sister and I didn't know what it was, so he explained what it was.

I was a bit surprised, because I never knew that such a thing as yuri existed.

Yuri is manga/anime dealing with girl and girl relationships, for those who didn't know.

And my first thought was, "maybe because he's a guy, that's why he liked yuri.  And maybe I like yoai because I'm a girl."

So that was what I kept thinking for a while, and of course I was proven wrong.  Some guys do like yaoi, and some girls do like yuri.

I actually tried reading a yuri once.  It took me a while to wrap my mind around it, I was able to finish a chapter of a manga.

Some are pretty good, though those were just the, "I think I love you" ones, and not the, "Lets go to your room" ones.  Though I did encounter one that had some action in it.  It was weird seeing that, not in the "that's gross" but just that I wasn't used to it.

Then one day I decided that I was strong enough, and decided to look up a yuri anime.  And I found one, but it was one of those cute love story ones.  Which I was so glad it was that, and not the one packed with "action".

I think it was called Sakura trick.  I didn't finish it, I think I stopped at episode 3, I think?

I haven't read or watched any yuri.

I've been thinking.  Those who like yuri, what would they be called.

The ones who like yaoi are fujoshi and fudanshi.  Would the same title apply to the ones who like yuri?

I'll go look it up right now just to make sure.
