Learning

So here is the next chapter of this rant thing.

I'm sorry for taking so long in updating my other work.  And I know some of you are already tired of seeing my "I'm sorry" over and over again.  And maybe got a little annoyed that I have enough time to update this rant, and to come up with other ideas for other fanfictions, but not enough time top update my other work.

Well, there's a simple answer to that.  Writer's block has decided to come by and knock at my brain door and block it.  Well block the ideas for my other work, but it has decided to give me more ideas for other stuff.

And from that.... I might end up putting up another story.  THOUGH.... That one will be a short one.  At best 3 chapters.  I just need to get it out of my system.

Enjoy.

So who here has been told, "Why do you watch/read those things that won't even come in handy"?

*Raises hand and patiently waists for any other raised hands*

Well, I have been told that.  By my parents.  Once though.  My sister on the other hand, has been told that a few more times I , by my dad.

Because from the money she saved up she'd buy a whole bunch of manga when we went shopping, and she would also go to the bookstore.

I only have about six manga or so that were bought (I bought three or four with my own money and my sister bought the others for me), and I have like three or so that were given to me as well as some anime that were given to me.

In high school, when I was I think a senior in high school I think.  I signed up to help a woman clean her home.  She reached out to the school for some help.  And the French teacher is the one who does a lot of helping with people.  She has people sign up to donate gifts to shelters for Christmas, I always signed up every year.  And so she started to help out that woman.

That woman (I won't say her name for her own privacy) she had cancer.  Though at that time she was in remission.  Remission is when all treatment is stopped because there is no sign of cancer.

And also there is a partial remission, which is when they let the person rest for a short while when there are no signs of the cancer growing.

But this woman she was in remission to see if the signs come back later on.

Anyways, she lived pretty close to where I lived, so I walked over to her house, and helped her clean.  Story short, she gave me manga and anime.

Her granddaughter had a bunch of manga and anime, that she just left there and didn't want.  So that lady gave them to me after she found out that I liked manga.

And I have Fairy Tail (not all of it) and also K.

Anyways, how for my parents it seemed that anime didn't teach anything.   I told my mom that I did learn something.

Remember the episode in Fairy Tail where Ophiuchus came up?

Well that is a real constellation.  I was in my astronomy class in college, and one night (I had night classes at that time), my professor mentioned Ophiuchus, and the location where it was.  And why we couldn't see it.

I was so excited, because I had already heard of it.  In Fairy Tail.  I was kind of tempted of raising my hand, when he asked who had heard of the constellation before.  But I didn't.

And another thing I learned, was how to understand some Japanese.  Though some of the Japanese used in animes would be in-proper to say.  So it'd be best to learn from a teacher.  I think?

But anime, got me to learn something.  Now I'm all about Korean Dramas, so maybe I can learn a word here and there?

So, see anime and manga isn't so bad.  Well, there are some anime and manga that are just.... no good.

Like the, that type of anime that should not be talked about or watched since it is so traumatizing and horrible.  Maybe?  Because just what can you learn from that?

Survival skills from some?

I don't know.

Anyways, in SOME ways we can learn something from anime.

Just PLEASE PLEASE don't try doing actual dangerous things from anime, and call it learning.

The learning I'm talking about is about something that could be beneficial in real life.  And maybe something that could possibly be talked about in class.

But there are many other things you can learn from anime and manga, just don't include the bad stuff that cause people to get hurt emotionally and physically.  Okay.

Anyways what is your "Learning" moment?

I started to type this thing a few hours ago, and just finished it now. And in the meantime from noon to now which is 9:23 p.m. I worked a bit on "Guardians undercover".  I hope to get that one up soon.

And I just realized that "Goodbye And Hello" hasn't been updated for a whole year now.  I'm so shocked and feel so bad about it.  I'm so sorry for all my readers who read that one.

I'm all listening to the Outro: Tear By BTS, I love that one. I bought the album, and got all the music on my laptop, and have been listening to that song on repeat for the past hour.... or maybe more.

So that's it for now.  Hope you enjoyed.
