I sat in our apartment trying to stay calm, I had to be dressed for the occasion, I could go viral with this cover so I had to look my best.

I walked out of my room and looked at Charlie as he looked me up and down,
"You look amazing." He said with a smirk, I blushed slightly and stood with the microphone,
"If we go viral, for a week I'll vlog and on the last day I'll reveal that you were on piano." I said as I adjusted the microphone to my height and then fixed the camera. I went back to my position and looked at Charlie and nodded,
"3,2,1!" He said before hitting the record button,

I wiped a tear and took a deep breath looking at Charlie who smiled and hugged me. I shut off the camera and sat on the couch,
"I can't believe I did it." I said in disbelief. Charlie smiled and sat beside me,
"You were amazing. I think you did better than me." He said with a chuckle as he grabbed the camera and took the card out and went to his computer. We watched it and I was pretty proud. We put everything together, edited it, and then uploaded it to YouTube under Kenzie Cal. We hit upload and all of the anxiety came up wondering if I'd be able to be viral, to make it big time.

~A Month Later~
I woke up to my phone going off, I did it. I really did it. I screamed in joy as I jumped around my room,

As I danced around the room I heard a knock on my door and and I opened it slowly,
"What's all the screaming?" Charlie asked with a smile. I handed him my phone,
"We did it! I have to vlog now." I said quickly as I got out the camera,
"Hello all, I'm Kenzie Cal and I just went viral, I'll be vlogging my week and better stay tuned, I have a surprise at the end of the week. Now I have to get dressed and ready for the day and then head over to the studio I am volunteering at." I said as I looked around, "Hey Char (ch ar ) what should I wear today?" I asked trying to not have to bleep much, Charlie started to pick out some really cute clothes making me smile. I nodded and started to get dressed.

I walked out of my room and to the car where Charlie started driving me,
"Many may ask, have you met anyone famous?" I said as I held up my phone looking at Charlie with a smirk, "I am best friends with one, but you won't know until later, plus I have to rehearse for a video shoot on Friday." I said as we arrived at the studio. We walked in and I was still vlogging,
"Kenzie!" I heard Mark yell, "why do you have your phone out?" He asked as I turned and pointed it at him,
"Vlogging a week of being viral." I replied with a sweet smile as I grabbed my script.
"Well put it away you and Charlie have to go practice." He said, I nodded slowly as I knew I had to bleep it now. I walked off to the recording booth and started running lines and through everything. We all had to go out in the parking lot and rehearse our scene together and we had to kiss in one of them, sounds fun to me.
After all of the practicing I picked up my phone again to vlog,
"Hello friends and fans. It's nearing the end of the day and I just finished rehearsals. Now I'm headed home to eat, shower, and head to bed. So this is me signing off until tomorrow." I said with a smile as I hit the stop recording button, I looked at Charlie who smiled at me,
"You are going to run the world someday." He said softly as he wrapped and arm around me and we walked to the car slowly.

We later got home and I went straight to bed. I couldn't believe that my dreams are becoming a reality. I couldn't believe my singing career is going to kick off.

~Friday~
I woke up excited to film the music video and reveal that Charlie is my surprise. I sat up and got ready for the music video, nervous but excited. I got sent my outfit earlier, well one of the three.

Charlie and I were riding to set where we got our makeup and hair done, I smiled as we pulled up and I looked at Charlie,
"Come on reveal the surprise and let's get going." He said with a smirk followed by a chuckle,
"Alright!" I said loudly as I pulled my phone out and started recording, "So this is the final day, day five and I'm here at the set for my music video. Though I should probably say ours, everyone this is Charlie. My childhood best friend." I said with a smile looking at him before we both walked out of the car and to the trailer,
"Hey Kenz, give me your phone I'm gonna vlog some for you." Charlie said reaching out.
"Record on yours and send me the clips" I said before we departed and I vlogged the makeup process.

Later on I was in the set, which was a college library, I sat down and was looking down at my phone waiting to see Charlie and start filming. I looked up at saw Charlie with a smile, he looked great from where I was sitting and I couldn't help but blush before I stood and went to my spot behind a shelf. We sung our part there and then we had to change and go to the classroom where we had a scene there and then some scattered shots of the two of us being us.

I knew I could get away with wearing crocs underneath the table as we were in a classroom,
"Kenz! You okay?" I heard I looked up and smiled at Charlie,
"I'm great." I said before I heard the rustling of people getting settled.
"Action!" I heard, Charlie started playing piano and singing, I looked up and smiled as I joined in acting as if I was looking at the piano but I was really admiring Charlie who glanced at me.
After we filmed Charlie and I were goofing around and he decided to start singing again, I sat a top the piano and sang along,
"I'm only one call away." We belted our smiling at each other.

Finally it's late in the after noon and we are walking around a park as if we're on a date which I am with an extra,

I fluffed my skirt as I walked with the extra who's named Adam, we were laughing as we walked and all of a sudden he left for another girl and I turned and Charlie walked up.
"Hey." He said in my ear making me smile,
"Hello." I said softly as he held my hand all due to directors. We started slow dancing for some effect. I giggled as we slowed down and I looked up into Charlie's eyes as if we were falling in love. I pulled myself a bit closer and we kissed, we pulled away and smiled slightly,
"Baby I'm only one call away, Superman's got nothing on me!" Charlie fake belted trying not to hurt my ears.
"Cause I'm only one call away." I sang softly. We stood there and then proceeded to shoot different scenes and stuff.
"Cut! Kenzie, Charlie. That was amazing you guys are free to go." I heard a director say. I smiled and nodded as I went off to the car as I checked my phone and took some pictures,
"Kenz!" I heard Charlie yell. I turned around and smiled at him as he walked up, "Do you want to change before we leave? I can wait up." He said softly,
"I'm fine thanks, plus I have to vlog why the surprise." I said with a wink before I ducked into the car.

Once we got home I changed into my pajamas

I was standing in the living room as I took my makeup off and looking at the window,
"Hey Kenz, you okay?" I heard Charlie ask, I turned and nodded with a smile,
"I'm fine." I said softly as I moved to sit on the couch and turn the TV on. Charlie sat beside me and looked at me,
"Ready to announce it to the world a second time? You know for affect and options?" He asked softly, I took a deep breath and nodded. I leaned my head on his shoulder, "you okay?" He asked softly again as I lifted my phone, everything of the day ran through my head and I just nodded dismissively.
"Hi it's Friday night and I'm here with my surprise, Charlie Puth. We've been working on a few songs and well I'm glad to say I'm in one of them. That was the video I was shooting." I said with a smiled as I moved the phone to show Charlie. He looked at me for a moment as if skeptically wondering what is going through my head,
"Yeah Uhm hey guys, I'm so excited for you guys to see it and well because this video is a love story of the two people Kenzie and I play, I want to tell you about the day we fell in love." Charlie said with a smirk. I turned bright red as my eyes widened, I looked at my tripod and set it up.
"This is gonna be a long one." I said with a nervous giggle. I sat on the couch and looked at Charlie,
"So the first time I knew I fell in love with Kenzie was when we were just teenagers, we were super close and because little miss over here was around my friends all the time and was know as Mack to them and she was one of the boys. Well they thought she was a dude, I actually fell in love with Kenzie. It took me a year to finally make it up to her for calling her Mack and hiding her from my friends. I asked her to prom and well it was a night of firsts and lasts." Charlie said with a sigh seeing the pain in his eyes killed me,
"We danced the night away. It was magical but it came to a halt. Sleeping Beauty gets knocked out by a spinning wheel, Cinderella loses her shoe, and Kenzie finds Charlie making out with her best friend under the bleachers." I said with a sigh as I looked at Charlie,
"Yet Kenzie's beautiful soul has stuck by me after all the hurt I put her through. So thank you Kenz and I love you so much." Charlie said looking me in the eye and I had never had such an urge to kiss him but I knew I couldn't.
"I uh love you too Charlie." I said with a slight smile, "Charlie and I grew up together meaning we did everything together and that's why he and I have decided to launch my music career. I may have gone to college for marketing but now I'm marketing myself and my talents." I said with my face still clearly red. Charlie looked at me and smiled for a moment we stayed there.
"I can't wait to see what the future holds for Kenzie and I." He said with a bright grin and then I grabbed my camera and shut it off. I went to my room and plugged my phone in before brushing my hair and putting it up again. I was standing with my back to the door when I heard knocking. I turned and saw Charlie,
"Hey." I said softly as I moved across the room,
"Hi. Uhm that was some story you told." He said with a chuckle.
"Yeah, I uh was really moved by how kindly you spoke of me." I spoke softly and at this point the awkwardness has grown higher than when I caught him and my best friend under the bleachers,
"I really want to apologize for hurting you in the past. I was a jerk and I still see the pain in your eyes when we talk about it." Charlie said as he reached for my hand and as I placed mine in his palm he gently squeezed it, it was comforting to know he was here for me,
"I have a question."
"Yes?"
"How come you said the first time you fell in love with me?" Charlie seemed to squirm for a moment before he cleared his throat,
"Because, it always feels like we are falling in and out of love." He said softly,
"Charlie...." I said breathlessly as I tilted my head as if trying to wrap my head around this confusing situation.
"No, never mind, just. We'll talk about it tomorrow, get some sleep." He said softly, I mean how could I ever get some sleep when he just dropped that news on me?
