thank you for reading off the record!

there was a time when i thought the hoops universe had already said everything it needed to say. the stories were finished, the characters had found their endings, life moved on.

and now, i find myself back here, after a whopping 92K word count and a deadline, countless sleepless nights, writing about the children of beloved characters that found homes in your heart which somehow resulted to the universe expanding in ways i never imagined. 

i never expected to create jem and yvanna, much less be able to finish their story. and the more i wrote about them, the more they stopped feeling like extensions of a world that already existed and started becoming entirely their own.

thank you to Wattpad for opening the door back to this world, to AHQ for encouraging me to take the leap even when i was terrified to, and to all of you for welcoming jem and yvanna with so much love.
