The next morning everyone woke up and realized Starscream was missing. Then Knock Out found the note the seeker had left on the console.

"What is he thinking!?" The red medic wondered out loud upon reading it, then should it to the others.

"He's trying to use himself as bait to buy us time but he's putting himself in danger." Ghost Rose added and there was no missing the worry in her voice.

"What in the universe would make Starscream decide to sacrifice himself like that this is a suicide mission!" Ratchet questioned.

"We must find Starscream for I fear he may have already gotten himself in to danger." Optimus Prime told the others.

Then everyone got to work trying to figure out where their friend may have bridged to after saying goodbye to everyone from the Unicron trilogy universe but not before Ratchet and Scattershot rigged the communication console so they could keep in touch and Unicron Trilogy Optimus Prime promised to call if Starscream turned up again in their universe and Alexis had been worried upon hearing that Starscream had disappeared and wished them luck in finding him.

Then they set off to continue their journey and find Starscream hoping Unicron hadn't found the seeker first and that he hadn't been harm in anyway.

Everyone could tell Ghost Rose was worried about her Big brother she stood by the console where the note had been found with her servos trembling until Knock Out gently squeezed one of them with his own attempting to comfort her.

"Don't worry Starscream is a tough bot if that seeker is anything it's a survivor." The red medic reassured her.

"Thank you." She told him, Then they embraced until she calmed down then went to help the others try to figure out where Starscream wound up.

Meanwhile Starscream woke up and realized he was on a ship still in wing clamps and bound by stasis cuffs, he managed to stand up and started to scan his surroundings but all he could tell was he was on a ship because he could feel it moving around hear the thrusters from where he was which appeared to be either a cell or some kind of storage room because it was just a door four walls and a window.

Starscream looked out the window and could see nothing but stars and a few astroids telling him he was currently in space, but where were they taking him?

"So much for my wild goose chase idea." Starscream said to himself. "I really can't do anything right can I?"

The seeker hung his head and would have let his wings drop if the clamp hadn't prevented them from moving, He could still feel where he had been shot by Galvatron in his right wing it hurt like crazy and the clamp wasn't helping and the rest of his body was covered in scratches and dents and even a few cuts.

Though it hadn't been worse then anything the seeker had experienced before Starscream had had his fair share of beatings and had gotten used to it this was nothing new to him.

Just then Starscream heard the door hiss as it opened and Nemesis Prime and Galvetron walked in and not sooner then the seeker turned to face them he was punched to the floor by Galvatron who then forced him back to his feet as they dragged him by a chain attached to his stasis cuffs leading the seeker somewhere.

They went down a hallway and then left the ship having just landed on an astroid and shoved Starscream down upon exiting the ship before jerking the poor seeker back up and forcing him to walk then Starscream nearly had a spark attack when he looked up and saw Unicron in his planet from right in front of the astroid they were on.

"We have brought you Starscream." Said Nemesis Prime.

Then Galvatron forced the seeker in front of Unicron.

"You idiots brought me the wrong seeker this isn't the right Starscream!" Unicron belowed seeing the mistake right away, then he used his power to punish Galvatron and Nemesis Prime by zapping them with dark energy, and sent one jolt of it at Starscream rendering the poor seeker unconscious.

"Now go and find the right Starscream and don't return until you do!" Unicron hissed after he finished punishing them and they went back to their ship, Galvatron dragging the unconscious seeker by the helm deciding he could still be of use to them.

Meanwhile back at the ship Megatron was on the flight deck while everyone else was in the main room trying to figure out how to find Starscream.

When Ulchtar stepped out to join him.

"What did you say to him?" Asked the seeker not sounding happy at all.

"I don't know what your talking about." Megatron answered.

"Last night I saw you pass my room heading for the mess hall and Prowl said that's the last place Starscream went before taking the ships bridge, What did you say to him to make him leave?" Ulchtar asked again.

"I just told him how worthless he is and will always be." Megatron replied.

"Starscream isn't worthless!" Ulchtar yelled now angry.

"Of course you would say that since you are one." Megatron shot back. "All Starscream has ever done is lie, fail, betray me and undermine me at any opportunity he would turn on anyone when it suits him or to save himself as any Starscream would."

"Yes and that's why I know that it's a cycle that you trapped him in, It's the cycle Megatron always traps Starscream in! It's you consant gaslighting, mind game and physical and psychological abuse that's the constant cycle of Megatron and Starscream!" Ulchtar shouted having had enough.

"In my universe me and my Megatron had our differences we fought and I tried to overthrow him and he beat me but in the end we came to understand or at least respected each other and in the end my Megaton went out with honor and integrity." Ulchtar added.

"He would be disappointed, embarrassed and disgusted by you because your nothing like him, You know after learning there was a multiverse I was hoping that somewhere out there a version of Megatron and Starscream are or could be friends and break the cycle but you've proven that's a pipe dream." Ulchtar finished then stormed back to the main room of the ship.

Megatron just stared into space at a loss for words.

Meanwhile Starscream regained consciousness and realized his wing clamp and stasis cuffs were gone but now he was restrained to a chair.

Then Galvetron and Nemesis Prime entered the room.

"You thought you could fool us but now you're going to pay for it you pathetic seeker." Galvatron hissed at him.

"Now tell us where your friends are mainly your multiversal counterpart and where their keeping your Unicron's spark." Nemesis Prime growled.

"Never!" Starscream hissed at them.

"I was hoping you would resist." Galvatron said as he grabbed something off a table and Starscream's optics widened in horror when he saw him pick up a welding torch.

Galvatron noticed the look of fear on the seeker's faceplates. "Do you reconsider?" He asked.

"No I'm not betraying my friends." Starscream replied trying to hide the terror he was feeling. "And the jokes on you because I don't even know their current location I made sure of it."

Then Galvatron turned on the welding torch and started using it on the seeker's wings.

Starscream continued to let out cries of pain as coolant tears ran down his face plates.

Galvatron stopped after an hour had passed which to Starscream felt like an eternity but the seeker refused to crack.

Then Galvatron and Nemesis Prime left the room for a minute and Starscream noticed a faulty design in his restraints there was a panel that was close to where his left servo was was bound if he could just short it out he could free himself.

So the seeker tested how far he could reach and was glad when he found his digits could reach it and started using his claws to attack the panel until he could feel wires he just hope that Galvatron and Nemesis Prime wouldn't walk back in and catch him.

Then Starscream realized he could hear them talking from the next room and didn't like what he heard them say.

"We'll use the patch on him if he won't tell us the information we need we'll just pluck it from his mind." He heard Galvatron say from the next room.

"We will just go through everything in his head." Nemesis Prime agreed.

"Oh scrap no no!" Starscream though as his spark raced as he continued desperately attacking the panel now on the verge of panic if they used a patch on him he would be able to resist it they could see everything every memory he had in his processor and what if they found something they could use?

Starscream remembered when Megatron had used a patch to break him once in the past and the seeker hadn't been able to hide anything, and sure Starscream had made sure he didn't know the ships location but what if they found something else useful in his head like they could find out where his universe's Unicron's spark was hidden on the ship in the vault even if they didn't get the ships location.

Starscream couldn't let them use the patch on him and find out anything that could hurt the mission or worse hurt his friends.

Starscream final manage to get a good grip on one of the wires and yanked it out of the panel causing it to short out and was relieved when he felt the energon restraints disappeared as they deactivated.

Starscream got off the chair and nearly toppled to the floor but manged to steady himself the pain in his wings was almost unbearable they were covered in burns from the welding torch and even felt melted in places he quickly realized flying wouldn't be an option and the seeker could tell he needed to find the ship space bridge if he was going to escape.

And to make matters worse they had deactivated his weapons so his claws were currently his only defense so thinking fast the seeker grabbed the same welding torch that had just been used on him.

Just then Starscream heard Galvatron and Nemesis Prime coming and realizing he had no way to get passed them or escape Starscream did the next best thing he could think of and sealed himself in a closet.

Galvatron and Nemesis Prime entered just in time to see the flyer lock himself inside the closet and started banging against the door trying to force it open.

This was bad, Starscream could tell it would was only a matter of time before they busted the door down to reach him but he couldn't let them use the patch on him, the seeker remembered the state of his wings and quickly got an idea that he didn't like but realized it was his only option.

"Scrap!" The seeker groaned. "I hope this works." Then Starscream took the welding torch and held it to the back of his head where his port was located and turned it on letting out cries of agony.

Just then Galvatron and Nemesis Prime broke through managing to break the door down and saw Starscream who had just dropped the welding torch now dazed and in pain.

They quickly dragged him back into the interrogation room and saw the damage done to the back of his helm and noticed much to their furry that he had melted his port shut so they couldn't use the patch on him.

"WHAT DID YOU DO?!" Galvatron roared at Starscream as he smacked the seeker to the floor.

Starscream was to dazed to answer but managed a smirk having stopped them from being able to go in his head would protect his friends a little bit longer and the seeker considered it a small victory.

Then they beat him for several minutes not to gain information but to punish him for trying to escape and messing up their plan.

They decided not to even bother with the berth and just keep Starscream on the floor and Galvatron held the seeker down pinning his arms and shoulders while Nemesis Prime grabbed a syringe that he filled with cybertronian truth surm and injected it into the seeker's neckcables.

Starscream could feel the drug taking effect as everything started to blurr and his body felt like dead weight.

Then Galvatron and Nemesis Prime noticed the seeker was now dazed with his optics half closed and his frame had gone slack then Galvatron lefted Starscream by the neckcables forcing the seeker to look at him.

"No tell us where is the ship your friends are in." Galvatron hissed in his audio receptors.

"I... don't..know.." Starscream groaned weakly as if half asleep.

Galvatron continued to press and question the seeker and when he didn't give the right answers he either got hit or received another dose of the truth surm and the process went on for a few hours.

"You better start talking because I don't know how much more of this you can take." Nemesis Prime said darkly as he gave Starscream another shot.

"Now where are you hiding your Unicron's spark?" Galvatron demanded.

"Ok...the ..tr..uth.. is.. I'm.. not..go..nna ..tell..you.." Starscream mumbled before losing consciousness.

Then Galvatron started trying to beat the seeker into waking but Starscream didn't stir, Then after confirming he was still alive they decide to just leave him on the floor for now seeing that he wasn't going anywhere.

Meanwhile the others were trying to locate Starscream but were having no luck.

"Ulchtar your Starscream from another universe couldn't you scene where our Starscream is?" Asked Smokescreen.

"It doesn't work that way even though we're counterparts we don't have a link or connection to each other we simply live in different versions of the same story playing the same role." Ulchtar explained.

While this was going on Megatron was standing in the hallway outside the main room of the ship watching everyone scramble to figure out where Starscream could be and how to find and bring him back.

The former Decepticon leader couldn't get Ulchtar's words from earlier off his mind, and then Megatron had a thought just as the others were forced to turn in for recharge having sent an entire day trying to locate Starscream, Now alone Megatron decided to put his plan into action.

First he went to the communications console and called someone asking them to come saying he was sending a bridge for them.

When Megatron activated the bridge to his own universe Soundwave suddenly stepped through it and Megatron got him to hack the console to see what cordnets Starscream took then thanked the slinder mech before taking the cordnets and told Soundwave to stay in his room until he returned.

Megatron walked through the ground bridge and came out in the clearing where he found the signs of a struggle and found a small chip for Starscream's wing from when he was shot down by Galvatron.

Megatron quickly got to work trying to figure out where the seeker had been taken then decided to attempt to call Starscream's com-link assuming it wasn't deactivated but got no response.

Then Megatron realized that since he was in the same part of the multiverse as Starscream right now he could track his life signal and sure enough he got a ping but was concerned by how faint it was.

Megatron followed it until he found Galvatron and Nemesis Prime's ship which had now landed near the forest and Megatron enter the ship with his fusion cannon ready.

Then he spotted Starscream laying motionless on the floor and started to approach the seeker.

Just then Galvatron and Nemesis Prime showed up and now stood blocking the exit and Megatron stood between them and Starscream with his fusion cannon and blade drawn.

"Wow your actually trying to save that worthless piece of scrap?" Nemesis Prime mocked. "Starscream is a lost cause he's weak and will never be anything but."

"Your a Megaton it's beneath you to waste energy on a pathetic waste like Starscream." Galvatron chimed in. "You should join us and we can bring the multiverse to it's knees and be spare from it's destruction."

"No I was once forced to be Unicron's puppet but never again I refuse to follow a leader I am Megatron and I take orders from no one!" Megatron hissed at them. "And no one hurts or insults Starscream but me!"

And with that Megatron fired his fusion cannon and then decked Galvetron right in the face knock him to the floor and started fighting Nemesis Prime with his blade and hand to hand combat.

But he didn't notice Galvatron get back to his feet and take out an energon dagger.

Starscream started to stir and painfully regained consciousness to see Megatron fighting Nemesis Prime while Galvatron was sneaking up and preparing to literally stab the former Decepticon warlord in the back.

Starscream managed to use the last of his strength to force himself to stand up and tackle Galvatron only to receive the blade in his midsection then get slammed back to the floor for his trouble.

"Pathetic." Galvatron mocked the downed seeker.

Only to hear Megatron let out a terrifying roar of pure rage as he managed to beat Nemesis Prime and then started laying into Galveston as he delivered one punch to him after another even throwing Galvatron into Nemesis Prime knocking him out then he grabbed Galvatron by the neckcables and slammed him to the floor as he counted to beat the scrap out of him.

Then he heard a low moan come from Starscream and delivered one last punch knocking out Galvatron then Megatron quickly scooped up the limp frame of his former Air Commander and quickly called Soundwave to send a bridge and rushed Starscream through it and Galvetron and Nemesis Prime came to just into to see the bridge disappear as Megatron made his escape with Starscream.

And Galvatron punched the floor in frustration.

Megatron came through Soundwave's bridge inside of his room and gently carried Starscream main room having to cross it to reach the ships medbay, And he noticed the others who had just gotten up and didn't notice them yet.

"Really first Starscream and now Megatron, Why are all our crew mates disappearing what is this Among Us?" Asked Knock Out who was gathered with the others.

Just then Ghost Rose noticed them and got up and rushed over seeing her Big brother's condition.

"By the Allspark what happened?!" Asked Ratchet as he and Knock Out both rushed to the medbay with them and got to work trying to save Starscream's life.

It was touch and go for several hours but then the two medics came out and fortunately Starscream would pull through and recover after a few days of bed rest and taking it easy.

And to everyone surprise Megatron declined having his own injuries treated until he knew Starscream was out of the woods, and then he told them everything that had went down and hilarious no one noticed Soundwave until he jump scare everyone when he entered the medbay and they aloud him to stay on the mission with them knowing his skills would be useful.

And Knock Out finally seemed to forgive Megatron for when he lasted out of him when they first set out and stopped avoiding him.

And then they all went back to see Starscream when he finally woke up.

"Don't ever scare us like that again." Ghost Rose told him.

"Yeah no more sneaky off and doing lone wolf stuff and almost getting yourself killed ok." Knock Out half scolded him. "Because like it or not your part of this team and we care about you, your family."

"Don't worry I won't do anything like that again." Starscream promised them. "I'm sorry for scaring all of you."

"We are just glad that you are alive and safe." Optimus Prime told him.

Then Ratchet and Knock Out told them that while they were working on Starscream they found something interesting.

"Starscream while we were flushing the truth surm out of your system we noticed your spark seems different for one thing before we went to get the others you told us you were hit with a jolt of dark energon and we couldn't find a single trace of it in your system." Ratchet explained.

"And remember how you used that dark energon shared you took form Megatron during the war there's not even a trace of that it didn't stay in you spark like it did Megatron's." Knock Out added.

"I've always wondered why I was never able to control it as well as he did." Starscream spoke.

"And maybe that's why the dark star saber rejected you because you have some kind of resistance to dark energon." Bumblebee pointed out.

"What is going on with me?" Starscream asked.

"It seems you have a rare mutate abnormal spark that's indistructable and purges itself of dark energon over time." Ratchet explained.

Then the medics asked if they could check Ulchtar's and he agreed and then everyone was shocked to see that his spark was identical to their Starscream's.

"Maybe it's a Starscream thing that all versions of you have?" Ghost Rose theorized.

"Maybe." Starscream replied not knowing what to make of this and Ulchtar seemed just as surprised by it.

Then Starscream thanked Megatron for saving him and Megatron apologized to Starscream who forgave him and the too made up.

And both Starscream and Ulchtar agree to let Knock Out and Ratchet continue to run tests on the sparks to see what they could learn about them, Ratchet and Knock Out were the only two they would trust to do something like that.

"What if Starscream's spark is the spark the message was talking about?" Asked Prowl.

"Maybe." Said Arcee.

The whole team was now wondering if that was the case and if they were any closer to figuring out the puzzle, But all decide to get some rest and give Starscream time to recover while they continued to try to figure out a way to stop Unicron.
