The ship continued to travel through the multiverse and the team realized they had no clue where they were going and everyone was on edge knowing Unicron would be following them and would maybe send Galvatron and Nemesis Prime to hunt them down as well.

Knock Out was now feeling better and up walking around the ship but they noticed he made a point to avoid Megatron after the warlord's earlier outburst when Unicron's spark had attempted to control him and almost caused him to offline the red medic.

And they also noticed that Arcee was acting cold towards Ulchtar which seemed to bother the seeker, So Starscream decided to confront her about it.

"Hey your being kind of hard on him don't you think?" Starscream asked the two wheeler.

"Well I knew better then to trust any version of Starscream." Arcee hissed at the seeker.

"Look I know this is about Cliffjumper I'm the one who killed him not Ulchtar he has nothing to do with that, and I'm sorry I killed him but there's nothing I can do to change or take it back if I could I would, but don't blame him for it he may be another version of me but he isn't me because he's actually trying to do good if you wanna hate or punish anyone hate and punish me the killer but don't blame the bot who's trying to save the multiverse." Starscream told her.

"Ulchtar didn't rob you of a partner and Velocitron wasn't his fault he didn't destroy the speed planet Unicron did the Unicron Ulchtar is trying to stop." Starscream finished.

"Your right." Arcee admitted. "It doesn't make it easy but your right he didn't rob me of a partner you did and I won't take my anger out on him."

"But don't think this changes anything between us." She glad at the seeker.

"Fair enough." Starscream agreed.

Then Arcee went to apologize to and make up with Ulchtar, And Starscream smiled when he saw them shake hands.

A few minutes later everyone was called to the ship's bridge.

"I've been studying the datapad dropped by that cloaked bot and I've gone over the message and I still can't figure it out." Prowl explained.

"Let stop at the next part of the multiverse to look for clues." Bumblebee suggested.

"Well Unicron is still a long ways from our current location so it should be safe right now." Ulchtar told them.

"Agreed," Optimus said, his hand moving to the navigation computer. "Ratchet, engage the multiversal drive. We need to find a world that has faced Unicron before and survived his ultimate form."

"Understood it appears a universe showing a strong reading of Unicron's signature but doorment and different form both the Unicron's we're familiar with it might hold answer for us so I'm setting cordnets for it now." Ratchet replied as he activated the multiversal drive.

A few moments later they came out in a different part of the multiverse.

(Unicron Trilogy Universe.)

Their ship found a place to land on the outskirts of a city and on the way they saw the head of this universe's Unicron evidence that he had been defeated here.

They all stepped out of the ship and several bots and to their surprise humans came up and greeted them warmly.

"Looks like they know about us in this part of the multiverse." Said Smokescreen.

"Megatron your alive and you've come back to me my love!" A purple femme exclaimed as she through herself at Megatron wrapping her arms around his neckcables in a hug while Megatron's optics widened in a mix of shock, horror, confusion and humiliation.

"I don't know who you are woman!" Megatron half growled half yelped as he tossed her away from him, and both Starscream and Knock Out had to fight back laugher.

"Oh scrap don't impersonate Megatron you gross old mech." The femme said in disgust before rushing away.

"Sorry about Thunderblast." Said a women who approached and then froze upon seeing Starscream and Ulchtar then her face fell in a look of disappointment after getting a closer look at both of them. "Neither of you are him." They heard her whisper to herself.

"Who?" Asked Starscream.

"Starscream." She replied. "You both look so much like him."

"We are him just not from here." Ulchtar explained. "We traveled here from another part of the multiverse we came here because we're trying to stop Unicron."

"Oh where are my manners my name is Alexis." The woman introduced herself. "And if this is about Unicron it must be serious we'll try to help you guys anyway we can."

Then she introduced them to some other humans Rad, Carlos, Kicker, Mesha, Coby, Bud and Lorie, And Optimus Prime and Ulchtar explained the Unicron situation to them.

And they went to that woulds Autobot base, And Optimus Prime was surprised to meet himself form that universe, and Arcee meet herself a pink and white bot, Bumblebee was shocked to learn this universe had no version of him but instead a bot named Hot Shot.

And they all got to work comparing notes about their versions of Unicron and going over the datapad Prowl had saved.

Later everyone was in the briefing room of the Autobot base discussing the cryptic message on the datapad.

"So does any of this make since to any of you?" Asked Prowl.

"The only thing we can figure out so far is the Matrix of Leadership because it's the only thing that can stop Unicron." Ratchet added.

"I think dead space might actually be talking about the dead universe." Said Ulchtar. "We went there once in my universe it a dead universe so I don't know why it would be important because everything their is dead."

"And we all have sparks but what's Underbase mean?" Ask Knock Out.

"Beats me." Hot Shot replied and after talking for awhile it turned out everyone from the Unicron trilogy universe was just as much in the dark as the others.

"And what about Time will rust and stars will scream?" Asked Smokescreen.

"Maybe it's talking about Starscream I mean it says his name right there?" Ghost Rose pointed out.

Then Megatron burst out laughing. "Are you kidding if anything it's warning us that he'll mess this up because he's Starscream."

Ghost Rose, Knock Out and Alexis all give him an angry look at that comment, and both Starscream and Ulchtar let their wings drop.

"It's talking about Ulchtar I'm sure of it I mean he's the one who warned us about Unicron to began with." Starscream spoke. "I mean it makes sense."

Everyone continued to discuss plans and theories about the message and how to stop Unicron and save the multiverse and The Optimus Prime from the Unicron trilogy told them they could stay in their universe to rest for awhile before going back on their journey to stop Unicron and save the multiverse.

That evening Hot Shot invited Bumblebee, Smokescreen, Arcee, Ghost Rose and Knock Out to go somewhere with him for a race.

They went through a space bridge with him and came out on this world's version of Velocitron and Unicron Trilogy Override greeted them.

"I think I'll sat this one out." Knock Out said sounding almost like he was about to cry.

"Is everything ok?" Asked Override.

"Yes I'm fine you guys have fun." Knock Out told them forcing a smile. "I think I'm just gonna hang out here for a bit and I'll catch up to you all later."

They didn't press the matter Arcee, Smokescreen and Bumblebee all three exchanged glances realizing this was probably emotional for Knock Out since he had just last his Velocitron a few days ago and being on another universe's version of it was probably really hard for him and reopening some still fresh wounds, They decide to go with Hot Shot and Override and give the red medic some space.

Knock Out watch them go and sat down on a rock and closed his optics only to be met with a vision of the youngling he failed to save as the moment replayed in his mind and was followed by the image of Blurr being sucked back through the space bridge and Knock Out buried his face in his servos.

"If I had only been faster they both would've made it." He told himself wiping away coolant tears he just now realized had started to form.

Suddenly Knock Out felt a hand on his shoulder and jumped a little and turned to be greeted by Ghost Rose.

"I know it's hard but it's gonna be ok you did your best and they both know that." She told him understanding how much he was hurting right now.

Then Knock Out to spite trying to hold it in just broke down sobbing as she held him.

"I didn't go fast enough... and that younging is gone and Blurr... he died saving me!.." Knock Out cried. "I failed them both..!"

"You didn't fail anyone sometimes scrap happens and there's nothing we can do about it all we can do is try and you need to keep trying for both of them to honor them." She hugged him.

"And if you ever need anyone to talk to or even vent to I'm here for you." She promised.

"Thanks." Knock Out told her wiping away his coolant tears having finally calmed down. "I'm so sorry about that."

"It's ok sometimes you need to let it all out." Ghost Rose replied. "Better now?"

"Yes." He answered.

"If your feeling up to it how about we have a race?" She asked.

"Ok that would be nice." He said giving a soft smile.

Then the two started racing as the others who had come back watched glad that Ghost Rose was helping Knock Out.

Meanwhile Starscream and Ulchtar were hanging around near the ship when they saw Alexis coming and greeted her.

"I just wanted to make sure you were both ok your universe's Megatron was really rude earlier." She told them.

"It's ok I'm used to it." Starscream replied.

"I'm starting to think all Megatron's lack manners." Ulchtar added getting a laugh from both of them.

"I wanna show you guys something." Alexis said to the two seekers, then she led them both to a space bridge and put on a space suit before going through it as they both followed her.

"Where are we?" Asked Starscream.

This is the moon where our Starscream died right there is where Unicron killed him." She explained pointing out a spot.

"He died a hero he went out proving that Unicron was a threat which got the Autobots and Decepticons to work together to stop him." Alexis explained. "He even ejected his minicon Swindle to prevent him from suffering the same fate."

"Wow I can't believe a version of us did that." Said Ulchtar.

"That was the last time I saw him he gave me this Mars rock that I made into this necklace." she told them showing it to them. "It got this crack when he died he was brought back but I didn't see him again and was told that he didn't remember anything and wasn't the same bot anymore."

Alexis looked down sadly thinking of her friend.

"Maybe there's hope that your Starscream could remember again maybe he just needs to be reminded who he is." Ulchtar suggested.

"Yeah as long as I know he's alive out there somewhere I'll never give up on him, as far as I'm concerned the name Starscream isn't a curse it's a promise if stars scream it means they aren't going out quietly and the Starscream I knew was definitely a fighter." Alexis explained.

Ulchtar and Starscream neither one knew what to make of this it was the first time either of them heard about a version of them doing something heroic.

Then they all realized it was getting late so decided to head back to the Autobot base and the ship, Starscream took one last look at the spot where his and Ulchtar's Unicron trilogy counterpart had once sacrificed himself.

After arriving back everyone turned in to sleep or recharge the team planning to leave to continue their mission to save the multiverse the next morning.

Starscream was having trouble recharging with everything that had been going on lately the whole multiverse and Unicron thing had been really had to take in so he went to the ship's mess hall and got a cube of energon.

Then heard someone else entering the mess hall and it turned out to be Megatron, So Starscream greeted him and told him what he learned earlier about the version of him from the Unicron trilogy trying to make small talk and hoping to get on better terms with his former master.

"So at least one version of you was good for something." Megatron said in a mocking tone.

"Ulchtar is doing the right thing too he's trying to save the multiverse." Starscream pointed out. "Ulchtar is a good bot and he's trying to do the right thing so please show him some respect."

"He may be doing the right thing but your as useless as ever that's two versions of you that are doing better then you, The only things I think of when I hear the name Starscream is treachery and failure." Megatron hissed.

"So far what I've learned about Starscream from this trip is we got the worst and most pathetic one because I know you Starscream you only care about yourself and gaining power and will stab anyone in the back to get it you don't care who you have to step on as long as you save your own worthless spark." Megatron finished.

"Your wrong I used to care about those things and I used to want to be you Megatron and thought I had to be a monster to do it but look what you did you started a war that nearly wiped out our race and just today I had to save Knock Out from your hands, so maybe I am the worst version of Starscream but I know how much it hurts to be your pawn!" Starscream shot back.

"I may have been a traitor but at least I was never Unicron's puppet, you know the really sad thing about when Unicron was in your body I couldn't tell the difference, As far as I'm concerned your just a ghost that doesn't know it's dead yet!" Starscream yelled as he stormed out of the mess hall then walked to where the ships bridge was.

He let his wings drop as he wiped a coolant tear from his optic.

"He's right I'm useless." Starscream said to himself. "I'm I can be useful for something Unicron is almost certainly sending Nemesis Prime and Galvetron after Ulchtar since he has a connection to him maybe I can buy the other time but leading them on a wild goose chase since I'm a Starscream maybe they'll chase me and even if they catch me they won't know it's the wrong Starscream until it's too late and the other have enough of a head start to find a way to stop Unicron for good."

The seeker decided this was a good plan and left a note telling the others what he was doing and not to go after him because he was going to buy them time and it was his choice and he knew what he was getting into.

Then Starscream left the note on the console before taking the space bridge that had a setting to open a bridge to a different part of the multiverse Ratchet had added that setting so they wouldn't always have to take the whole ship to a different part of the multiverse in case they needed to investigate someplace first before going there.

Starscream didn't look at the cordnets he put in so if he was interrogated he wouldn't be able to tell anyone even if he wanted to by not knowing where the ship was, the seeker took one last look before going through the space bridge and letting it close behind him.

Starscream came out in a clearing on a random planet and decided to fly for a bit until he decided to land, Then suddenly Galvatron and Nemesis Prime showed up they found him faster then he thought they would.

Having been genuinely taken by surprise the seeker tried to flee know the longer he evaded them the longer he could waste their time and as long as they were wasting time on him the others were safe.

Starscream tried to transform and fly away only for Galvatron to shoot him in the wing making it impossible for him to fly off.

So Starscream tried to run and saw that Galvatron was right behind him and the seeker was now running for his life but he forgot about Nemesis Prime who managed to cut him off and quickly grabbed the seeker by his shoulders and forced him to the ground.

Starscream continued to struggle now in full panic mode and then Galvatron started helping subdue the seeker.

Starscream was trying desperately to squirm and kick trying to put us as much of a fight as he could but it was easy for the two of them to overpower him since it was two against one and these were different version of Megatron and Optimus Prime from Ulchtar's universe.

Galvatron suddenly forced wing clamps onto the seeker Nemesis Prime put stasis cuffs on him then delivered a quick punch to his midsection knocking him to the ground and before Starscream could even attempt to get back up the pinned him down on his back and continue to literally beat him while he was down until he had energon leaking from the side of his mouth.

"Ok that's enough Unicron wants him alive." Galvatron said looking at the now dazed seeker.

But to spite this Starscream still attempted to struggle.

"You need to sleep for awhile." Nemesis Prime said in a mocking tone before Starscream felt then inject a Cybertronian sedative into his shoulder.

Starscream tried to fight the sedation as he struggled to hold his head up and his optics flickered to stay on and the seeker looked like he was struggling to focus on something just out of reach until his helm slumped back and his optics rolled shut as his frame went slack.

"Got you." Was the last thing Starscream heard before he fell unconscious and knew no more.
