Crystal's P.O.V

I watch as Ty leaves. 'Mom having a heart attack? I'd never thought that would happen. Especially since she's one of the healthiest people in our family. I guess that's just our luck these days, everything always going wrong, no matter how good of a year or week you're having, something always has to f*cking ruin it.'

"Mom? You ok?" Someone asks. I look up and see Amethyst and CJ walking into the door. That's when I notice that I was crying. I quickly wipe my tears away with my sleeve.

"Ye-yeah, I'm fine. You guys can go out and walk around for a bit with Max and Leigha, just be home before dark or come home when you're hungry." I say.

"O-ok." Amethyst says and her and CJ leave. I sigh and lay down on the couch. I cover myself up in the blanket and stare up at the ceiling. 'Why do I feel like it's my fault? I know it's not, that was completely out of anyone's control. No one could've stopped it.' I was interupted from my thoughts by my phone vibrating. I pick it up and see that Christine is calling. I suddenly feel sick to my stomach. 'What is she calling me about? Did something bad happen again to Mom?!' I answer.

"Hello?"

"Hey Crys."

"Hey, is everything alright?"

"Oh yeah, Angel's fine. I wasn't sure if Ty told you about her."

"Yeah, he came over earlier and told me."

"Ahh, ok. The doctors said that she's in critical condition and she'll be in the hospital for a while." I sigh in relief. 'Thank god it's just that.'

"Ok, well, thanks for telling us about this. Ty went over to talk to Seto about the situation."

"Oh you're welcome. Are you guys coming up this weekend?"

"Yeah. Seto, Ty and I are coming up."

"Ok. Well, I'm going to let you go. I'm getting pretty hungry and I'm going to go get something to eat."

"Alright. See ya this weekend."

"See ya." I hang up and put my phone down on the side of the couch. I lay my head on the pillow, still feeling sick and drift off to sleep.

====== Time Skip ======

I wake up to a cold hand on my forehead, which scared the shit out of me and made me fall off the couch. I look up and see Sabrina. I groan in annoyance.

"Sabrina? What are you doing here?" I ask groggily and sit up. She crosses her arms.

"I was just checking to see if you were sick." She says. I stand up.

"I was just taking a nap." I explain.

"But you never usually do. So I was just making sure." She says. Ok?

"Where's Mitch and the kids?"

"The kids are all staying at Adam's tonight." Sabrina explains. "Please don't get mad  that they didn't get your-"

"As long as I know that there with one of you guys, I'm perfectly fine with it. But where's Mitch?" 'He should be back by now.' Sabrina doesn't say anything and heads towards the kitchen. "Hello? Can you hear me?"

"You want anything to eat?" She asks, changing the subject. 'I do, but I'm more worried about Mitch right now.'

"No. I'm worried about where Mitch is, since you won't tell me where the hell he is." I say and cross my arms. Sabrina sighs.

"I was avoiding that because I know that it would make you upset." She says. 'Just go ahead and tell me. It's not like it'll make my day any better.'

"I don't care. I want to know where he is!" I growl.

"He... We have no idea where he is." Sabrina explains.

"So he's missing?!" I exclaim. She nods. I clench my fists. I grab my phone and jacket and head towards the door. Sabrina grabs my arm.

"What are you doing?" She asks. I pull my arm out of her grasp.

"I'm going out to find him." I reply.

"Not alone you're not. It's 2 A.M and we've had enough experience with you being an idiot and going out alone." She says.

"Then come with me damnit!" I exclaim. Sabrina sighs.

"Alright." She says and we head out the door. 'She's acting really weird.' We walk down the street and reach where it ends, which is where the meadow and the forest is located. I turn the flashlight on my phone on and we head towards the forest.

"Mitch?!" I shine my flashlight around and walk into the forest. I suddenly see an arrow wizz past me and hit one of the trees in front of me. I turn around and see Sabrina with her bow and she's loading another arrow into it. "What the hell is wrong with you?"

"Nothing. I seen something up ahead." She replies and shoots another arrow. It hits something, making it groan. My eyes widen and I gasp. I turn around and see Mitch with the arrow in his shoulder. He grits his teeth and falls to his knees while gripping his shoulder. I quickly run over to him and help him up.

"Bri!" I yell anger. She smirks and her eyes turn a maroon color. 'Why is her eyes maroon? I thought her eyes were gray! Besides, Ty is the only person I know other than Dad to have maroon eyes!' Mitch takes the arrow out of his shoulder and he yells in pain. I take my jacket off and wrap it tightly around his shoulder to slow down the bleeding. I glare at Sabrina. "Bri, what the hell has gotten into you?!" Sabrina smirks.

"Sorry, I didn't realize that it was him." She smiles. I just stare at her in shock as she loads another arrow into her bow. She points it at me and lets go. Before I could move out of the way, Mitch suddenly jumps in front of me and the arrow goes into his chest. I grab him as he starts swaying from side to side. His eyes then start to close and his breathing slows down big time.

"No Mitchell, come on, you need to stay awake!" I say and hug him tightly. I suddenly feel him go limp in my arms and all of his weight tranfers onto me, making me fall over. I get up and look at Mitch seeing that he's not moving or breathing. "Mitch?!" I sit down next him him and shake him as tears brim my eyes. "Mitch, come on, please!"

"Aww, did I kill the Benja?" Sabrina teases. I get up and jump onto her, pinning her down.

"Sabrina, snap out of it!" I growl. She smiles.

"What, I didn't do anything! Why the hell are you so pissed?!" She asks. I gasp and I glare at her.

"What is wrong with you?! Why are you acting like this?!"

"I told you, there is nothing wrong! Why are you acting like this?!" She asks.

"You just ki-" I was suddenly interrupted by someone grabbing the hood of my jacket and pulling me off of Sabrina. I look behind me as the person lets go of me, and meet eyes with, Tristan?! "Tr-Tristan?! Wha-you-you died! Mitch killed you! Wh-why are you here?!" Tristan smiles.

"Well, ask your Mom. She figured out your methods, and brought me back." He says. 'No! Why! I hate this f*cking guy!' I suddenly hear a thud behind me. I turn around and see Sabrina passed out on the ground, leaving only me and Tristan in the forest, alone. 'I have to get out of here!'

"I-I gotta go." I say quickly. I was about to run off towards home, when Tristan grabs my wrist and pulls me back.

"Where are you going? You can't leave me in the forest alone hun." He says.I try to pull away from his grasp, but he pins me up against a tree. I look at him and he smiles. "Why the fear in your eyes Crys?"

"Let go of me!" I growl. He shakes his head. He puts his forehead against mine. I try to kick him, but I can't move! He suddenly kisses me and I quickly break it. 'Oh hell no!' I push him away and run out of the forest, but I don't get far since he pushes me down and pins me to the ground. "Get the hell away from me!" Tristan smiles and suddenly punches me in the gut, knocking the wind out of me. A sword suddenly appears in his hand and he smirks. "No no no!" I try to push him off, but once again, I am unable to move. He then stabs me in the chest multiple times, and I almost instantly pass out.

====== Time Skip ======

"Crystal, hey, wake up!" Someone exclaims and shakes my shoulder. I open my eyes and see Mitch with worry spread all over his face. I instantly hug him tightly and start crying into his shoulder. He wraps his arms around me and rubs my back. "It's ok, It was a nightmare. It was all an illusion, none of it happened." I stay like that for a little while after I stop crying, not wanting to move. He's so warm, and I'm afraid that if I let go, I'll lose him again. Finally I give in and break the hug. Mitch puts his hands on my arms. "You feel better?" He asks.

"A-a little." He wipes my tears away with his thumb.

"You want to talk about it?" I look at the floor. 'Might as well get it over with.' "You don't have to if you don't want to."

"Sabrina woke me up and I asked her where you were. She wouldn't answer me and after yelling at her, she told me that you were missing and didn't want to tell me because it would make me upset. Her and I then go out and look for you. The first place we looked was the woods. Sabrina started to act extremely weird and then shot you in the shoulder with her bow. I helped you, but then she tried to kill me, but instead she killed you and her eyes turned a maroonish color, which freaked me out. I pinned her down and started yelling at her to snap out of whatever the hell she was in, but then Tristan appeared and pulled me off of her. I think he killed her or something, and that left only him and In the forest alone. He took the chance and started to kiss me, I instantly pushed him off and tried to run away, but he killed me before I-I could get out of the forest." I explain, almost breaking down crying in the middle of it. Mitch stares at me in shock and then pulls me into a hug.

"Don't worry Crys. I promise that nothing like that will happen to you." He says comfortingly. I once again start crying and he rubs my back to help me calm down. "Come on, let's get you something to eat." I nod and we head into the kitchen.

"Wh-where's Amethyst and CJ?" I ask.

"Staying with Adam and Lava. Max wanted them to stay the night, so I let them." Mitch explains. I nod. "Want some mac and cheese?"

"Are you cooking it?" I ask and cross my arms. He shrugs.

"Why not?" He asks. I smile.

"Dude, you're somehow going to find a way to burn it."

"Watch me." He challenges. I roll my eyes and sit on the table.

"Ok. You want me to give you hints of how to make it?" I ask.

"I don't need hints. I can follow directions." He says.

"Ok." I shrug. I shake my head mentally. 'This is going to end horribly.'

====== About 10 Minutes Later ======

I look up from my phone as I smell something burning.

"Mitchell! The macaroni is burning!" I exclaim. Mitch comes running out of his office seconds later and heads into the kitchen. I follow him and see smoke coming from the pot. I lean against the wall and shake my head. He takes the pot off the stove, which has burnt macaroni in it, and quickly puts it into the sink. He turns the water on and it starts sizzling, making him sigh with relief.

"We can just go out to eat." I suggest.

"It's a little late for that." Mitch says and nods towards the clock, which reads 3:00 in the morning. "I'll take you out to breakfast in the morning. Lava made some cookies earlier so you can just have those for now." He adds. I walk up to him and put my arms around his neck, hugging him. I kiss him and he kisses me back.

"I love you."

"I love you too." He says.

Yay! We start school literally this wednesday! YEET! (Yeah I'm not excited... -_-, But hey, I have a sparkly bookbag and a holographic Reds notebook (Don't judge, yes I'm a Reds fan...) Ye)
